Hôtel de grande qualité très bien situé avec un personnel professionel et accueillant

Le personnel est au top (mention spéciale pour Marie-Michèle qui est très à l'écoute et cherche le meilleur pour ses clients). Le site est calme et reposant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location. Wonderful beach. Very well maintained luxurious resort with extremely helpful and polite staff. Very good restaurants with plenty of choice. Definetely recommend it.

Hotel d'exception sur une plage d'exception

Un endroit exceptionnel, la plage la plus belle de l'île (pour en avoir fait quelques unes!), services et équippements au top, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, juste à coté du spot de Windsurf, Surf, kite pour ceux qui ptatiquent ! 5 restaurants variés et assez bons. La suite Heritage beach front est vraiment parfaite, directement sur le sable pour nous (certaines sur de l'herbe selon les chambres), vaste terrasse couverte et vue imprenable !

Le check out à 11h lorsque le retour est tard est contraignant, cependant vous pourrez profiter de l'hotel la journée et une salle avec douche vous permet de vous raftaichir avant votre départ.

Extraordinaire et pleins d’attentions . Service client au top !

Expérience et service incroyable . Personnel au petit soin et très attentionné. Le buffet petit déjeuner extraordinaire . Nous avons été surclassés avec de très belles attentions ( champagne et gâteau d’anniversaire de mariage ) . Sur la plage on vous propose fruits , boissons , petits kdo d’arrivée… très certainement l’un des meilleurs hôtels de l’île Maurice . Tout était parfait , le vrai luxe . On vous cajole et le cadre est magnifique Nous recommandons à 1000 pour cent et reviendrons . Merci à tout le personnel

Paradisiaque

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’accueil , les employés , les restaurants et surtout l’emplacement exceptionnel de l’hôtel avec sa plage privée. Le petit déjeuner était gigantesque avec un choix extrêmement varié, les 5 restaurants étaient vraiment bons , mais surtout l’Atsuko. Le personnel est vraiment à vos petits soins, ils répondent à toutes vos demandes et sont vraiment gentils. La plage est aussi vraiment bien, il y a assez de place pour tous le monde sur les transats , là aussi le personnel est toujours prêt à vous rendre service et pour la baignade cela est parfait à la fois pour se relaxer mais aussi observer les poissons. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet hôtel qui est exceptionnel.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and dedicated to ensuring that my holiday was unforgettable. A special thanks to Bouchra and Veevanshee for their outstanding efforts; they went above and beyond to make me feel happy and comfortable, creating an atmosphere that truly felt like home. Traumhafte Flitterwochen mit 1A Umsorgung

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht! Wir waren von der Ankunft an begeistert und immer wieder positiv überrascht. Service, Unterkunft und essen 1A. Weltklasse. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank insbesondere an Curvin, Khunkhun und Yogi, die unseren Aufenthalt erstklassig begleitet haben.

A nice place ….that's all

the beautiful beach. helpful staff.

In the first two nights we were disturbed by the sewage noise. The toilet room smelled of urine and sewage. The cleaning is done superficially and the bed linen was never changed during the 6 nights of accommodation. I checked out early because I was leaving in the morning the next day. In the morning, when I handed over the room key, I was detained for the rest of the payment... the fabulous sum of 124,75 MUR (2.4 euros)... it was explained to me that it was a service charge for replacing mini bar products.

Belle expérience

- la gastronomie - la multitude de choix au petit déjeuner - l’accès à la plage - nous louons le service et la sympathie de Baba (accueil), Manisha (restauration), Daniel (manager) et Vicky (plage).

- le concept de majordome qui, à notre avis manque de définition et d’efficacité - le prix de la demi-pension par rapport au tarif des plats à la carte - le check-out insipide de la personne qui s’est occupée de notre check-out qui préférait être sur son portable que s’enquérir de l’expérience de notre séjour.

