The people that work there are really nice and helpfull. My son got ill during our stay and the manager himself called the doctor of his own children. We got an appointment the same day. Helped us alot.
4.5
- big pool in a fancy garden, you would think you are in Morocco or India,
India,
- decoration in the hotel, very kind people very helpfull and even "matching" the décoration which completes the sensation to be outside Italia,
- good breakfast with local fresh produits,
- fire in the backyard at Night of olive log,
- spa is nice
- floor in brick even in the room,
- good beds
Place is out of Lecce in the Middle of nowhere but you can be in the centre in 10mn by car (finding a place to park in August can take much more time)

The hotel was in a lovely setting. The pool was beautiful, an absolute oasis. We also had excellent food in the restaurant, we stopped for Dinner and for Breakfast, both were given a very large selection and the quality and service were excellent. Our room was also quite large, plenty of space and the furnishings were very authentic.
The bedroom was very dimly lit
We were awoken very early, first light, in the morning by light coming in through an open skylight directly above the bed.
Everytime one of us moved in the bed the whole matteress movedwhich caused the other of us to wake up. All in all we did not get a great nights sleep.

Riad and spa would be a better name than masseria. The moroccan decoration make you feel in Marrakesh.
Very nice and large swimming pool .
Moroccan styled rooms in all the details.
The location is not top.

Everything! We had a rented car and this hotel provided a perfect base for us to explore this part of Puglia (we came here from Matera, with a short stop in Taranto on the way, used the hotel as a base for visiting Lecce, Otranto and Gallipoli, then departed to Monopoli). Free parking, very close (by car) to the city center and easy to get to the other cities we visited as listed above. Very nice and attractive building, built in a Moroccan style. Huge room. Spa and a heated indoor pool (the attractive outdoor pool was still too cold; the wonderful indoor pool was free, spa was extra but the cost was very reasonable). Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were excellent.
Nothing.

Beautiful pool, great spa, good restaurant (breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner). Nice room with private terrace. Close to the city but need a car
The pool could be a bit warmer and the bathroom have brighter lights

The staff were amazing. All were prepared to go over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and all fresh.
The pool was clean and a very relaxing area.
The spa was peaceful and a warm welcoming environment.

Good location, very nice staff, nice facilities.
We really had a good stay!
The walls are incredibly thin.
You can completely follow the conversations of your neighbors.. imagine the sounds during the night.
The temperature from the pool is very cold, you can swim but be prepared ;)

All the staff were very friendly. So relaxing.
Our room was very dark

I'd booked the suite; room 26, and it was unique. A huge bedroom and bed, with a very impressive, separate lounge area. The pool is 50m by 50m. At night, the lighting gives the whole pace a romantic sheen. A courtyard had a fire pit with a wood fire, and plenty of beds to relax amongst the deafening silence.
All of the staff were first class helpful.
The location - The hotel was a fair distance from Lecce center. Perhaps we knew that when booking. But the area outside of the hotel looked run down, so the journey too and from the hotel was a contrast to the hotel itself
3.0
the pool and building
the decor and colour of bed linen

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool area and restaurant looked beautiful. Overall the resort was a real oasis as it's set outside of Lecce town. The poolside beds was very comfortable.
The beds were high and uncomfortable and our boys were in a separate room with stairs which wasn't ideal and they were unable to move them to another room. The pool was amazing but not very shallow so not really practical for swimming if a group of people congregated in the middle of it.
3.5
the pool is spectacular
the room was very dark and fairly basic and the iron furniture gave it a cheap feel. breakfast was basic
4.5
The whole atmosphere was amazing. The little garden and patio in front if our room was lovely. A 1001 night adventure
The SPA needed a brush up (especially the pool). It mentioned Turkish bath - for me it was just a stream bath. Lightening in room and bathroom could be improved
5.0
the pool. the staff and breakfast.
not enough light in the room.

Would give it more than 10 if I could. The relaxing atmosphere, the gigantic pool, the good spa, the rooms, everything was just wonderful. One of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed at in Europe.
Nothing, really.
2.5
garden and nice view to the pool from the dining room
everything was dark and humid and not very clean

staff were extremely friendly and helped with anything needed. pool area is large and the dining area looks out to the pool.
room was very dark.
Slightly faded. not 4 starL and bathrooms were not fit for purpose( plastic shower curtain) water all over floor- design fault of the room.

Bed in suite was not comfortable, room smells like pee (suite!!), room was not properly cleaned, there was a kids toothbrush lying on the floor. In general very overpriced. Guy at reception and on pool bar were the only nice staff.
