A hidden gem in the city centre

The kindness of the staff welcoming you at the hotel and their keen eye paying attention ti the detail. In the morning, you can endulge with a tasty fresh omelette for breakfast. In case of bad weather, just relax in the living room playing board games or reading a book. All the main city spots are at short distance on foot and the central station too. And at night, you can choose a restaurant/bar around for dining or drinking.

Good time, great value for money

It is an easy comfortable hotel without pretences in the heart of Düsseldorf, near to a lot of good restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. The water pressure in the shower is very good. Comfortable bed and good wifi.

The room is very clean. The Altstadt and Bahnhof are close to the hotel.

Location is perfect

The hotel is small and cozy. near the most of dusseldorf attractions and hoponhoff station just 10 to 14 minutes walking, the staff they are a good Korean family, they are kind and friendly.

My room didn't have a window but the room is good

Economical and clean hotel with good location and polite eastern staff.

Polite reservation with Korean oriental spirit was beautiful in Europe. The location of the hotel is relatively good and it is easy to access different parts of the city.

The windows of the rooms were inappropriate and there was no tea service inside the rooms

Everything! The-originally Korean-couple owning and managing the place (Mr & Ms Min) are extremely kind, we felt like when we were travelling in South Korea. On request they can make Korean breakfast, which was delicious. In the regular continental breakfast they always add 1 Korean item :-) The room was super clean, simple and it had all what we needed. WiFi worked well. We travelled with our 4 y.o. child, who was very happy about the nice toys (Lego & more) and the beautiful books he could play with. The location is also great, close to central station and to various trams and subways to visit the city. Highly recommended for all types of travelers!

I would not mind staying again, if I have to.

The location is good, staff polite and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by may dining facilities.

A proper chair in each room would be great. Fridge should not be under the table so someone can actually use the table for work. The fridge should be plugged and confirmed working. Towels should be in the bathroom so guests don't have to search for them. Generally the place is good, but it needs tiny corrections to become perfect.

My stay was pleasant with great hospitality from the hotel owner.

The location is accessible and centrally located. Cozy small room and quiet. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and the hospitality is super good. I requested for Vegetarian breakfast and they managed it very well. The bathroom is a little small but manageable. Various options of home cooked breakfast is superb.

Nothing so far. Everything seems organized. Hotel can add one hot drinking water dispenser in corridor (as I tend to keep drinking warm water).

Pleasant

The couple running the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat, it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable enough, I only found them somewhat narrow (140 cm). The price was quite reasonable.

I really did not expect the rooms to have no proper windows. I just could not imagine that this is even possible for a hotel with the rating of 8.2, so I did not check the reviews. Yes, the rooms had a skylight, but it was covered with leaves and we were not looking forward to them falling straight into the room or getting rain in the room, so we only opened the skylight just a bit for airing. For me personally, the feeling of being in a box without proper windows was quite uncomfortable, so we did our best to spend as little time in the hotel as possible. To be honest, I would have picked a more expensive place to stay if I had known that. From what I read in the reviews, some people don't mind it, so just be aware of this fact.
