Maravilhosa!!

Bangalô confortável, cama boa, chuveiro bastante água e quente, roupas de camas e de banho super limpas e cheirosas. Café da manhã bem gostoso.

Não gostei da falta de secador de cabelo, tamanho do shampoo.

Lugar tranquilo com praia maravilhosa

O café da manhã é bem servido e com variedades. Em relação aos funcionários, gostaria de agradecer o Alexandre da recepção, que me ajudou de última hora, assim como Ana e Mateus do restaurante, que foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Gostei de tudo. É um lugar de muita tranquilidade e sossego. É excelente para quem quer descansar e se desconectar um pouco.

O horário do restaurante e do bar terminam cedo. (21:00) deveria ter show ao vivo (Voz e violão) já que não tem nada a noite na praia de Carneiros. Era pra ter serviço de quarto ate 01;00 pelo menos.

Refúgio praieiro com excelente atendimento

O atendimento da equipe é muito bom. Funcionarios sempre solícitos com os hóspedes. O café da manhã é muito variado e saboroso, com destaque para as delícias tradicionais feitas na hora.

De não termos sido avisados sobre a obra de construção da piscina. O barulho foi muito incômodo, e começou antes mesmo das 8h da manhã.

A little piece of paradise

The grounds are impeccable, a little piece of paradise a short drive away from the centre of Tamandaré where you can find a good variety of restaurants and shops know that you'll want to leave the bungalow). It's located at a quite stretch of the beach where you can just relax and soak in the atmosphere. The breakfast is outstanding, with both quality and variety. Service is great. On site restaurant offers good food with prices not much different from a similar restaurant in town.

Only a minor comment, but the mattress on the bed seemed a little beaten causing us a bit of back pain. Maybe it's time to get new ones?

Excellent location in Praia dos Carneiros, with a beautiful garden and a great outdoor space by the beach. The lighting at night of the outdoor spaces was beautiful.

Uncomfortable old mattress. We missed some healthier/lighter options in the menu of the onsite restaurant.

Just ok for one night - would not stay longer

Nice location by the beach and good breakfast. Restaurant staff nice, but reception staff not great. The room was acceptable.

Bed sheet / mattress protector made of plastic, unpleasant check in, any food ordered takes extremely long (40mins for a tapioca), no water in the room, shower takes very long to warm up, wifi doesn't work well

This was a very nice place which was priced right

This place was great. Very quite. Nice restaurant with breakfast included. Right on Praia de Carneros. Staff helped us local a buggy ride.

Perfect beach retreat

The property is huge and beautiful, filed with gardens and small bungalows all over the place. It has a super calm beach in front of it with no boats or many tourists, so it feels like a private beach. The small outdoor sitting areas are amazing with no fence in front, so it feels very much in contact with the sea. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. At night you're immersed in nature by the stars, the sounds of insects and even the occasional frog jumping around.

The room was a bit dark but comfortable overall.

A must-stay, but in dire need of maintenance

This is our favourite hotel in Carneiros. The privacy of the bungalows and the large seating areas by the sea, for guests only, make it one of those places you don’t need to leave for the whole length of the holiday. The staff is amazing, kind, and fast. The deserts (apart from the pudim, which is absurdly small), are generous portions made for sharing and are well worth your buck. The breakfast, however, is delicious.

There’s definitely things they need to fix, however. The pillows felt old and thin, and most of all, the AC: it’s location, facing the door, and in a corridor that isolates the bed, mean that it is SO hard to get the room to actually chill. They are noisy, inefficient and in dire need of maintenance. The standard of the food and drinks has also fallen massively. Food is mostly bland, lacking seasoning, salt and soul, and drinks are hit and miss.
