Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum, erstklassige Frühstücks-Lebensmittel, schönes sauberes grosszügiges, gemütliches Zimmer, gutes Bett. Hübsches Bad. Am Vormittag halbstündlich eigener Shuttle ins Dorfzentrum. Hotelbau aus der Pionierzeit des Tourismus. Ruhige Lage am See.

Great breakfast with plenty of choice, plus they made us scrambled eggs to order. The hotel brought our luggage to the train station when we were leaving. This saved us having to bring them up a steep hill ourselves.
View from room was to the back of hotel. It would have been nice to have a room with a lake/town view. This is a minor complaint, as everything else was perfect. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, good location. Train station/ski lift is a 7-10 minute walk. Free shuttle from hotel with skis in the morning was super helpful :)
There wasn’t a kettle in the room.

Nice service and stuff and super location

very nice location and hotel with its magic ( one of the oldest in Arosa but rooms nicely renovated), beautiful views, close to all attractions, very friendly staff everywhere, special compliment to "main lady" during breakfast - amazing lady, brightened our mornings and days with very positive attitude, smile and service:-)
just a reco - the icy spaces in front hotel ( meaning for example in front of ski room or parking place) could be better cleaned from ice to avoid possible fallings:-)

great central location to ski lifts, she rentals & downtown areas
nothing it was fabulous

Beautiful Hotel with a great and friendly staff. The location is good, the offering at the restaurant excellent. Spacious rooms with balcony, not many amenities but just what you need.
not much to mention here. Small TV screen, no tea and/or coffee options in the rooms, neither a fridge unfortunately.

Good location, not far from town centre but in a quiet area by the lake. Very good breakfast. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.

Breakfast was served in a beautiful restaurant with big windows with stunning views. The selection was great with good quality local products. The room had crisp sheets and comfy beds. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Arosa card included in the price was a pleasant surprise.
I can’t say anything I didn’t like

Hotel Seehof-Arosa sadly didn't meet my expectations and based upon other reviews, I had high expectations. A grand entrance, reception area and stairs leading upstairs was a promising start, but the room I was in let the side down badly. A small double for single occupancy, it was tired, dark, poor lighting with a tiny, dark en-suite. The room was at the back of the hotel and looked out over scrub land and another building. There was an absolute absence of plug sockets, none by the bed and I could only find one, high up on the wall with the TV. In this day and age when guests rely on technology (and usually a number of different devices), this is a big omission. I cannot comment on the food in the restaurant as I didn't eat but there is a nice little bar which is convenient. Arosa itself is a lovely high altitude town although I did not spend anytime looking around as I was passing through. As in many cases, it is the staff who keep these hotels in good favour and I cannot fault their kindness and helpfulness.
Absence of plug sockets
A tired dark room, unsatisfactory lighting with a tiny, dark en-suite

I stayed one night in a Superior Single Room and thoroughly adored every aspect. Most "Single" rooms feel like you're second rate, but this was beautiful. The bed was wide, very comfortable and the view was out the balcony door to rocky mountains (it was summer) from my pillow was so relaxing. I felt special which is not common when you stay in a single room!
The eye to detail and personal touches like the "Summer / Winter Arosa Bucket List" in the booklet in my room, distinguish this hotel from so many I've stayed at.
The breakfast really is very beautifully laid out, very delicious, fresh and offering a variety of locally sourced produce. I liked the card on my table for my order of how I'd like my eggs, which was with spring onions and they were lovely.
An all-round beautiful place to stay on my treat-myself stay in Arosa. I will definitely be back and I look forward to it already.

Excellent breakfast with several home made dishes (have you ever tasted appricot marmelade with thyme). Very friendly staff. You get in summer for 2 or more days stay the Arosa card for all local transportation.
4.3
Nice view from the balcony - lake "Untersee". In walking distance to the beautiful public swimming pool. Entry free of charge with the AROSA guestcard.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal: plenty of fresh fruit, bread, croissants, ham, cheese, eggs, jams…. Also delicious made to order eggs, like omelets, scrambled eggs. Definitely recommend, we will be back!!
Nothing!

Excellent breakfast with fresh made scrambled eggs. Beautiful view from the balcony in my room.

Seehof Arosa is located on the lake (swimming and other outdoor facilities). The welcome by Hotel staff was nice and personal (Director), and check-in was easy. The generous building hosts, e.g., a Restaurant (innovative cuisine) and a breakfast room (great buffet) with large windows. Very friendly staff! Our room had a balcony facing the lake. A very nice stay, overall - yet too short ...
Due to our short stay we were not able to enjoy swimming in the lake and other outdoor facilities along the lake... unfortunately

Great both location and staff.
Room furniture could be more confortable.
4.3
- Bunk bed in family room
- last time price of the room
- parking in front of the hotel
- we arrived late after 8:00pm, the staff leave the keys and information for us on the reception desk and put them in the envelope with the name, we could go to the room first and check-in on the next day morning.
- not sound proof
- parking if full
- bathroom is small

Breakfast was great.
Bathroom was dated
4.3
Very little, though the staff wonderful. It was over-priced, tiny rooms, out of date decor, tiny bathroom

Beautiful location. Spacious and spotless room. Super helpful staff. Mind-bogglingly generous and delicious breakfast. What's not to like?
4.3
A brilliant breakfast very extensive with cooked breakfast to order more like a 4 not a 3 star hotel. The staff were friendly the older lady who ran the kitchen/breakfast provided excellent service and the shuttle van driver always got me to the ski lifts not full or overloaded. The butter, jams, yoghurts and chocolate moose are made from scratch in glass pots in the fridge. For the area (a mini St Moritz) the prices are reasonable.
The ski boot room is a separate out building not within the hotel itself and doesn’t have boot dryers. I like to have a plastic tray for snowy/dirty shoes in the room to save mess. There is not any spa/sauna/swimming pool.

good location ; nice feel
my room didn’t have the best of view
amazing breakfast and very cordial chef lady
my room didn’t have best of the views
otherwise nothing much to complain
