Ok aber Preis-Leistung nicht angemessen

Schöne und ruhig gelegene Villa

Die Zimmer waren recht klein und vom Gebäude aus führten keine Fußwege, nur eine sehr stark befahrene Straße. Zudem hatten wir nie persönlichen Kontakt zum Host. Bekamen Codes zum Check-In und das war’s, was ich auch sehr schade fand

One of the best stay ever! People, extremely friendly who takes care of any details you would need to make you stay interesting and fruitful. The house looks great, especially with beautiful view of Etna volcano from the breakfast area in front of swimming pools. Kids are extremely happy :)

Exceptional!

I liked the homey and comfortable the staff members made you feel. It was perfect getaway in the outskirts of Catania. Was extremely clean and the breakfast service was tasty and offered various of breakfast options. Beautifully designed house.

The property was slightly away from Catania meaning getting to Central Catania on the bus is difficult, especially since the last bus back to the property was only at 7:30pm. However, if you took a taxi it isn’t bad.

The property is quite nice, and the fact that it has a pool helps. Breakfast was very good and abundant. Rooms were clean although ours was a bit small.

You have to go by car to the nearest restaurants even though it was only 10 minutes away on foot. Reason being, it is dangerous to walk in a road without a pavement.

Very nice place and excellent staff, with a few oddities

The property is gorgeous. Pools are nice, common areas and patio are very very beautiful. Host is beyond excellent, she was very kind and welcoming. Also because time pressure we had some extra wishes, she tried to help in all of them. A very beautiful place to stay. Location is nothing special, though.

Parking is on the street. There is a weird system with the electricity in the rooms. After opening the door, you have 15 mins of electricity, or you have to push a button to indicate that yes you are still in the room. In theory, this gives you electricity until you open the door again. In practice, the electricity went away at random times in the room, we had to get up in the middle of the night to push the button, even so in the morning it was switched off again. So no AC while it was switched off (in 30+ degrees C), and we went to the airport in the morning with non-charged phones. Very weird system which has problems, and becomes frustrating very fast.

Superb, ideal for family with young children.

We loved everything. The property is perfectly located to explore Etna and local area with kids attractions like Etnaland and Gole Alcantara parks. Our kids loved the 2 swimming pools and the well maintained garden. Very clean and comfortable rooms with modern furniture and a fantastic terrace. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff and guests. Highly recommended!!

Overall a great accomodation which has alot of more potential.

The property is in a quiet a tranquil area. Property is kept clean indoors and ourdoors. Good sized rooms and also good sized and comfy bathrooms. Breakfast is well prepared. Pool area is great. A new pool was also made available. Friendly hosts Alessia and Otto.

Rooms do not have a mini fridge which comes in handy especially in the summer months. Property does not serve soft drinks, beer, wine. Also lacks food service except for breakfast. One needs to go get supplies from elsewhere when opting to stay relaxing at the property

Comfortable and big room

We got an upgrade of the room for free, we got a bigger room. Breakfast was excellent, with the possibility of having cured meats and cheese freshly sliced on the spot. Variety of sweets.

Great stay

The property is well located in a tranquil residential area. A car is a must when staying here. Overall the property is well maintained and kept very clean. The owners and their staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay.

Good

The house has a beautiful garden with pool and tree house for kids. Parking is convenient near property. Good variety at breakfast. Very clean. Staff very nice. Convenient supermarket within walking distance for those who need it.

We preferred to have been informed beforehand that area near pool was being renovated as we weren't able to relax outside like we planned to and at times there was noise due to the works. Our room was next to a stairs and beneath another stairs, so it was very noisy. Unfortunately guests are not always respectful of others, so we were woken up whenever someone was using either stairs. If these issues are resolved, property would be amazing.

Would definitely go again!

Everything! It was very nice, cozy and welcoming. Very clean place and friendly staff 🥰 Would definitely visit again Inside and outside super beautiful And parking next to apartment!

