This is the third or fourth time my daughter my three grandchildren have rented this property and loved it each time! Very clean, cozy and comfortable! The location is central to everything and we plan renting again next year!!!

We have stayed at the property three times, and book every year because it's an adorable, clean home, great location and fits my family perfectly!

I have no issue with cleaning a place after I stay there but being told to mop floors especially when no mop provided.
Bringing blankets was a pain. COVID-19 does not hide in blankets!
Overall it’s a great place for a small group.

A nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The home is clean and comfortable.

fully stocked kitchen, lots of pots and pans, large bowls for salads, serving spoons, nice coffee maker and toaster. Not every rental that says they are fully equipped has the basics. This place does!

From first appearances, the house appears very nice. The layout is very nice. The upstairs bedroom is lovely. And of course it is Cape May so who can complain about that. But it didn’t take us long to realize that the home was quite dirty inside. The kitchen countertops were gritty and there were several sticky areas. The floor was not clean. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were mildewy. There were only three of us and I never had a hot shower because there was never enough hot water. The owner had rugs all over the place, but I quickly learned that they were very dirty. We had to buy swifter refills to clean the floors. We did this the first day we were there and it was amazing how dirty the swifter pads were. I even washed the shower curtains and plastic liners because they were so filled with mildew! The refrigerator and freezer were dirty as well. The inside of the microwave was dirty There was some sort of black stuff in the freezer. And whoever was there before us left a tub of frozen ice cream and a big frozen gallon of milk. I thought we were supposed to remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer? Apparently the people before us did not. I don’t believe that the place was Covid safe. There were tapes across the toilet seats as if it had been fully cleaned and sanitized but clearly this was fake. There was hair in the tub!! More than one key would’ve been good. Very busy area with lots of traffic, so don’t expect to keep windows open at night. Very close to the fire hall station so expect to hear fire alarms often. I love Cape May but I would never stay at this place again. I’ve been Cape May 5 times now and this is the first time I’ve had this kind of a disappointing accommodation experience. I think whatever cleaners the owner is using… the are not cleaning.

Property was as described in the listing. The neighborhood was very nice and very close to the beach. Had to communicate a couple times with the homeowner and it was very easy. We totally recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay in Cape May. House was nice and was conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower was very nice. I was a little surprised that linens were not provided. Also was not prepared to provide our own cleaning. Not necessarily a problem, but would have preferred to know that in advance of booking

Great spot, walkable to everything, fresh, new and clean!
My teenage daughters and I rented for a week and loved it. Duckies farm market (DEFINITELY get the key lime pie) is literally a 30 second walk and fresh seafood down the street is a minute walk in the other direction. Westside Market is also down the street and a nice spot. Home is exactly in the pics with a generous kitchen, clean fresh bathrooms and had excellent communication with property manager/owner. Highly recommend

Great location for a peaceful visit
This house is great if you want a peaceful stay in Cape May. It is close enough to the main shopping and the CVS but you don’t have all the people that make staying in town feel less relaxed. There is a great breeze and the many windows allow you to take advantage of that. Nearby: two farmer’s markets on the street, Ostara’s Coffee and West End Marketplace (10 min walk), Panico’s Pizza (5 min walk), Bella Vida Cafe (5 min walk). Cape May Lighthouse and nature observatory are a short drive away.

Great house
This house felt brand new, with a nice kitchen, and good bathrooms. The loft bedroom upstairs was very spacious, although there is not a door, so you hear noise coming from downstairs. However, the downstairs is also very good, with a queen and a twin bunk bed in the two bedrooms, so parents can be upstairs, and kids can be downstairs, with their own bathroom. The outdoor shower was great to have, and there is a bbq and picnic table with umbrella as well. There are places to hang beach towels outside, and other chairs to sit in. Overall, I would totally recommend this house. It is easy to bike or drive to the nearest beaches. And, the farmer's market is within walking distance and it 3 minutes away!!

We were hesitant about traveling during Covid, but were pleased to find this house very clean, with plastic covers over the mattresses and pillows. We just did a quick wipe of everything in all the rooms just in case.We are a family of 4, with 2 adult children and the size of the house worked well for us. We liked the modern decor with touches like dimmers on all the light switches and also the combination air conditioner and heater units. We also enjoyed the beachy decorations (starfish, seahorses, etc..) all around to make us feel like we were on vacation! Tania was pleasant to deal with and helpful in answering our questions.

Impromptu Run Away to the beach...
We loved everything about our three week stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for my family of 5. It was big enough for us to spread out when needed and small enough to easily keep clean. The location was perfect - we could ride bikes to the beach and a 20 minute walk to Washington St. mall or a 10 minute walk to get pizza or ice-cream on Sunset & Broadway. So glad we "ran away" to West Cape May. Clean, cute and comfy is how I would sum up the house.

