This was a very great place to stay about 15 minutes to 30 minutes to every place you will want to visit. Clean room and great space and neighborhood is amazing and easy to get to and from places. Highly recommended.

We loved the apartment at Christina's property. It had everything we needed and easy to take care of. A very nice neighborhood with access to any destination. It made our 4 day stay there so much fun. I would recommend this for any stay in Charleston for 2 people. Thank you Christina for hosting us! Sheila S.

Location is great; very safe, quiet, and private. The home is just so unbelievably well put together and has everything you could possibly need. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on…As a host as well, I most definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect place for my daughter and her boyfriend to spend a couple days. Relaxing, quiet, very nice neighborhood and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay!! They really liked it!!

My daughter and I loved our stay at this apartment. The location was a very quiet and peaceful one. After a full day spent in downtown Charleston we looked forward to the peace and quiet. Everything a guest would need was provided. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom towels were thick and cozy.

The VRBO is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and cozy! It was the perfect spot for our weekend trip- about 40 min from Sullivan’s Island for an afternoon at the beach, and about an hour from a wedding we attended in Moncks Corner. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed for a quick trip to Charleston. First the owner was very responsive and even let us in earlier than our check in time. The place was VERY clean and it was so home-like we felt safe and was able to relax. All the little touches were so pleasant. We love staying here. I’ve already told my sister that she needs to book this place for her up coming vacation. Check in was super easy, Check out was easy. Very private. I highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We both loved the location of the neighborhood. It’s a very nice country club neighborhood with a golf course. It’s an easy drive to the local beaches or to downtown Charleston. We made trips to both places numerous times on our trip. To be honest, I was slightly concerned about staying above someone’s garage, but this place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and offered everything anyone could think of. It was nice to find local brochures, sunscreen, and quality beach chairs. Overall, just a very clean and safe space to stay. It was the perfect size for the two of us. I personally liked that the check-out process was simple. It wasn’t a long to-do list, so it made our morning leaving much smoother than at our typical VRBO stays. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it(in fact, I already did to my borther and sister-in-law for their annual trip to Charleston! Lol)

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The location was amazing. Out of the city but close enough to swing by and enjoy. Also, I was able to get in an early morning round of golf while my wife slept in due to it being ON a golf course. We loved the central location and would absolutely stay here when coming back to Charleston.

This little getaway is located 25 minutes from Charleston in a lovely neighborhood. Just down the street from the Magnolia Plantation. Everything you need is there at your convenience. Clean and comfortable. Host are very friendly. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

We are staying at multiple properties, and I was most nervous about “an above garage apartment.” This has been our best stay yet! It’s spacious and clean. The washer/dryer were great to do some laundry halfway through our trip. The owners provided nice beach chairs, so we spent a wonderful day at Folley Beach. It was very private. We didn’t see the owners at all. They provided everything we needed for an amazing stay. I would certainly recommend this location!

The property is in an excellent location and is beautiful! The amenities of the rental are so well thought out and account for virtually all the needs of guests! The trip was for my girlfriends birthday weekend and the accommodations couldn’t have been any more appropriate or enjoyable.

Beautiful, quiet setting. It is over the garage of the owners home on a golf course with nice homes. The kitchen and laundry were great to have. We would definitely stay there again. It is about a 30 min drive into Charleston.

Beautiful home in which we stayed in the loft above the garage. Private entrance separate from main house. Well maintained, clean, comfortable and stocked with the essentials. Less than twenty minutes from Historic Charleston. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on our way to HH. It was a short stay - only 2 nights. The place is immaculate. So close to downtown. We really were pleasantly surprised with everything about it. We will definitely keep this place in mind when this way again. The neighborhood is a great place to get a walk in. The owners have a beautiful home and a beautiful set up here. You won’t be disappointed.

This property is just as pictured. Being somewhat of a clean freak, the smell as we entered was wonderful, my husband even commented on it. Be aware you must enter by a stairwell as this is a second floor suite. Everything we needed was supplied and we loved the showerhead and water pressure. We will definitely stay again.

We picked this property to stay due its central location from the airport and places we wished to visit. Everything was basically within 20 minutes from the property. An added bonus was that it was adjacent to a lovely golf course which we were able to play. The studio was spacious, clean and well appointed. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, yet very close to downtown Charleston. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

It was in a nice neighborhood that was very quiet and easy to find. Window views of the golf course made for nice scenery. Place was clean and the amenities were as described. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to get away. It was convenient to everything.

I was very pleased with everything about our stay. A few thoughts for people to consider and know about. The neighborhood was safe, clean and upper end. The location was just far enough outside of Charleston to be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to go where you need as a tourist (Fort Sumter, downtown etc.). One easily accessible parking space. Coded electronic door locks with a key waiting for you inside if preferred. The stairs up to the studio were slightly narrow and steep for elderly people with heavier items, but we had no problems. The inside was very clean and in great condition. It is small, but you don't feel closed in at all with the high ceiling. The price was more than reasonable for all the appliances and things you may need in the kitchen etc. And the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall 5+ stars

This was an oasis of relaxation in a nice setting. The hosts are really nice people and very welcoming. The place was clean and modern. My wife & I are very active so we did not mind the steps which are many. We have family members with challenging mobility and we would not recommend this place to them however otherwise this place is beautiful and very good value. We had to depart a day early due to an incoming storm which was the only negative aspect of the trip.

This property was exactly as represented on VRBO. It comes equipped with everything you need for a stay in Charleston. The studio is ideal for one person or a couple as it only has one sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with all high end appliances and everything you need to prepare food and beverages, the bed is incredibly comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. It is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood and for us, was incredibly convenient to friends that we were visiting. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Charleston.

This was really clean and cute space and perfect for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. It’s like a really nice hotel room with a washer and dryer and kitchen. Very safe neighborhood. They also had beach chairs which was really handy. Only thing to be aware of is that you’re about 20 mins from Charleston and 40 from Folly Beach. Great stay though! 10/10

This was a perfect place for my friend and I to enjoy some site seeing in Charleston. It was very clean, the A/C worked very well, the bed was super comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, the neighborhood was quiet and the golf course made for a beautiful view.
