The Host was lovely and helpful with planning activities and the room was immaculate. It was very close to the beach and only a 20 minute walk to town.

Location and availability of a mini fridge in the room. Shower was quite good. Sarah was very friendly and gave information about things to do nearby. There was tea, coffee and hot chocolate for the kids in the room . Towels and dressing gowns were provided. So it was good.
The room we were in was a bit congested( family of 4). Beds were too soft so it sank in and gave me back pain. Window did not close. So my kids wouldn’t sleep near that window. But the bed was not for an adult . It creaked very much.
Parking was a bit tight as it comes off main road and is a sharp turn into the B&B. But it was ok.

Quaint B and B. Each room had a bathroom of its own.
It was hard to pull out of the parking lot because there is a stop light right in front of it, but it was so close to the beach so it was worth it.

The Aquarius B&B was situated in a perfect place for us to access the south west coast path. There was parking on site and the room we had was very well equipped, clean, bright and comfortable. Sarah our host was very welcoming and always available for advice on the local area and just for a chat in general. We felt very at home straight away and were very pleased with all the little extras left in the room for us. There were a couple of local shops so we were able to get any supplies we needed and the beach was just a walk away which was perfect.
We will definitely be returning to The Aquarius B&B when we do the next bit of the path as it was such a comfortable place to stay.
Thank you Sarah for a lovely weekend

Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to keep a car on site whilst we were walking a stretch of the SW Coast path.

Very welcoming, felt at home straight away
Glass bathroom door/wall. We had to hang a robe at the door so we couldn't see each other on the toilet

The room was big enough and sound proof which you definitely need when with a 18m old.

Sarah is so welcoming and friendly. We only stayed at her B&B a few nights however, feel like we've known her much longer. Sarah has a fountain of knowledge of Cornwall, where to go, and what to do. Our room was clean and well equipped, and breakfast was perfect. Sarah has thought of everything. Thank you :)
Nothing. The weather was stormy over our Easter stay however, we still had a great time and still had plenty to do. Sarah was right, the Eden Project is a must.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice. The lady running it was really friendly and helpful

pet friendly and very clean
dogs cannot stay in the room while you are having a 20 minute breakfast. The lady running the property has many 'house rules' just the bathroom has 3 boards out saying: don't do this, or don't do that. You cannot come home late, you cannot live the dog in the room even if you go for breakfast or dinner. You cannot leave your dog not even for 20minutes. Absolute control freak.

Sarah is amazing and helpfull. She was more than happy to have a chat or reccomend a place to eat or see. The room was really nice and very good size. The bathroom was nice size and spotless. My daughter was full of joy to feed the fished with Sarah in the mornings. Only couple of minutes walk from beach and cliffs with stunning views. We will definetely come back.

Sarah was helpful and an excellent host from the beginning, there was no corners cut with the breakfast and the accommodation itself was spacious, clean and in a fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again and so will my family when they visit

I loved the fact that Aquarius B&B was a home away from home. Sara made myself & my dog Rik very welcome. Our room was beautiful and cosy and Rik had his own bed and pillow.

Sarah, the lady who runs the place, absolutely makes it. Fitting us in at extremely short notice after we'd been let down by a filthy caravan at our intended location, her personable nature immediately saved the weekend.
Booking.com need to sort the online payments.
