Marvelous place

Very clean, brand-new apartment hotel with very good location (close to the beach and restaurants but not noisy). Booked 2 apartments (1-bedroom and 2-bedroom) and both was so nice (clean, spacious and very well-equiped), beds are very comfortable. Nice place to stay with kids and family. Apartments have huge balkony or terrase (at groung floor). Also there was very helpful and friendly personal which provided us with all necessities we asked for. Highly recommended.

The receptionist guys are nice, especially Sercan, he was really helpful, however Sefa is always moody, never replied to

The place is renewed that is nice, with good location next to the beach, bus stops and cafes

Cleanliness is questioned: washroom wasn’t cleaned properly, water is not going well from shower… Found lots of hair on the washed bedsheets, toiled paper wasn’t put every time (we had to ask), property doesn’t have iron (reception guy said they don’t have, we found out that house maid had one which they normally don’t give to customers, but gave us only because my friend spoke Turkish)

Не хватило чайника в номер, хотя на рецепшен был термопот с чаем.

Ver convenient and good proce for the room

This hotel is very comfortable and quite well situated close to the Bank street and to the beach. The personal was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast!

Great location, 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. We arrived at 3 am and checked in with no trouble. Friendly staff. There is no elevator but they take your bags up and down for you.

The rooms are dated and in great need of a cosmetic touch-up. There was an AC unit in our room but it was only working as a fan and would not cool the room at all. The remote was clearly for some other unit as it we could not change any setting. As a result, the room was hot and stuffy. The beds are not very comfortable and the bed linens have holes in them. Instead of a top sheet you get something that is like a waffle towel - hard and unpleasant to sleep under. The breakfast is very basic: boiled eggs, some sort of salad, bread, butter, jam and fresh watermelon and tomatoes. Only instant coffee and creamer instead of fresh milk. No soft drinks at all.

Very clean and spacious stay for reasonable price

Good value for money. No carpets on the floor (tiles), which may be good for people with allergies. Rooms are large, for this price. Nice cotton linen. But one should remember that the hotel is on a major street, and the windows are not tightly sealed. So are the curtains. If you room faces the traffic street, you will be up at 6 am from light and noise.

Curtains are not blackout, noisy, no plug at the bed (no way to charge phone on one's night table).

For a 10 days accomodation i;ve expected to get a room at first floor (maybe at second), not at

Close to the beach, in-front of bus station , wide rooms , balcony is a big add in pool view rooms, staff are helpful , good value for money

Not what they claim in booking.com

Room size was good.

The receptionist was rude and tried to overcharge us and when I booked from booking.com he made us to go to the fourth floor (The hotel didn't have elevator)! Shower was cold and breakfast was very simple. They mentioned parking in booking.com but they didn't have. Pool was empty without mentioning in booking.com. Not even value for money

Location is convenient. Nearby there are supermarkets. A101, Bin, Migros. Necessary things such as soap, toilet paper, minibar, AC, TV, towels and thin sleepers.

On the third floor(4th actually) there was a problem with hot water.

Perfect and simple

Breakfast was pretty standard, thanks to covid-19. Location was perfect. Close to a bus stop. Also, in the middle of many restaurants and fast food joints. Staff were friendly. Always trying their best to speak the English language.

Covid-19 didn't allow flaws to be revealed as such. The turkish need to learn the English language.
