大浴場があった

部屋に入った時、トイレなど、匂いがあった。写真より部屋が狭く感じた

A great experience

Excellent staff. Close to Yokohama station. Very close to several convenience stores. Unique design. Access to bath house included.

There was dust behind the desks and several strands of hair in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was completely clean. I did not like the smell that was in the room when entering after being out for a while.

Lovely stay, lovely onsen, very relaxing experience.

A lovely stay at the hotel. It was comfy and had all the facilities I needed. After staying a few weeks hotel hopping, it was nice to sleep in an actual bed and relax watching TV. The onsen was also a godsend. It was a very relaxing and luxurious stay. The front staff were incredibly friendly!!!!

娘達、ホテルの方の対応が本当に紳士でよかったと言っています！

未成年者の宿泊でしたが、宿泊前から丁寧な対応をして頂き安心して送り出せました。荷物の預けて貰えたりとサービスも良かったです。

格安の部屋のためしょうがないのですが部屋からの景色が隣のビルの壁だったのがちょっと残念でした。

ある意味思い出に残る1泊

ロビーだけではなく部屋もとても清潔感があってよかった

これはホテル側なのか利用者側なのかわからないのですが、夜中12時過ぎにドアを開けようとする音がして少し不安でした（自室なのか隣なのかは分かりませんがガチャガチャと何回も開けようとしてる感じです）幸い鍵をかけていたので開くことはなかったのですが、女の1人宿泊だったため少し不安に感じましがそれ以外は特に問題無いです

充電器があった、電子レンジがある所が広かった、WiFi無料、テレビ大きい、ルームウェアが着心地が良かった

景色が良くない、朝食が高い、エレベーターの階数が見にくい、ドリンク飲み放題とかあれば最高

出入方便

离车站1公里，服务好，地下一楼有个公共浴室，幸亏去的时候人少，不然人多的话比较拥挤，周围里购物商场比较近，方便，酒店帮忙叫了出租车，早餐是日式+自助餐（简单的几种面包和色拉、饮料）

早餐再丰富些就好了

清潔で便利な素泊まり

大浴場とアメニティに満足しました。クロネコヤマトでの荷物の配達が頼めるのもすごく便利でした。

Wi-Fiが遅かったのと、換気扇を回したらタバコの匂いがしたのが残念でした。

Comfortable and well-connected accommodation

Good location at a walking distance from Yokohama Station - and through that to the rest of Japan. Reached after midnight thanks to a delayed flight and long immigration queues but staff still accommodated my check-in. Vending machines inside the building and convenience stores nearby made food a non-issue at time during the day or night. Front-desk reception, cleaning and maintenance crew staff are polite and friendly at all times of the day. They took the time to understand and work with a non-Japanese speaker like me. Most of the important hotel information is available in Japanese and English - recommend checking with the front desk or using a translation app to get by with the rest.

This is not a negative, just something to be aware of. My single-person hotel room was compact and comfortable, and met all my requirements as a place to keep my bags, bathe and sleep while spending I was out the whole day at work or sightseeing. Do not confuse it for a vacation resort if you are looking to stay in the hotel room throughout the day. Limited space for large boxes and no closet - just 3 hooks and hangers for clothes. Not an issue if you are travelling light and are willing to be efficient with packing/storage space vs living/sleeping space.

General business hotel. The location is great, close to the station and shopping, but very peaceful.

Unfortunately they only offer set meals for breakfast so I could not order them as a vegetarian. Buffet style would be preferable.

Will stay here again next time

Breakfast sets really good. Tried the Japanese style and the eggs, both very satisfying. Staff courteous and helpful. Really convenient location, close to the station.

Nice hotel well located

When I entered in the lobby, it was smelling so good! The staff was amazing, as we arrived before check-in, they took out suitcases and then brought them up to our room. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station and restaurants.

It seems that the hotel has been half-renovated. In our room, the furnitures were new and the bed comfortable. However the white wall could be repainted and the bathroom upgraded. These are details and are stay was enjoyable.
