Hotel looked lovely, food was excellent. More staff needed at the bar area as there were long queues on a regular basis.

Hotel looked good as did the pool areas. Bar staff and waiters in dining area were friendly although very few could speak any English.

Housekeeping was atrocious for rooms and all areas of the hotel. Reception staff not very helpful.

It's a nice place for a short stay. Beach is about 10 min walk, very nice bay. Nearby kiosks and bus stop.

limited towels given by cleaning staff and 10 euros going missing out of my daughters money from our room.

Good for a cheap, simple stay.

Food was really nice and the staff friendly.

Cleanliness of outside areas and broken items of furniture and equipment.

Family holiday

The food was tasty and good selection, the water had a suitable temperature and the water park was in order. The surrounding of the hotel is pretty quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. Beaches close to the hotel are nice and within walking distance.

Evening mini-disco started late and end up early, so instead of half an hour it took 15 minutes, but after that was usually some following schedule.

Perfect for family escapes

Staff was helpful and pleasant, waterpark was very nice,food was excellent.

Alcohol except beer and sodas was the cheapest quality,so coktails were not nice. Room was nice but little bit small for 3 persons

Very good choice for its price with breakfast.

Good breakfast!! Big and deep (1.7m) swimming pool. Nice shower. Good size room with air condition. Free parking space. Fridge in the room.

Wifi was disconnecting sometimes. There was cleaning everyday, they were making the beds but only once they changed sheets and towels (information said they change them 3 times per week and we were there 6 days). Too much noise coming from hallway. The room door was heavy but not soundproof.

Very friendly and helpfull staff!!! Nice waterpark.

-Booked a room for a family of 4..... the initial booking was mentioning 3 twin beds and 1 couch bed BUT when we arrived in the room it included 2 single beds connected together, one small couch bed and a rusty old camp bed!!! that was placed in front of the room entrance (exactly outside of the bathroom!!!). It was obvious that the specific room could not fit more than 2-3 people. For the all inclusive: - All the drinks are awfull, the juices and coke/sprite tasted like syrop, it was not the original drinks we all know. - They serve you the drinks in very small cups. - The food was awfull, plenty of options but non of them had taste and were always cold. Sweets/Fruits after food, are just ok. - The "ice cream" options were only 2, mango and chocolate-vanilla ( that you can buy yourself from LIDL store in a pack very cheap!!!)

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!

The room was not what we expected it was incredibly small and way different of what it was shown in the booking.com. In other words the pictures were catfishing and it was not what we expected.

Good

Great waterslides in the waterpark area. Also a waterpark seperate for the smaller kids. Nice size swimming pool with the right temperature

Smell in the room was awful. Rooms are old and have just been touched up to make them look reasonable. Drains in the bathroom open and so we found a big cockroach in the room. Dinner was cold and and not fresh.The flies flying around the buffet put us off dinner and we left hungry. Poor desserts. Oily omelette for breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was very good. Very pleasant Cypriot reseptionist and very healpful.The safe guards at the waterpark do a very good job.

Super!!! Value for money!

Everything was super! Cleaning, Food, friendly staff, value for money! Great location! Pampis the manager in dining was friendly and professional! Waitress Violeta so lovely too. Receptionists Petrina and Tijen were super! Great service at the bar as well. We had a lovely time!! Thanks Narcissos!!!

Superb

Really great for families. They even have entertainment for children throughout the day and night.

The waterpark is for bigger children and the water pressure on the game for the kids is too much..almost hurtful.

very friendly staff specially Petrine at front desk very helpful and easy to talk to! pool areas clean with very helpful lifeguards ! kids love the slides rooms comfortable rooms with small refrigerator ! some problems with the room was fixed !for breakfast was nice touch the omelette

Bad experience the dinner buffet! It will be nice in rooms to have some plates and glasses

Value for money

Hotel seems new and well kept. Rooms very spacious for the type of hotel it is. Location was great with few minute walk to the beach and other facilities nearby.

The entertainment was nice but an announcement before any activity and more chatting with the guests would be bring more value. With this said the entertainment girls were very friendly and polite.

recommended for families with babies.

The staff was very very polite and helpful (reception, waiters, baristas)!they let us also check out at 3 without extra charge (i really appreciate it)!We stayed in a studio and it was spacious (2 adults, 1 child and one infant (babycot)! Rich breakfast. The swimming pool and the waterpark was very nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there. We will return for sure!
