Excellent breakfast, tasty and good choice.

Would have liked a comfortable seat in the room, as opposed to sitting on a stool or bed. That was the only downside.

The location is perfect but there wasn't a proper breakfast offered and we had to ask them to bring extra towels and for the bed covers to be changed on our stay the rooms weren't checked regularly and we had no hand-wash we had to use the shower wash they had in shower and the shower was awkward and to hang the shower curtain they had black duck tape for it which is not acceptable its a pity because the staff were lovely

A nice place to stay that could be even better

The room was functional and was good value for money. The breakfast was good and had reasonable choice. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful in dealing with requests.

The room were dated and could do with a makeover. With a little work they could be more appealing with more colour and modern style. Beds and mattresses could also be improved. Bedlinen and duvets should be replaced with cotton sheets rather than current synthetic for greater comfort. It will greatly improve guest comfort. These small investments would make a good place to stay really great. I would happily stay here again.

The noise from the pub (same owners) and the guests at 4 a.m. (from the pub?). Small room.
