Relaxできました

フロント、レストラン、部屋すべてが清潔でした。プールは決して大きくはないですが、ビーチサイドでお酒を飲みながらゆっくりするにはちょうど良い環境でした。また、マウンテンビューで予約を取りましたが、オーシャンビューにアップグレードされていました。

シャトルバスが停まらないので、利用の際は隣のホテルまで移動する必要があった。今回はそこまで使わなかったのであまり影響はありませんでした。

The Best Hotel

The hotel is near everything. It is very clean and comfortable. We got a room facing the ocean and it was so nice. The parking lot is big. We are looking forward to go again.

周りに飲食店が少なく、食事に出るのにタクシー必須な点。しかし、ビーチへのアクセスの良さがそれに勝る。

Bad service but good location and food

Location, room condition, live bar, breakfast, food quality

1. On our first day, EV was not working when we checked in, so we all went down to the cargo EV with food smelling. 2. Electronic was OUT when we finished our swimming in beach and washed in the dark and my mom and dad felt bad about the situation and couldn't believe this is happening during my vacation. We also didnt get the announcement when we checked in, or in the room at all. Also, without any compensation since we paid normal price but no electricity for 4 hours sweating. 3. We called and asked 5 forks to the room. Concierge said yes and we have been waiting for 20 mins and called again, and they cannot give us the forks cuz we didn't order room dining. So we just wasted 20 mins and went down to the lobby bar and pick up the forks. 4. Lastly, when we were packing up our belongings on our last day, small cockroach came out in the room. 5. Only this hotel has not cleaned up the bricks and walls so, limited access to the beach ( couldnt have enough space and view was bad) We had 4 times hotel breakfast and one dinner at hotel and couldn't get 5 forks in the room and they didnt call us back it's not possible in 5 to 10 mins which they already know my room numbers. Location was good and they were telling me in a nice way to turn down bringing forks but service is not good for sure. I heard many of my friends that they already stayed in Crowne Hotel and got a recommendation from them and that's why I chose this hotel. They said they got wine openers and glasses by concierge service during their staying without any room dining.

It was wonderful, both of us had a great time.

We loved everything at the hotel. We went there for a "lazy" vacation, meaning we just wanted to lay near the water and enjoy the weather and some drinks. Everything was exceptional and we loved the staff.

Good hotel in Tumon area

Good view and location, near the shuttle bus stop, and a Front desk staff, Marveen, went above and beyond in assisting to book some water activities not available in house. Thanks Marv!

The view from the room was really really beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious each day (and the staff at breakfast was always kind and helpful). The pool was nice and the beach in front of the hotel was really beautiful and offered good snorkeling.

The room description on Booking.com said the room had 1 Queen Bed, but it ended up being 2 Double Beds. The resort also advertises 4 restaurants, however 1 was closed for construction and 2 of them had identical menus (one served outside and one inside), so really there were only 2 options for food on site. We were also disappointed that the private beach access was still closed/under construction following the typhoon over a month prior. (this also meant the "infinity pool" bordered with a tall white wall instead of an ocean view). **The following is not the fault of the hotel, but I wanted to include a note for people who will stay here** We went snorkeling at the beach in front of the hotel and brought along a bag of snacks and sunscreen. When we returned from the water the bag had been taken from the beach. My husband found the bag later discarded on a side street (assumably after they realized there was no money or electronics in it). So, if you visit the beach, just be very aware of your belongings and don't bring along anything too valuable if someone can't always be with your things.

Good relaxation vacation time.

All things are clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly.

Lounge system is not kind for family use. Closing time is 7:00 pm and child is not allowed enter into the lounge at the time of cocktail time (5:00 pm to 7:00 pm). It is better for change the system, for example, alleviate the child use or reduce the fee for child.

👸Treat Yourselves like Royalty at Crowne Plaza

We loved the breakfast buffet!🥐🥞🧇 Everything was beyond delocious and there was so much variety, including an omelette station and delectable fresh baked pastries! My toddler and infant enjoyed the family pool, complete with a pirate ship!👬 This has been our best hotel stay, so far! We have already booked a second stay for this month!

Parking is very tight, but most of Guam is like that. House keeping came by at different times every day, only slightly annoying but not enough to make me not highly recommend this resort.

A huge disappointment and a not good hotel.

Bed. Yasmin and Arlene at Registration were very good.

Room service was AWFUL. Staff help was useless. TV didn’t work. Construction/maintenance noise kept me from writing.

At Crowne Plaza, staff, facility, and amenities equals great stay!

Check in was at 3 pm but we were checked-in earlier than that. Breakfast buffet was excellent, the smorgasbord of choices is for every taste. The room was cozy, upscale, and modern. (The room stayed smelling fresh after two days of stay.)

For the price, it could be a little more spacious.

Pool side bar stuff didn't come to take order even we called them also they didn't look very busy either just stuff talking each other.