Paradise on earth. We are looking forward to come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. From the beginning we were very well welcomed and the first impression was high. We were impressed by the beauty of the place and by the kindness of the staff. Everything was made to make us feel good, and at home. We traveled with our 11 months baby and all arrangements were made for him, which was very appreciated. The room was perfect, the view is paradise. We would like to express a special thank you to Aroumel, Neha, Juliana, Ravisen and Kunal. All the staff is nice but they are particularly nice and their level of service is clearly above anything we have seen across all our previous travels.

The butler service had no interest for us as he was quite unresponsive to our very few requests.

Beau coucher de soleil , personnel sympas mais pas du tout reposant

La plage , les couchers de soleil, le personnel très pro et agréable

Si vous êtes en couple passez votre chemin , cet hôtel est surpeuplé de famille mal élevé avec des enfants turbulents sans aucune gêne , à tel point qu’on a pas pu profiter de certaines zones de l’hôtel, le personnel était dépassé par cette situation malgré qu ils soient adorable et compréhensif de cette situation , sans parler d’un couple exhibitionniste à faire des photos limite porno devant tout les clients , lunaire ! Également 3 cafards trouvés pendant le séjour dans la chambre , on a jamais vu ça dans un 5 étoiles. Bref séjour gâché.

Problème à l’arrivée nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre sentant fortement la cigarette et les égouts au point de ne pas pouvoir rester dedans. Mais le personnel a su être réactif et nous changer dedans chambre dans la soirée Nous avons donc perdu une demi journée mais l’hôtel a pu nous offrir un checkout tardif le jour de notre départ qui a été parfait et très utile

More than a five star hotel

JW Marriott Mauritius is a beautiful hotel, but it is fair to say the most special thing about this resort, is people who work there. Each and every member of staff goes out of their way to ensure that your stay is something special. From the general manager the whole way down, everyone takes exceptional care to elevate the experience and I have to commend the hotel for this, above everything else. A huge thanks to everyone there but in particular to: All the staff in the Japanese Restaurant and the chef who went to a huge effort on our last night to make our final meal something more than memorable. It was like a full tasting menu and it was a very kind gesture. Adish Tulloo in the gym, who was the personal trainer for my husband and I, during our stay. He kept us motivated, showed us new methods of training and kept us coming back every day. A real asset to the hotel. Ravi - our butler who went to such effort to make our stay special. He booked every reservation and meet us each and every morning with a smile. Kevin - the concierge who makes sure everything is running smoothly. Matthew in the bar - not just an amazing bar man but also an extremely talented photographer always on hand to take snaps of the guests. Last but not least, Sarvesh in the Boathouse who was so kind and made an impromptu table for us under starlight to enjoy one of our last dinners. You are a true gentleman.

Perfect and warm stay!

As always an amazing place to stay. The staff is very friendly and professional. They look through the eyes of the guest and therefore the customer experience is just great. The rooms are spacious with large bathroom en suites with separated toilet. a very spacious oval bath which gives you a Spa feeling! The rooms are super clean like the rest of the resort! The guest is just a family member. They recognize your name and putting always a step extra to make the guest satisfied. A great stay in a perfect performing hotel! great job guys!

Albergo con pochi spazi, strutture ricavate ovunque per le sistemazioni

La Pulizia aveva molto desiderare, abbiamo trovato scarafaggi nella stanza per due volte in due stanze diverse . Polvere ovunque, cattivo odore di umidità ovunque, letti scomodi, servizio scadente di assistenza clienti. Albergo non soddisfacente per il brand che rappresenta, e le cinque stelle che vende.

Exceptional, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The service was exceptional. All of the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, we were made to feel very special and looked after during our stay, and their attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble. There were plenty of dining options, all offering great and varied menus, with a very high standard of cooking (Michelin Star equivalent). The design, appearance and layout of the resort was very considered and beautifully detailed. I am from an Architectural background and really enjoyed the beautiful beach bungalows with colonial style architecture and the natural landscaping throughout. It really suited the natural surroundings and didn’t look like an intrusive touristy holiday resort.

I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay, it was perfect from start to finish.
