The booking was for two rooms for 4 people (each room for 2 people), however at time to arrive they only have 1 room for the 4 people.

The food and the animals.
The room 407. The room and the bathroom were dirty. The sheets on the beds had a lot of dust as well as the floor and mold on the curtains and the air conditioning did not work.
Really a very bad experience.

Breakfasts were very good and well presented. Lovely staff.
Being a Canadian I would have liked to have warm water for showering but this is Colombia so I accept it. However it would be nice!!!

The food and the swimmiming pool.
The bathroom in the room did not have a shower head and the toilet was leaking and the water was all over the floor in the bathroom. The reservation male was rude and did not make us feel welcome when we arrived to the hotel. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance everywhere. It used to be a very good hotel, but not anymore.

The person in the reception and the people in the restaurant were very kind. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
The place was promoted as a spa but actually there was loud music all day and there was no masseuse. We were served chicken that was still raw inside and for breakfast there was a big group coming and when we came there were only leftovers (the eggs were cold and one of the waiters started to use a plastic cup to get milk for us from the bottom of the milk container). We had two rooms, in one there was no water in the shower and in the other very little. The safe was broken, the fridge was very oxidized, in general the room looked as if it had not received maintenance in a while. It says it is accessible for wheelchairs but to enter the bathroom in the room there was an elevation that made it hard for the elderly person with us to enter.

I like the area as it is just over one hour from Medellin. Many similar Colombian hotels in the area, but this one is a bit nicer. The workers were very attentive to everything. The WiFi works! The hotel and pool were not overcrowded as some in the area are. We have two rooms, and my room was quite large.
Until writing this review, I forgot it was a spa. I did not see a SPA. I was not offered spa services. No mention of SPA anywhere. I forgot and did not ask about the SPA. Every time we sat down, we were given a drink menu. Not sure why there was not a spa menu. My room overlooked the pool. On Saturday night, the music played to at least 2 AM. If I return, I would want to be away from the pool.
