Central location, but still quiet. Nice, clean room. Super friendly staff that you could easily communicate with even though they only spoke French, and I don't. Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good.
They even had beach towels you could borrow for free!

The best service, beautiful building, excellent breakfast, good price, the most attentive and beautiful staff.
Nothing. I used my own Internet connection, though.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Small room, but has everything you need (including iron). Very close to the station, very close to the beach , very close to everything :) If I have to go again to Antibes I will choose the same hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Location is perfect, close to the beach shops restaurants.
Very nice and helpful host.
There is a nice garden in front of the hotel where you can have breakfast.
Everything was great, my only problem was that my french language is very limited!

A very well kept inn with very sweet hosts. I never tried the breakfast, but it smelled great.
The rooms were very well kept and cleaned and had great amenities like a clothes iron, fridge, blowdryer, and AC unit.
Being an older & smaller inn, you could hear the other guests easily walking around above you. Also, expect very small room sizes. It didn't bother me too much though.

The staff were very warm and friendly. They were happy to accommodate our needs. They gave us lots of information on buses, places to go etc. The hotel was ideal for us situated in the heart of Juan Les Pins, accessible by foot to all the places we needed. I liked the fact that this was a cosy family hotel with a personal touch.

Amazing hotel with history. 5 minutes away from beach and train station.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Continental breakfast was nice and plentiful. Charming looking hotel'
The furnishings were a little outdated but everything was clean. Foodwise only breakfast available which is served outside in a small pretty area near the carpark.

Top location, wonderful owner, comfortable bed and super clean. 5 minute walk to Juan les Pins Station and the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great welcome and easy check in. Parking space allocated as requested. Breakfast served on the terrace - either continental or just coffee and croissant. Only minutes from the centre of town and the cafes. A short walk to the train station.
Room is on the small side once luggage rack is used. Only one upright chair and tiny desk. Difficult to find an available power socket. Bathroom is good but no place to put soap or accessories when showering

I booked this hotel last minute, and didn't have much expectations for it, but I absolutely adored it! And if I travel back to Juan-les-Pins, I will definitely book this hotel again! I arrived 3 hours before check-in (had let them know beforehand), and when I arrived (only expecting to store my suitcase and come back later) they already had the room ready. The sweet woman running the place greeted me with a smile and a complimentary bottle of water. She didn't speak much English, and I don't speak much French, but it didn't matter because we found a way to understand each other, and the customer service was exemplary! The rooms have real keys (not digital cards), and all the rooms are named after flowers instead of having numbers (cute detail). The room was very clean. The floor was carpeted, but perfectly clean and vacuumed every day (even under the bed, no cutting corners here!). The aircondition worked nicely, and there was even a small fridge in the room. The bathroom was clean, had complimentary toiletries and slippers, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I had an adorable corner room on the second floor towards a backyard, and didn't experience any noise from the outside.
The breakfast was served in a cute little area outside in front of the hotel. The breakfast looked nice, with croissants, baguettes, jam, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, and tea (and maybe some more things I didn't see). I didn't have the breakfast myself, because I was so tempted by all the delicacies from a nearby bakery. But I did have coffee from the hotel in the outside area, because it was a beautiful start of the day.
Perfect location, only 2 minutes straight line walking from the train station, and less than 5 minutes walking to beach, supermarket, and restaurant area. 20-25 minutes to walk to old town Antibes.
Have absolutely no complaints for this hotel.
The reception is closed between 23-08 at night, which is not a problem because you get a passcode so you can enter the gated area and the hotel if you come back at night.

Great location , staff very friendly. Very quiet and peaceful.
Facilities were slightly dated but that’s as expected for a building like this. Everything worked and was in order

We liked everything.

The building, the interiors, designs everything is super cool. A trip back to the lavish interwar years.
Most probably it is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was so small that opening 2 luggage we did not have any space to move around and had to step into the opened suitcase to get off the bed :(
The bathroom was so small that the shower was bigger than the empty space in the bathroom to move around. The bathroom had no door, only a sliding door that was slightly smaller than the opening. It may suit a couple, but definitely not if you are travelling with friends sharing the same room. And it had no windows.
The bed was small and built into the wall between 2 wardrobes (from floor to ceiling).
You could hear everything from the other rooms.
The facility advertises parking, but we were told on arrival that we should have called because we need an extra reservation for it (and paid for it separately 9 euros/day)

Extremely friendly greeting upon arrival, bottle of water with the hotel instructions and they had turned on the Aircon in my room before I arrived so it was very cool after a hot journey. Comfy bed and a decent shower, I loved having breakfast outside in the courtyard each morning.
I chose the hotel because it had onsite parking and I got lucky with all the other stuff
