Excellent hostel in a beautiful town. Staff was communicative, friendly, and very helpful. Street parking was always easy to find, never more than one block away. Plenty of space in the kitchen to store groceries. Rooftop terrace was a super bonus!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was able to have a very hot bath, I wish more places would follow their lead.

The room was well equipped for a hostel. TV with variety of channels, air con, extra blanket etc. I also liked their kitchen setup, and the vending machines etc

Some minor paint flaking off the walls, and shower head that would not be held up at head level... minor maintenance issues that could be fixed in relative little time and at minor cost to the establishment which would go a long way to maintaining a professional appearance... considering the cost of the room in comparison to similar establishments I've stayed in, I would imagine such minor maintenance issues are affordable to the establishment.

Great location a few mins walk from centre and 10 mins to bus station. Train station is a taxi ride away for €9. I stayed in 4 bed dorm which was very small but there are bigger rooms. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and a large eating/sitting area.

People staying long term in hostel with alot of luggage and bags - so space was limited in the room

cool place, great chill out spaces

cool ambience - lots of spaces to chill out

wasn’t sure about cleanliness? one guest has horrendous, loud, whooping cough the whole time I was there. lucky I had my own room but didn’t want to touch anything outside my room and didn’t want to use the kitchen or bathroom. kitchen not clean in evening due to messy guests (no fault of staff!)

Nice location but you have to be lucky with the guests at the hostel.

The room was comfortable, except for having to share the communal toilet facilities.

Unfortunately with some of the guests not keeping the communal bathrooms tidy, and leaving personal belongings and underwear behind in the bathroom was not acceptable at all. Also the guests had difficulty keeping quite afterhours which made it difficult to have a good nights rest. It was also not easy to report these events to staff at the hostel.

Great and very nice people

These people do an outstanding job of providing such an essential budget accomodation resource. I have stayed in hundreds of hostels globally and this one is one of the very best i have ever stayed in.

Everything was great, from the location, staff, bedroom, and the rest of the shared rooms.

The only thing I didn't like were the other guests that were very loud during the last night of our stay and we couldn't sleep and rest properly for the trip that was ahead of us.

Big value!

I need somewhere to sleep 1 night. Just sleep some hours, and this was absolutely perfect. Nice room, nice beds - exactly what I look for. Can strongly recommend if you like to have a clean nice place to stay at, and the price 😍

Clean, not a big ass hostel, Miguel is very helpfull the other workers too BTW. In my opinion they can even ask more money for tourists per night - not for locals- I was in a more expensive, dirty , big hostel in Faro close to the airport. Just "escaped" to this nice,cozy and helpfull hostel in beautiful Loule. The people really work hard to give you the best experience at their place. I wish them sometimes an easy, peacy moment ;)

The walls of the rooms are made of plasterboard and also everything can be heard. The other accommodations do not respect the rules and even after 10 pm they were very noisy. Despite several frame warnings I ended up leaving at 2am.
