The apartment was super comfortable, everything settled and ready for a couple of nights. The panorama is breathtaking: we could see the whales from the balcony

Loved it

The location was brilliant close enough to amenities such as cafes and dining, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Beach access was across the road and was perfect for those early morning exercise runs or just a leisurely stroll.

The main bathroom toilet had a slow leak, this wasn't a huge issue, it just needed a repair

Location, parking, kitchen, bathrooms, balconies, lounge room and layout of apartment is great.

The apartment itself has a lot of potential, unfortunately it is in need of a little love and some maintenance. The main bedroom mattress has damaged springs and needs replacing, the pillow mattress topper does not fix it, after one night of poor sleep and a sore back the next morning, my partner and I opted to sleep in the other room which had 2 single beds, not the holiday we were after, these mattresses were better than the other but still not ideal and should be replaced, the bedding in the apartment resulted in 3 nights of disturbed sleep. We found that 3 of the 4 balcony doors do not lock, the latch does not secure and the door can be pulled open. Hot water only allows for 5 minute showers and takes time to reheat, not ideal in colder months or if like me you have long hair and need to wash it. The private rooftop balcony provided a lovely view however it was very unkept with weeds, damaged walls, debris all over the pavers and broken furniture which needs to be taken away, so was not a very inviting space. It was also a little off-putting to find shirts hanging in the main room closet. Water damage was also visible on two parts of the ceiling.

Nice apartment and location. Shame about the level of transaction costs and failure to notify....

Location is excellent and the apartment well equipped with pleasant ocean views easy access to the beach and local facilities. A relatively short but fairly vigorous hike to Noosa Heads and its stunning scenery.

1. The venue charged a 2.5% transaction fee to my credit card over and above what was agreed with and confirmed by Booking.com. I have raised a dispute regarding this charge as it was NOT notified to me prior to confirming the booking (which could not be cancelled). Time wasted in pursuing a refund with Booking.com (and its inaction to date) has taken the edge off what would have been nice stay. 2. No aircon in the lounge area. Sea breeze and fans do not do enough to counter the heat from the morning/daytime sun (at least during my stay at unit 2/11).

A very pleasant stay where all my needs were met.

It was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb and the apartment was spacious and had everything I needed.

Insects kept getting in as windows had been left open before I arrived. A screen door on the balcony door would be great.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location with everything available at the doorstep.

The property location was perfect - across the road from a stunning patrolled beach and just a stroll from shops and restaurants and the bus stop. Noosa National Park was is within walking distance, so most days we'd spend time exploring the many tracks or simply walking to Noosa Heads for lunch.

It was reasonably expensive.

disappointing, but you get what you pay for.

location is close by all amenities, great kitchen (mostly) close to the beach, lovely view of the water.

- dusty and dirty - don’t look above the fridge/begins the couch/curtains - hair was clogging the drain in the en-suite shower in master bedroom - master bed is sagging dreadfully - there are MDF boards to give it strength (they don’t work) - some outdoor furniture is falling to pieces - balcony was dirty and disorganized on arrival - on night of arrival, hot water lasted less than three minutes needs a lot of maintenance to be bought up to scratch.

Holiday was great with free WIFI parking but it needs to be refurb asap.

Nice layout of the property really Queensland. Staff were great. Great location.

Unit 1 was very tied and in need a complete refurbishment which also made it harder to clean I guess. Not real clean as it should be for a rental property sorry. Hot water ran out really quickly.

Perfect for a family or a group sharing.

spacious, well designed apartment with plenty of seating around dining table as well as lounge seating. views were spectacular and a very generous deck.

only one parking spot. This only becomes a problem when there are multiple drivers. Many steps to get to the unit. All good for the young people but a little more trying for those who have a few years behind them, especially when it is raining ( which we experienced).

Great locations, amazing views!

The location was great, and the view from the main bedroom was stunning. Being winter it was very well heated. The property was beautiful furniture, a great layout with spread over 3 levels, and great for families. The kitchen and living room also had a stunning view of the ocean, great air conditioning on all levels and a lock-up garage.

Loved the location, manager was wonderfully friendly, check in easy. The three levels suited our family perfectly. The apartment was spacious.

The particular apartment we stayed in was quite rundown- both the structure and the furnishings.
