Quiet place, excelent sights.

Two steps between the lift and the street, you should put a ramp. We missed a black courtain in the window.

Excellent location. Very nice staff, nice breakfast. Room was adorable with great views

There's a very lively bar downstairs that can get noisy in the evening (we were more into relaxation and less into partying - if you're looking for something to do in the evening this might be an advantage for you)

Could be amazing but is just average

We really enjoyed the location as the hotel was in the centre of St Martino di Castrozza.

We thought that the staff were quite rude at breakfast and the receptionist did not tell us all the facilities available at the hotel. Also, right below the hotel there was a proseccheria which could be quite noisy during the afternoon.

Avoid this hotel!

The room was nice, and ensuite. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but not much fresh/ home-cooked.

The hotel disco started at 8pm. The whole building throbbed with noise continuously until after 12 am, and then the drinkers spilled out onto the street and made yet more noise. We couldn't escape even at the nice pizza place two doors along the road. This is letting a room under false pretence - you fall for it once but never go back again.

Cozy, comfy stay in San Martino di Castrozza

Amazing breakfast provided in the morning. Fantastic aperitivo and dinner provided in the evening. The owners are very helpful and have a very sweet and friendly dog. Beautiful views. Great location. Clean rooms with frequent housekeeping.

Good place for the stay

The place is perfect, everything was clean. Breakfasts were very delicious. It was great that we could use sauna for free. Very close to the best hiking spots.

The room was warm but humid. After the rain our clothes and shoes were all wet, even after the whole day and night

This is not an hotel for families with kids.

Location, one person of the staff.

- really loud music in the evening, impossible to relax - one member of the staff really rude, the lady was nice. - breakfast is okeish, but lacks all "hot" food

Very good stay

Excellent value for money. Everything was fine: room, breakfast, position and staff. No problem with our dog. The wine bar at the ground floor is a plus.

Avoid!!! Don’t be sucked in by the cheap price if your travelling for work!!

Bed was nice, and rooms are great

Staff aren’t very helpful, and they fail to tell you any of the vital information when you check in, do not stay here for work as you do not have a 24/7 front desk, you actually can’t check out between 23:00 - 08:00, I had a nightmare trying to check out, almost missed my flight - and all they did was make me feel terrible about making them check me out at 07:00 Also breakfast is 08:00 - 10:00 - this doesn’t work when you are travelling for work - general hotel etiquette is 08:00 - 10:00 Also on explaining to the hotel manager that I needed to leave at 08:00 to make it to work in time, I asked if I could take away something to eat along the way and I was told ‘No you cannot!’ Worst hotel experience ever!!!
