This beautiful property is located in prestigious fresh pond estates. It sits tucked away in the woods off the main roads, plenty of privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Yet has easy access to beaches, bike paths and town,
Just 2 miles from the heart of oak bluffs & circuit avenue activities.
Oak bluffs center offers, restaurants, movies, the nation's first carousel, shopping, and more beaches.

We sanitize the entire place in-between each tenant. We wash all comforters each time someone new comes in, we bleach all surfaces and alcohol all door handles, toilet, air out the place for 24 hrs

Just 500 feet from bike path, this property is centrally located a 2 minute drive to edgartown or vineyard haven. There is a sitting area at the pond with a dock and 4 Kayaks available for your use.(life jackets provided) Fresh Water swimming makes a wonderful place for the children to swim in a calm place without all the waves of the ocean.

Came to MV to celebrate 50 years of friendship with my 3 girlfriends. Brenda was AWESOME! She was so sweet, helpful and thoughtful. Great location, quite, private and a few minute Uber ride or local bus to downtown Oaks Bluffs. Will stay again. Cleanliness was excellent,

The garden apartment was perfect for our family of four. Our children enjoyed the pond and all the fun things to do around the island. Brenda and Derek were outstanding hosts. Very accessible while also allowing privacy. Absolute 10/10. Hope to stay here for years to come.

The property was amazing, picturesque, private, roomy, and immaculate. We had so much fun! The location was in close proximity to everything. We got to E-bike, dance, and star gaze! This is an perfect unit for a family on an absolutely beautiful property. The unit is connected to a family home, but doesn’t feel that way at all. It has a totally private entrance and we felt completely isolated from the main house. The property and landscaping are so beautiful, it felt like you were in a wonderful garden. The unit is well appointed and spacious. The kitchen has everything you would need- including full sized appliances. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is big and clean and includes a full sized washer and dryer. The linens are included- which is a great plus! The location of the property is close to pretty much everything! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very kind. We’d definitely stay here again.

Overwhelming gorgeous estate, conveniently nestled a short distance from Oaks Bluff, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. Phenomenal shopping, eateries, and beaches galore to soak up the sun and have great family fun! Brenda and Derek have cultivated a modernly charming resort style abode that we will definitely look to reserve on our next trip.

First trip to Martha's Vineyard and this place was amazing. Great location. The baby and the wife had so much fun. The owners were very welcoming. I felt very safe and it was way better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely like to return for an even longer period. We were living/ loving the MV life.

We had a wonderful stay with vith very welcoming hosts. The apartment , which included a huge outdoor space with Acess to the pond, had all the comforts of home and the landscaping was beautiful. When our ferry was cancelled because of hurricane Henri we were able to return for one more day. Brenda brought us a delicious gourmet homemade soup. Special thanks to our hosts for a restful and fun time on MV with our family and friends on the island.

We had a great stay at Brenda’s garden apartment. The place was immaculate, well-appointed and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor patio and enjoyed dinner al fresco. With so many nice little touches, you could tell Brenda really cares that her guests have a great experience. We were greeted with a personalized sign on the door welcoming our group! The landscaping is gorgeous. There’s a path leading to a pond on-site. There are kayaks that guests can use and also a very nice sitting area to enjoy coffee in the morning and the pretty water views. Unfortunately our stay was very short this time but we’d definitely return and stay here again.
