Esperienza negativa, accoglienza pessima

Struttura tipica di influenza tedesca a Frutillar

Difficoltà nel confermare la prenotazione. Accettano solo carte di credito. Grande difficoltà all’arrivo per pagare. Non ci è stato spiegato nulla sulla struttura, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi la chiave Wi-Fi. Neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua è stata offerta. Colazione deludente, tutto è industriale e si ha la sensazione che vadano al risparmio su qualsiasi prodotto. Anche a colazione non hanno offerto l’acqua. Esperienza negativa, non consigliato.

Peaceful, comfortable, everything you could want and more!

We LOVED this place--it was clean, comfortable, gorgeous and peaceful large courtyard with lots of seating and grassy area, even a hot tub perched high above the small town with views. Very romantic! The breakfast they served was the best we had during 2 weeks in Patagonia, and we enjoyed wine by the fire in the common space in the evening. We were jetlagged from traveling, and the large comfortable bed with fairy tale feeling windows that opened up to the courtyard was perfect for napping. Easy walking distance to many cute restaurants in town and the waterfront. The front desk was very helpful and even spoke some English which was a surprise compared to other places we stayed. I wish we could have stayed longer. You will love it!

Charming place for a relaxing stay in a lovely quiet setting

Modern facilities in a charming hotel. The breakfast was excellent and served in a sun filled dining room. one block from the Lake.

Be careful with a slippery shower basin.

Very helpful staff. They had lots of recommendations for the area.

Our room was right above the restaurant so the music was playing well past 10 pm.

Cozy, warm and charming.

Excellent location, within walking distance of sights as well as restaurants. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Travelled with older couple who has some difficulties with the stairs to get to the bathroom downstairs from the bedrooms upstairs.

Comfortable short stay.

Well located. Cleanliness. Very accommodating and responsive employees. Parking space available.

Our request of bringing breakfast at the apartment was forgotten. It could be that the reception desk forgot to remind other staff about it. After follow-up, they quickly served it. The breakfast was a normal set. The rate per night was a bit pricey though.
