I participated in the MWC - Masters World Cup cross-country ski races in Seefeld. I could easily walk to the events from the hotel. The breakfast was great. It was only a short walk to the railroad station for connections via Innsbruck to the Munich airport.

We are very disappointed because of misleading information on the Booking.com website: we didn't get what we booked. On the Booking.com website we booked an expensive Junior Suite of which the photos indicate that it is one large open space, with a sleeping area and a nice sitting area. We have been given room 101, which consists of two separate small rooms (bedroom and sitting room) connected by a corridor. Very inconvenient. If we would have known this in advance, we would have booked a cheaper large room.

Breakfast was very good with a good choice. The hotel was exceptionally clean with a large room and bathroom. The staff were very nice indeed very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very well placed, only a short walk from the railway station and close to the nearest ski lift and bus stop for the rest of the resort.
There really wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel at all!!.

A lovely family hotel that was welcoming and warm. Traditional Austrian style hotel. Beautiful large room although a bit warm at night. Made use of the wellness room for beer bath - quirky. Breakfast was incredible Great variety, fresh and beautifully presented. Opted for evening meal which was lovely and very reasonable. Nice bar area.
Nothing to dislike

Location is just perfect, in the city center, but walking distance to cross country tracks. Hotel is comfortable and quite, staff is very friendly. Both breakfasts and dinners were rich and very tasty.
More light in the dinning room especially during breakfasts

The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. We made a booking error which they corrected or it could have been a disaster. When we were leaving the hotel at 5 AM, they made sandwiches for us to take on the road. The facilities were clean and there was plenty of square footage. The parking was free. The location is ideal, especially for cross country skiing/hiking.

Nice room with a separated seating section. Warm and welcoming service. The owner does the utmost to please his guests. We had half board. The four course diner was tasty offering a choice of non-veg and veg dishes. The breakfast buffet is rich. Eggs are made on oder.
The hotel is centrally located on the main pedestrian area. Free parking space is available at the rear of the hotel.
The fluffy carpet that had some smell and visible spots. In hotels that are carpeted, I normally expect for hygienic reasons a pair of "single use slippers".

This is a wonderful hotel. It's on the main pedestrian street with lots of shopping, restaurants, and a ski lift just minutes outside the front door. There is dedicated outdoor parking for hotel guests near the SPAR grocery store. The staff were exceedingly kind and proficient. I had a half board- which included a 4 course dinner of excellent quality- and breakfast. There are three dining areas- a bar and lounge, a dinner area, and a breakfast room.
The room was large with a wonderful balcony and sitting area.
I signed up for the massage and hay bath therapy via email before my arrival and was given a robe when I arrived. I paid the masseuse in cash and paid for the hay bath upon check out. Spa was clean and a fun experience. The beer bath set up looked very enticing as well.
I will definitely stay here again!
I didn't have a mini fridge in the room though there was an obvious set up for one. I didn't need it so it wasn't a big deal.
Breakfast was a nice spread though was not replenished for late risers. Meat and fruit were picked over by the time I ate. It will teach me to wake up early to get the full buffet!
