Horrible hotel, not worth the money

Food was ok

Everything is else. Staff is rude, not caring, doesn’t speak English. We arrived early for check-in, at 8 am, and I have requested it earlier when booking and the lady at reception said “it doesn’t matter what you have requested - the hotel is full”. Well that’s not a 4-star hotel customer service I am afraid. All sunbeds are taken at 6-7 am at the pools and on the beach. It’s impossible to find a sunbed. Same goes at meal times, all tables were taken and the canteen gets crazy crowded. I would never recommend staying here, it’s absolutely appalling, not worth the money.

thank you armas bella sun, the breakfast was very good ,the pool was incredible as even the water slide and the parties were very nice aswell as the sea , staff was very friendly,thanks to burak sheffer life guard was very friendly,and the animations were very nice and the music was very good also.

6 nights to remember

Stayed here for 6 nights and I strongly recommend it. Firstly, our plane landed very early in the morning and we requested early check-in and got help from the reception (Ulzman is very friendly.) Secondly, the animation team is huge success. Day n night they are working and holding exclusive activities/events. Capadoccia party and Turkish night, don’t miss them! Special thanks to Neco, Alex, Deniza and others for creating joy and fun and encoraging both kids and adults to take part in activities. Thirdly, if you want to try all about Turkish cuisine, this is the place for you. Rooms are comfortable. Sandy beach. Big pool. Food serving and cleaning.

We liked the property in general. So, I’ll write about the things that can be better. Eating area is relatively warm and busy. Airport transfer is expensive. We booked our own through a private company. Turkish night, cutting the ice-cream cake, asking for money/tips. That was unnecessary although it’s a tradition. It’s an all-inclusive hotel so people may not carry cash during the events or simply may not want to pay extra. No pressure to the guests please! Mostly Russian tourists, hope the hotel attracts other people from other countries, too. ☺️

Amazing! Wonderfull! Everything Perfect! My best holiday!!!

Everything was very Wonderfull! Taste and huge selection of foods, kind staff, special thanks for Gül❤️, the lot of program, swim gym, dance, foam party, theater. children are not bored either, face, t-shirt painting, Mini disco, etc.. Have snackbar, drinkbar, icecream. I can only recommend!!!!!

Plenty of food and drink, lots of swimming, walking and relaxing in the sun

Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ice cream was lovely, as was the pastries/snacks available between lunch and dinner. Short 3 minute walk to the beach, privately owned by Armas Bella Sun, great swimming pools and entertainment for all ages throughout the day. Clean simple but effective rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room cleaning was good but could have been a little better, some things weren't changed/checked as frequent as we'd liked. Had to ask for toilet paper twice where it hadn't been topped up that day (not a major problem) Bed sheets being changed a bit more frequently also would have been nicer. But all in all cleanliness of the rooms and resort was great.

bathroom stinks even after cleaning mosquitoes and spiders in room pathways cleaned at night without trip hazard sighs and slippery staff does not speak or understand english well not easy access from reception to rooms a-lot of steep slope.

It costs the money

Thıs ıs a nıce place to stay. It’s located close to the beach. several minutes of walk only. Also we liked bar in a lobby and cleaning was pretty good. We got the room for a very good price.

Sometimes we wanted food to be better. But it’s ok! Because we didn’t pay that much for the room.

The staff was helpful. Helped with early check in. Clean pool. 24 hours hot running water in bathroom. Well located.

Pool should be temperature control and food shud have different varieties everyday.

Staff were very really friendly and we received a very good service. Hotel is really family and child friendly. Beautiful area inside hotel and lots of entertaining programs. Food was good and diverse. Close to beach 2min walk. Has its own beach bar and snack bar and sun benches and beach area.

Very good family hotel with its own beach, pools and great entartaiment.

I stayed in this hotel twice when I was child. I grew up but the magic of this place is the same. In my opinion Armas is perfect for family holidays: it has very convenient beach with all needed equipment, 3 swimming pools, great food and entartaiment all day long — aqua aerobic, water polo, beach volleyball, fitness center, evening concerts with live music etc. I had fascinating time here. Thanks a lot!

Everyone was very kind from the checked in day at the hotel and until I checked out. The service was very fast. I also had free internet access. The foods are very delicious, and there are a lot of options at the open buffet. It is impossible to stay hungry in this hotel :) There are amazing cocktails at the bar. The front desk even gave me a room with a view of the pool. everything was great. thanks!!!

All the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful as of the moment I arrived at the hotel. Had a nice note and fruit basket in my room. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. The foods was delicious and also have incredible desserts! I wanna say thank you for my 2 nights in this facility. Thank you to front office team for your good hospitality.

Staff at reception was very kind in explaining everything. Room was nice and comfortable, and also with balcony. The rooms facilities cover all your needs. The facilities where were very clean and lots of options for swimming and relaxing. The hotel has a area with facilities for spending good time. The hotel offers a private beach with sun loungers. On the beach there is a bar for hotel guests. We will gladly be back.

Right below the average ! if not in low rate it does not worth !

We appreciate the food, they over-recycled most of them but we will not complain, it was OK, A/C units brand new, reception hall really nice, snack & Ice cream truly fine. Hotel has potential but needs much better management.

Cleaning shall be urgently and seriously improve, sewage smells at the beach a lot, by the pool and room as well ! management shall not run the business of 10 workers with 2 of them, reason of wildfires is another story but you may see same person doing 4 jobs or more, I feel sorry for them. They publish and sell the room orders that actally does not exists anymore after the "renovation" , eventhough they make correction if you complain ! Bathroom renovated but done so fast just for makeup, Poor tv channel list most of them in Russian and some in local language. Restaurant is hell hot you may not be able to eat from high temperature!!!
