pool (and sofa beds v good)

The pool should be managed. There are no checks on wristbands and no checks on people not showering before the pool or after sauna.( disgusting!!!!!)

Miło spędzony czas. W budynku cicho i piwknybwidpkbz okna.

Nasz pokój był dość spory co dawało dużo swobody. Kuchnia wyposazona w garnki, ekspres do kawy oraz toster. mikrofalówka, zmywarka oraz lodówka były sprawne. Blisko do sklepu. Basen.

W kuchni brakowało podstawowych naczyń jak miseczki czy też kubeczki. Brak startowego zestawu do zmywarki. Ręczniki za które trzeba płacić.

Great spot for a ski break

Great accommodation, had everything we needed and easy finding a space for parking too. Short walk (200m) to ski run down to Bettex chairlift which even had a skipass booth. Pool facility was really good after a day on the slopes.

Pleased with size of the apartment

No tea towel or cloth - 1 toilet roll provided / no washing up liquid or diswasher tablets - not expecting loads but a starter kit would have been handy. Single beds not comfortable

Good apartments with a super pool

Really spacious apartment. Well-equipped. Very dog-friendly Flexible dates - we only booked a two-night stay Helpful staff. Easy parking Excellent pool

Internet was non-existent in our apartment. Would have had to use reception, which isn't always open Not the most convenient skiing part of Les Menuires - Bettex lift and piste which is low in the resort and makes skiing out a bit awkward Sauna and steam should have been hotter by late afternoon

Disappointing

The location is really good, a few meters from the slopes.

Poor cleaning: dusty and messy, starting with the reception. The apartment was dusty inside and not really cleaned. No toilet papers and kitchen were poorly equipped. I was charged 15 euros for extra towels without being informed in advance (no information on the booking.com page). The staff could not speak English. The pool and sauna were cold and had no supervision to prevent people from getting in and out in the sauna, making it even colder. No hygiene as people were entering the sauna without towels, sweating the wood. On crowd days is nearly impossible to get a free parking spot and the barrier to acces to the apartments were closed the whole time, so, no possibility to dropp off the skis and bags. There is no double bed in the room. There are 2 tiny beds that were put side by side but moved away during the night, making it impossible for a couple to sleep together.

really enjoyed staying here kitchen facilities great so cooked a couple of nights and made our own breakfast. shop 5 min

excellent location for skiing good parking spacious rooms pool and saunas were great after a day’s skiing easy access to slopes and free bus 5 minutes to centre for bars and meals really enjoyable stay ski hire on site was very helpful fun and friendly really easy to book and key was waiting for us on arrival

we got wet one day skiing and not really any where to dry clothes. would be nice with a bar in hotel or nearby but a short ride on bus to bars so not really a problem reception staff very helpful and polite

It was good and simple. Just as expected. Easy to get to the food store and to the lift system.

There was a lot of people in the sauna. Kind of weird that they had 2 but only on was turned on. Otherwise, everything was as expected

Nice place to stay. friendly and helpful staff. this is the 3rd time we are staying there and we could go again.

cheaper compare to the other places, good location, friendly and helpful staff

some of the bedding had hair on it which I had to remove prior to putting the clean linens. The lower bed in the living room area had a mattress cover which was not very clean. I could see someone had been sleeping on it. Good that we did not need to use it. The cushions on the sofa were dirty but put them away.

A tiny appartment

The distance to the ski lift

A tiny 4 person appartment, that we have used for two persons. A spartan kitchen with no opener for beer bottles. In the knight it is difficult to open the window in the sleeping room. The couch is the same as the spare bed and not confortable to sit on.
