3. in bagno trovata lametta depilazione in doccia usata
4. frigo in camera poco efficace
Al check-out ci viene semplicemente detto: ci dispiace molto... provvederemo
Vi dispiace molto... provvederete..?! Ma state scherzando...?

Nice hotel near Baia Verde beach and with easy access to Gallipoli and motorway to visit Leuca and the south of Puglia. Correct breakfast and according to a`3-star hotel. Restaurant was nice for dinner and price according to the general prices in force in the area. Quiet residential area. Free parking easy on the street.
The bedroom that was first given to us was located at the back of the hotel and on the ground-floor and it looked like a... back-room. We asked to change and a new one was offered to us in the 1st floor .
The peak holiday time was over and the street outside could better maintained.

Very helpful and nice staff both at the reception and at the breakfast service. Very good breakfast with broad selection. For dinner we tried both the menu (you need to request the day before) and an a la carte choice, which were both very tasty, which is a praise to the chef. Few minutes walking to the beach, to the train and to two shops.
Nothing to mention really.

The hotels restaurant was open! We had a lovely dinner. They also serve pizza.
Baia Verde in the off season is still crowded but most of the restaurants were closed already. We stayed in Baia Verde beginning of september.

Friendly staff, speaking perfectly English. Location is ok, close to the beach but a bit of a suburb idea
When we arrived the toilet was not properly cleaned. Bed was not so comfortable.
