We booked this hotel through booking using the Japanese national travel support program which requires the main guest to have an official address (live in) Japan and payed in advance by credit card. When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, the staff at the reception told us that we couldn’t get the full discount from the travel support program because the second guest did not have an address in Japan. He refused to give us the room unless we paid an extra amount of money corresponding to the discount for one person, otherwise he offered to cancel our reservation and refund us the money (at 10pm!). We explained that on booking it is stated that the main guest must live in Japan, and that this we fulfill the conditions of the support program and that by the contract that we hold with booking he has to give us our room, and that if he has any issues he should handle that with booking directly. He told us that we were wrong and started telling lie after lie to get us to leave the hotel or pay the extra money. After about an hour of fighting and threatening to call a lawyer, he finally let us in the room. However, the next day, after check-out, he cancelled our reservation a posteriori in what seemed a move to obtain a cancellation fee or something. After consulting with booking’s customer service, they confirmed that we were right not to pay any extra money and said that it was not normal for the hotel to cancel our reservation after check-out.
In addition to the above, the room was very noisy as it was directly above a large avenue, and the beds were uncomfortable as they had some plastic-like protection between sheet and mattress, which made us sweat.

location
didn’t have guests robe so I have to sleep naked.
the water system was not working properly, faucet tap was about to explode every time I’m going to open it. power plug was placed behind the TV which makes it difficult to charge your devices. the room itself was poorly designed (it’s maybe little hard but I’m an architect so that’s all i care about) with unnecessary open space and very lack of space between your bed and the TV.
In conclusion, unless you want to stay close to the center, otherwise love hotel would be a better choice!

Price is reasonable. Location is good, many restaurants around and station is not far. Breakfast is not bad for the price. VOD is free of charge, if you need it.
Facility is quite old. Smoking floor rooms smells a lot, so be careful when you choose.

Close to the bus and metro stations.
A little bit old building.

I didn't stay long enough to experience anything. However, I can say it was a great stay. The bed was very comfy and clean, the staff were very nice as well. In addition, the price for the room is actually very nice considering I went there on budget.
I was hoping that there were more charging ports in the room. There was only one and it was very far from the desk. I had trouble using my laptop at the desk that I had to actually use my laptop on the bed.
