Lovely hotel in a great location.

It's a quiet room and well located. The bed, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi were great. It's also very close to Woolworths.

More filtered cold water in the fridge would be nice - as the tap water is undrinkable.

50/50 about staying there again.

I would recommend the attached restaurant with 10% patron discount. Good location.

The window wouldn’t shut. Stairs only. Not great for large baggage. Hood’s racing their motorcycle around the area.(not the hotels fault. Free water bottles in the fridge put in sideways soaking the carpet.

Centrally located hotel with nice rooms

The hotel is centrally located, and the room was quite nice with a large bathroom. Had dinner in the restaurant and that was lovely. There is parking on site but it is hard to get, so I ended up having to park down the road in a council car park.

Great location but the hotel room is very small

Check in service is delayed and only one staff member who is a manager of the hotel did check us in but he wasn't even at the desk at the time of checking in, then we had to wait for him to return to the desk, so we can get our room key

Excellent value for money hotel.

This hotel is such value for money. We were travelling up the coast staying in budget accommodation each night. Our expectations were just that it was clean and safe but this hotel is so much nicer than expected. Room and bathroom were huge. Right opposite the marina and a few steps from town. A longer walk or short bus ride/drive from Shoal Bay. Very comfy stay- thank you.

great location and handy to everything. Wonderful stay.

Everything and the hotel restaurant service and meals were excellent.

It was my second stay and although all other needs were meant it was the second time we did not receive cups and saucers to make a cup of tea with the teabags. When we went to reception it was 9am and then again 9.30 reception wasn't manned and the cleaner couldn't understand what we needed so had to forgo the cuppa again. Other than that it was a little hard to find parking as this is limited.

Great central location is a great sized room. Just need to strengthen a few areas.

The location and the size of the room.

The bed was uncomfortable. Nowhere to use the kettle, so had to have in the bathroom. Also cleaner never took away rubbish, changed coffee cups or replenished supplies. There were never any staff at reception to raise these concerns with.

Everything was great.

One guy was very very rude at the bar in the evening, made us was to change venues. I’ve never been served by such a rude person before, almost ruined my night. All other staff were wonderful.

Great central location within walking distance of everything!

The location is great, close to the water, shops and cafes and plenty of nice walks. We love this area and it was great being central to everything! The accommodation is good value for money and comfortable. We didn’t have a room with a view (the windows opened to the back of the pub so we kept them shut) but that was fine as we were out most of the time and I hadn’t requested anything specific. The air con was great too.

Spacious room. Excellent location.

Poor lighting in bathroom. And no mirrors anywhere else in the room - if the bathroom is in use, difficult to get ready for the day without any other mirrors.

excellent location, close to beach and restaurants

no service, dirty bathroom, generally unclean, associated restaurant was disorganised and food was poor quality, menu did not match their online menu.
