Located on a canal in the upscale community called The Landings in Fort Lauderdale, this lovely South Florida vacation home is perfect for groups of up to 6, family and friends.
Luxury touches in this gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home are everywhere you look, from the immaculate tile floors, to the attractive décor in every room, to the large windows that let in light and warmth. The open floor plan is perfect for spending time together. The living room is spacious, with a huge sofa and a large flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, modern appliances, lots of counter space, and a service door to the pool area. Wireless Internet is included.
The master bedroom is attractively decorated, with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, a sliding glass door to the patio, and a full master bathroom with a cabana door to the pool. The second bedroom hosts a sitting area with a couch that folds out into a bed and a separate queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, also.
The backyard faces south, perfect to enjoy the best sunshine year-round, and overlooks the intersection of two canals – there's no better view in the area and the fishing's not bad either. Be sure to wave to the passing boats as you enjoy drinks on your private dock. The heated pool also overlooks the canals, along with a huge shaded patio that includes lots of comfy seating, outdoor dining area, and large gas grill.

Love coming here to Aqua Vista. This is our 3rd stay. Best thing I can say is CLEAN!
Perfect for small family. Very quiet neighborhood along the canal. Pool was great. Everything you might need for a day outing is there. Only thing I might suggest is TV's in the bedrooms. But overall, 5 Stars.

Love this home with all the GLAM decor..very clean..all photo's are accurate..better in person. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs..a Weber grill is right out the back door for convenient grilling. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The entire property flows with easy access to every room and the outside area..lanai and pool are perfect. We spent two weeks relaxing, sunning, swimming, grilling and enjoying this wonderful home. We extended are stay by a few more days as we did not want to leave. The Landings is a quiet upscale neighborhood but very close to all shopping. Sean was just a phone call away with excellent customer service. We will happily return to this great property.

There was an air conditioner prob at the original house in Lauderdale so Sean moved us to a beautiful place in Delray beach while the a/c got fixed and had us move back to the original house on the Thursday. Great location
Great location! House has not been maintained that well…. Some furniture is worn and the cleaning crew were not efficient. Sheets weren’t clean and we had electrical issues with the stove. Property manager was responsive and tried to fix our issues.. we enjoyed our stay because of the pool and location. Needs work.

Five Star Home
Appreciated the easy check-in and check-out. Cleanest home we have ever rented. A-plus for no carpet or cloth couches. Heated pool was a life saver because of so much rain this time. Only 2 things I would add, a TV in 3rd BR and a few more cooking utensils. But we easily got by. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to rent this again next spring.

Book, Book, Book!!
It rained during our entire trip with the exception of the last day. However, there were so many amenities in this home that made our stay worth while. This home is extremely clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We loved that are 3 entries to the pool area. In addition, the pool is heated with LED lights for that romantic touch!
WiFi is readily available and flat screen TVs for entertainment.
There's beach items (beach umbrella, towels, chairs) for you to take to the beach which saves you money.
I personally enjoyed the outdoor patio seating; it was very comfortable. I suffer from insomnia, but lying on the patio couch with the warm Florida breeze drifted me to sleep. It was so serene and calm.
There are bikes🚲 for you to enjoy the picturesque neighborhood with breath taking beautiful palm trees🌴 and friendly neighbors. Truly a home away from home😊

This year was our third time at this obviously we like it..unfortunately trip cut short by Covid-19...and since we were in the home a lot more due to restrictions I noticed some things that could be improved:
needs a whole new set of pots and pans...the set there is old and in pretty bad shape, need a colander, and more cooking utensils, also need more baking dishes and storage containers.
Did not notice in past as we spent a lot of time eating out.
Overall I love this place..close to town, nice pool and very well kept up. (although I think the cushions on outdoor furniture could be refreshed).

Tranquil setting.......for a perfect vacation
Property as described, perfect setting within a quiet neighbourhood which has easy access to beach, local restaurants and amenities.
The property is well maintained and contained everything we required for our vacation. Without doubt the star selling point of the villa is the outside space, the large pool that got the sun all day was easily big enough for 4 adults and the covered lanai provided the perfect spot to sit in the shade.
The beach bikes provided within the garage were of great use for getting about the local area, particularly Lauderdale be the sea which is only a 5 min cycle. The Addition of a kayak would be my only recommendation, to enable guests to access the local canal network within the landings.
A great vacation......and a property that I would be happy to recommend to friends and family.