Wonderful property
This sweet house was perfectly located for rides to the beach, farmer's markets, wineries and the Washington Commons. The house was clean, with a well appointed kitchen and just as adorable as the photos indicate.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
We were extremely pleased with this property and hope to return there again. It was a beautiful house, inviting and comfortable. Owners are so pleasant to deal with. Definitely gets five stars from us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A little more further out from Washington Street than we normally stay, but it wasn't a detriment at all. We could still easily bike to everything we wanted to and the beach was an easy ride. The mattresses were comfy (which is not normally something you think about for a rental, but definitely appreciated). Our family situation would've been better for 2 twin beds in the one room instead of bunk beds, but we made it work with an air mattress; I knew about the bunk beds going in due to the listing and prepared for it. I also do think a clothesline in the backyard would be a great addition for drying towels and bathing suits, but that is a minor complaint. Overall, 110/100, would recommend. We had a great week!

We loved it. Right across the street, practically, from the firehouse/farmer's market. It was great

Cape May Stay
Loved the property, only thing I would suggest is that you supply more than one key for the house.

Wonderful Little Place
We loved our stay at this wonderful little cottage just over the border from Cape May proper (in West Cape May). We had family and extended family staying in various locations around Cape May the week we were there (one group near the beach on Broadway and another at the campground across the street) so this house ended up being an absolutely PERFECT location for four of us. The house is well maintained and we appreciated that the appliances, furniture, etc. were all relatively new (since it's new construction). For us, the "no pets" and "no smoking" policy were a huge selling point. It has all of the amenities you want/need in a beach house, including a really nice outdoor shower. Although we found ourselves wishing for a clothesline in the yard (for beach towels) and someplace to lock our bikes (which we rented for the week to get back-and-forth from the Mall and the beach), it's still a really great place overall that more than met our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if it were available.

Great house at perfect location
This was our second stay at this house and it will not be our last. The house as everything you need for a great vacation at Cape May. It is about a mile from the beach within walking distance from 2 fresh markets (farmer). We always rent bikes and leave the car parked for the duration of our vacation. We do everything by bike and this makes for an enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful rental in great location
The property is completely updated and a great size for a family. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. The location is perfect - right near the farm market, a short bike ride to the beach, and easy access out to Cape May Point as well as other points in Cape May. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The property was small and on a busy street for small children.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean which is a huge plus but the living room area is kind of small and the furniture not comfortable.

Great House in West Cape May!
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our stay at this house. It was newly renovated and well-kept. We enjoyed the location; it was a short drive into town and to the beach. And we were even able to easily walk to some shops such as West End Garage and The Cape May Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and close to everything
My family and I had a wonderful time in Cape May, and this home was perfect for our family. My daughter and her husband had the queen bedroom downstairs, and the boys loved the bedroom with the bunk beds. I being (nana) had the king sized bedroom upstairs! Everything was updated and new. The home was close to the beach, the point, the ferry and town. We all enjoyed bike riding, swimming and shopping! Can't wait to go again next year! This property helped make our family vacation a Success!!!

Welcoming cottage awaits in West Cape May!
Stepping inside this beautifully appointed cottage, one immediately senses the shift to "Cape May" time and the beginning of a relaxing stay. The owners have thoughtfully provided every amenity for their guests' comfort. All things Cape May (beaches, restaurants, antiquing, birdwatching, etc.) are just a short walk or bike trip away. Truly a gem, I look forward to my next stay here with family and friends. Thank you Tania and Andrew!

Adorable Beach Cottage with GREAT Location!
This was our first stay in this quaint, newly-constructed cottage. We were impressed with the fresh/modern layout and décor. The kitchen is very roomy, being open to the living and dining area and so well appointed that you will really enjoy cooking on your vacation! The kitchen has a sliding glass door to the private backyard where you will find a Weber grill and a nice picnic table with umbrella. Also there is an outdoor shower to get the sand off when you return from the beach. The first floor also has two bedrooms with ample closet space and the bunk beds are perfect for the kids! The very best part of the house is the master suite on the second floor, with a soaring ceiling, walk in closet and elegant tiled bath. The overall location of the house cannot be beat - close enough to bike to the beach, yet tucked away from the bustle of downtown. The farm stand across the street carries everything you would need to make a quick breakfast or lunch, without ever having to get in your car. Overall, the house was perfect for our family of 6 and we will definitely be back; the owners are very friendly and make it easy to reserve!