We booked for 4 persons and a baby...thought room was separated with door for privacy but all 5 of us were in a small room. Yet rooms are super nice and cosy! Next time we would book more than one room :)

Exceptional

The B&B is nicely located when you want to combine the Etna, Taormina and Catania. There is a Supermarket and some Restaurants really Close (but you have to take a car since the road is not suited to Walking The owner is super nice and has plenty of Tips for you. The room was big and Clean, the shower was amazing and the Pool Area is really nice with great views on the etna.

Perfect B&B, ideal spot for visiting Catania, Etna, Syracuse and Taormina. B&B is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking space in the street. We had the apartment which was ideal with our own little terrace. Breakfast is extremely well taken care of, with fresh coffee and very friendly staff. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we will not hesitate to visit again if we are in the area.

You need a car. The B&B is very nice, but the immediate surroundings are not that attractive.

The place was clean and served a good breakfast.

On our 1st day we went to the supermarket to buy food for all 5 of us as we planned to spend the evenings in because we had a 5 year old with us. The next morning we saw that all food was ruined as fridge was not cooling at all. After it was checked they informed us that it had to be replaced and will be done on our departure. We ended up having to eat out every day, apart from having to throw away everything. This was our major issue, other things were small things but altogether made us feel very disappointed. We could have booked hotel rooms more central instead of an apartment if we couldn't use the kitchen

Overall our stay was more than decent, we will look forward to return!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, showed us some of the best restaurants in the area where to eat, and the room was always kept clean. Breakfast was also fresh and very good as well, very ideal for families.

The only downside is the location where it is located, although it is located in a quiet area, unfortunately there isn't much to do, for ex. go for a walk because the streets are pretty dangerous especially at night.

Everything was perfect . We really enjoyed our stay at Ottomood B&B Apartments . It's perfect for Families especially with kids . The pool is soo Beautiful and also the swings & trew house.. kids enjoyed every moment . Breakfast was amazing , anything you want they will give you .. Very good

This b&b is situated in a very tranquil area, with lovely views of mount Etna from our bedroom window. We had a quad room, with a double bed and a single, plus a sofa (bed). Bathroom size was good, and shower was spacious with toiletries provided. The surrounding garden is very well kept, and there is also a good sized pool and a treehouse for children to play. Breakfast had a great choice of food, with many homemade cakes.

The only thing that can be improved is towels could be changed more frequently.

Location is central and easy accessible by own car with good parking, venue is beautiful with excellent outdoor area. Staff is gentle and professional. Breakfast is fresh and abundant.

Expected larger room as per pictures shown, given the fact we are a family of four for a longer stay.

Delicious and fresh breakfast. Lovely garden with pool that fit all leisure needs of a family w. 4 and 8 years old active boys. Good internet. The best room in a 15 days trip to Sicily as it was not humid, super comfy and spacious room / bathroom. Hosts accommodated our needs so we are truly grateful with their support and excellent service. Family and very respectful environment are very appreciated.

EVERYTHING about this place is EXCELLENT, Alessia greeted us with with open arms, VERY friendly and welcoming, BRAVA Alessia!! the room was spacious, clean and extremely conformable. The view of Mother Etna from their property is impressive. Imagine swimming in a beautiful pool, with Etna in the background, WOW!! Breakfast is very generous and plentiful. HIGHLY recommended, would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful property with views of Etna. Grazie Alessia et Otto

Great stay which met our expectations wonderfully!

The Breakfast was very well prepared. The staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely return. The facilities were superb, and the room was very comfortable. Ideal for a family stay. The kids loved every minute!

Nothing much to complain. A car is however a must to go to the whereabouts even for lunch/ dinner/

Comfortable and spacious room.

The guy behind the bar prepared a very delicious plate full of cuts for the breakfast, apart from the various selection of food items and juices. The pool was a good sized one surrounded with comfy deckchairs. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the stay too!

We asked for an iron, but this was not available at the property.
