Beach access is at the end of the cul-de-sac, so no long walks with beach equipment. The ground level features double carports as well as hot and cold water outdoor showers. Splash around the pool area deck or soak in the bubbly hot tub. Challenge your family to a game on the outdoor bocce ball court or play a game of pool or shuffleboard in the homes’ lower level game room that features a Smart TV, BluRay, surround sound, full size refrigerator, microwave, and wet bar. Four master suites are located on the mid level, all masters have easy deck access. The gazebo is also located on the mid level, which is open on all sides to catch the magical breezes that blow among the pine tree tops. The top level features a combination great room, sitting areas, inside and outside dining areas, vaulted ceilings, Smart TV, surround sound, a half bath, and a master suite with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. For those that need to work or study this home also features a separate work desk area. There is plenty of space to sneak away to read, nap or play! A spacious, very well stocked kitchen makes for enjoyable meal preparation and gathering time, and there's nothing to compare with eating dinner out on the screened porch and enjoying the refreshing salt air.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
