Perfect apartment - would definitely use again.

This apartment is very centrally situated, close to a lot of excellent restaurants and bars. It is beautifully decorated with fabulous quirky light fittings in all of the rooms. Kitchen was extremely well equipped if you wanted to prepare your own meals (we didn’t) - full size oven, large microwave and full size fridge freezer. Shower was perfect. Large outside space. Has everything you could possibly need, including beach towels, great hairdryer etc. Literally the only thing we would change is that the mattress was quite firm, and we like a soft mattress - but that’s just our own preference. Would highly recommend and we would definitely rebook.

This property was absolutely wonderful. It felt more a home than a holiday let. I loved the position of the apartment within the complex. Nice view from the balcony. Was also a bonus that it was not rowdy but a quiet and peaceful place. The area was very central for walking to nearby restaurants and supermarkets.The host Oleg was very nice. He added a nice touch by leaving a selection of drinks too.

Absolutely nothing at all. In fact If I were to move to Tenerife permanently this would be my ideal home !

Wonderful stay in an exceptional apartment.

The location was what we expected, having visited this site before, but this apartment was very very good.

The whole deal was very very good from our arrival and being met by Oleg, who had been in touch with us prior to arrival and met us at the gate to hand over the keys, right through to the day we departed when Oleg again was there to see us off.

Beautiful apartment, great location

This apartment has been decorated beautifully. Bed was super comfy, bathroom lovely, and a big positive for me… mirrors everywhere! One of my biggest issues on holiday is not having a full length mirror, or decent lighting near a mirror, or even a plug near a mirror… well this apartment has everything listed! Really well thought out, and felt like a real home away from home! Really close to all the shops and restaurants. Beach towels provided, even a bottle of wine and water were sat waiting for us! Oleg was really helpful too!

My only issue was the subbed around the pool. There is not enough for the amount of apartments. The beds are also not manned so everyone put their towels down as soon as the pool opened, and on one day a couple didn’t turn up until 4pm to use them! This is really frustrating when you can’t find a bed!

Excellent apartment and location, very clean and well catered for.

Apartment is modern, clean and very well thought out. Plenty of cutlery, glasses cups, plates kitchen utensils and great appliances. Good view too and secure.

Best apartment in Tenerife

Incredibly beautiful apartment with an amazing view. The owner has put in a tremendous effort to accommodate every need one may have. Stylish, clean furniture, comfy bed, every kitchen amenity and kitchenware, great blow dryer, even beach towels! The terrace is super cute as well, very roomy and private. It honestly made for a better stay than at a high end hotel and I will be staying there again. In a top location also, close to shops, bars and beaches. Wow wow wow.

One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in ❤️

Oleg’s apartment is wonderful for a couple. Comfortable bed, stylish, clean, well equipped, lots of storage, lots of mirrors, decent hair dryer, lots of towels (including pool/beach towels) washing machine (bring a few tablets if you are likely to use) drying rack on the terrace, even a laundry basket for your dirty towels. You will need your own shower gel, shampoo etc, which is expected in a self-catering apartment. Bring your own or there are shops/supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk, bar/cafe on site, many, many restaurants within 10/15 minutes walk (the best one is ‘Torviscas Spice Village’ which is 7/8 minutes walk, don’t be put off by the location/decor, the food is the best/tastiest/freshest Indian food we have ever eaten, and the owner is lovely, we went 2 nights running and would have gone more if we had more time ❤️) Taxi from the airport (easy) was €30 and Oleg kindly took us back on our departure day for the same price. we had a fabulous 8 night stay here and will rent it again with no hesitation if/when we go back to Tenerife.

The ONLY thing that would have improved our stay even more would be if there were a couple of cushions to use for the pool sun beds as they are the white plastic variety and not very comfortable ☹️

a bad experience when we pay big money and owner save on things what is necessary to live in apartment

nice and clean

owner try to make the apartment like a glamour place with lamps, (we counted to 16 lamps in bedroom) fancy water cranes, mirrors and so on! but there was no toilet paper, no kitchen paper, shower cream, soap, dishwasher tablet’s, washing powder, trash bags! we came by plane and couldn’t believe our eyes when those things missing! needed to buy all……

Nice little apartment located on the corner of the closed building complex, Enough natural light coming inside the apartment. Well equipped with all kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. Nice comfortable big bed. Enough bed linen and towels available. Good working internet connection.

This is only a small issue and not really concern this apartment but also many others located in the same area, once or twice a week the garbage collection truck passes by at about 04-05.00 in the morning.
