Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.
Imagine yourself in beautiful sunny Florida, enjoying the beach, views of the ocean and the salt in the air from this gorgeous ground floor corner unit. The views are second to none from this spectacular unit with large windows in the living and dining rooms offer stunning ocean views. This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor corner unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is steps away along with convenient access to the beach.
The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish).
Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor, two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach.
Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

This rental turned out to be a great choice. The best part was the location on the first floor of the building. It was so easy to unload and come and go from this unit as it was very close to the parking lot, but not on it at the same time.
At first we were kind of concerned that the building itself seemed to be dated, but relieved that inside our unit was relatively updated and pleasant. Our unit was spacious and we had almost everything we needed minus a washer and dryer. We felt that the trade off was worth having the super close proximity to the beach. Our favorite thing was to watch the waves during the day and listen to them all night. Being an end unit with two extra windows made it bright and sunny during the day, yet we were grateful that there were blackout shades so that we could sleep at night. We were also pleased that it was so quiet in our unit. It would have been great to watch the rocket launches from our unit if they hadn’t been cancelled.
We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but they were immediately addressed by Taylor when we contacted her despite it being on her own time on the weekend. Thanks, Taylor

Wow! Beautiful views of the ocean out every window. The ocean is literally over the railing out your door. Condo is nice and clean. We spent mornings in the heated pool and afternoons on the beach. The office had puzzles, books and outdoor games ( cornhole, shuffle board) to enjoy. Very quiet, family oriented resort. Jerry, the resort manager, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay!

We live 10 minutes from PBC. This was our first stay and it won’t be our last. We enjoyed the pool the views the dogs areas and the beach. Thanks for making it so easy. We will be looking forward to another stay again in the near future!!

The unit was perfect for our short getaway with 2 adults and one teen. We used the beach access and the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio to listen to and watch the waves crashing.

Satellite Beach Cute and Adorable Vacation Weekend.
The place was amazing, ocean view and easy access to the beach. This property is in the first floor with plenty of privacy and you can hear the ocean breeze, It’s very relaxing and quiet place . The kitchen amenities are well provided and bigger size pot are available.
The king size bed is comfortable , white bedsheets are wonderful .It’s an old building but well maintained. Close to shopping center where Publix ,McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and good restaurants are available around the area .
NASA Kennedy Space Center - 33 miles / My son and my family enjoyed it !!!

Stay was nice, except for the last morning when 2 workers are inside our balcony without notice not a knock no postings anywhere. Scared the heck out of us. They never bothered to say anything. Just walked right in.

We had a great time. The unit was very clean, roomy, and quiet. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our patio. Great place to watch the sunrise. The staff were kind and exceptional as well. Highly recommend.

Older building, but very nice, very quiet. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all.
Pool was 7ft deep at one end.
A random middle-aged woman tried to take our beach towels, keep an eye on your stuff!
Lots of dogs, but we never saw any dog poop, and didn't hear any barking.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay on Satellite Beach. This is a great location for excellent golfing, great seafood choices, and peaceful walks on the beach. We definitely will be back.

I just spent 2 glorious weeks at Paradise Beach Club. I stayed one week in unit 104 and one week in unit 336. Both are ocean front, very nice and extremely clean. The ocean views from each are different but gorgeous.
The heated pool was nice and the stairs from the pool area made it convenient to get down to the beach.
The property manager, Zareh was very accommodating and always available. Since I stayed in 2 different units, he made sure my new unit was the first one cleaned that day so I wouldn't have to wait very long to move from one unit to another.
I will definitely be back again.

Cons-Master mattress needs to be replaced due to dent in center of mattress, living room sofa needs a deep clean or be replaced, and guest room need blackout shades. The lighting for safety in outside corridor is on all night and shines directly into guest room.
I would stay at apartment 104 over and over again. Perfection!

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained and clean. The host was great to work with and check-in and check-out were effortless. We were given recommendations of restaurants in the area and were able to try several of them and they did not disappoint. We loved the location and the view was amazing! We hope to return soon!!

Zareh with "Stay in Cocoa Beach" was the best! He goes over and above to make sure your vacation is the best! Any questions I had were answered right away and he made sure we had everything we needed and more. Check in and check out were so easy. It was great that beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach toys were included. The unit was modern and clean. Loved the walk out right to the beach. The building even had corn hole boards and badminton games anyone could use. We got the corn hole boards out one night and the people staying beside us joined us in the beautiful grassy area right outside our patio overlooking the beach. It was a glow in the dark corn hole set with glowing bags and boards so we got to play well into the dark. We had a great game going and the people on the balcony above us came out and were cheering us on. Fun times!! The pool was big, warm, and clean, the kids and adults loved it. It was so beautiful to have to pool overlooking the beach. My 10 year old loved playing shuffle board that the building had for anyone to use. Such a great experience. If you go to Satellite Beach go to Long Doggers for dinner and The Fat Donkey for ice cream. Also check out the rocket schedule at Kennedy Space Center. We got to watch a SpaceX rocket launch while we were there.

Our stay at Paradise Beach Condo unit 104 was amazing. The unit itself was clean and updated and provided plenty of space for the 4 of us but can easily accommodate more. Our views from the condo were stunning and the interior was beautifully decorated as well. The owner provided stellar customer service by checking in on us and taking immediate action for a minor situation that we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this unit and/or owner for your vacation!!

Not quite what I expected
Million dollar view as you can see from the unit but the interior furnishings and look of the unit not so much for 3k a week. Kitch en was not appointed as well as you would expect either.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect for us. We had a three-year-old and a baby with us, so it was great to be able to step right out onto the beach without having to pack all the kids' stuff every time. Check-in and out were incredibly convenient. There were enough towels, dishes, etc. to make a good home base for our week long stay. Note there was still a temporary chain link fence and sandbags at the edge of the patio/pool deck so the ocean view in the pics was a bit obstructed, this was the first week in March.

Wonderful location
The location can't be beat! The ocean is right outside your door. Building is Old Florida but well maintained. Staff are excellent. Lacked a few amenities which were easily obtained at Walmarts 10 minutes away. Guest bathroom had a water leak from floor above and staff were quick to respond and kept us informed about the repair. Going back next year!

We did a spontaneous trip and chose here. We had a corner ocean front room. The cleaning ladies had our room done early and they let us check in, what a relief. The room was very clean. They kept the grounds clean and tidy as well considering the wall construction that was going on, We would still stay here again! We had our 2 golden doodles with us they enjoyed the stay also. Only downside was no in-room washer/dryer not sure if any of them offer it. (room 104). We were all happy to just escape the cold/snow and look at the beautiful scenery and have a clean comfortable place to stay while doing so!
