SUNSET WITH DOLPHINS

At Villa Khepri we spent one of our best vacation ever. Very cozy apartment with great breathtaking view over Marinella white sand beach (reachable by foot in no more then 5 minutes), very well arranged and furnished. The host Matteo had been very professional, friendly and arranged only for the two of us a magic boat tour at La Maddalena, and also a boat tour to Golfo Aranci, at sunset, to see the dolphins. What an extraordinary experience to see a big pod of dolphins jumping out of the water at no more then 10 meters from our boat. Matteo also very well arranged us a wine tour and the best restaurants in the area. We also loved the big breakfast served every morning on the terrace facing the sea. Great place to relax and to unwind. See you soon Villa Khepri.

Vacanza da Sogno

Breve soggiorno a VillaKhepri ma intenso di emozioni! perfetta la nostra location con due bagni comodissimi e un ottima abitabilità, atmosfera intima e meravigliosamente inserita nella natura con un panorama davvero incredibile! Matteo ci ha organizzato un tour indimenticabile per i nostri 15anni di matrimonio! Non avevamo mai visto i delfini così da vicino ed è stato davvero emozionante e tutto perfetto. Ottimi i consigli sui ristoranti dove senza esagerare con i prezzi, abbiamo gustato pesce davvero fresco e piatti unici della tradizione alla Tenuta Pilastru. Ci mancherà la Sardegna, torneremo sicuramente!

Fabulous

Beautiful residence in the countryside with lots of space and panorama, we had a very good time and recommended the tour to Maddalena organized by Matteo in complete safety without problems, the islands are beautiful and we had never seen such beautiful colors !! Matteo took us directly to the most beautiful coves in the company of his very nice little dog Ray! It was a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

UNFORGETTABLE

Magic location with breathtaking view on Marinella white sand beach just a few minutes walking distance. The host Matteo extremely friendly and welcoming organized a great sailing boat tour at La Maddalena where we saw dozens of dolphins playing with us. Also a magic wine tour at the Serrau Wine Farm with wine tasting. Full breakfast with the best sardinian products. The room very well furnished and a big bathroom. Higly recommended . We will miss you.

Put your money where your mouth is!

In Usa We love to say that: "Put your money where your mouth is!" And I think this location was a nice discovery despite the fact that most of the facilities were closed ( I don't understand why in such a beautiful period!) Comfort and peace in perfect balance, our room even had a beautiful fireplace that in the most romantic evenings gave us unique moments! Excellent breakfast, always different and really yummy with a good Mediterranean accent. We managed to visit unique place thanks to your advice . Thank you very much for all your attention:-)) Matteo it was a pleasure to meet you and we will definitely come back to visit!

SUPER BIKE TOUR ON BEACH

Super location with a stunning view over Marinella white beach just 200 meters away. The host prepared every day a super breakfast with typical sardinian products ...jammy. He also arranged a magnificent bike tour along the coast until a pristine beach where we had a lovely picnic. The weather , and it was december, was great and the temperature during the day reached 19/20 degrees. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

By far our best stay at Sardinia! Thank you Matteo for being such a warmly, knowledgeable host: always at our service, splendid tips and bookings for nice local restaurants, organizing an amazing boat tour to spot beautiful dolphins, surprising us with a splendid boat trip to the beautiful La Maddalena archipel, and your fantastic location - well equipped, well designed - with a unique view on the bay of Marinella. You and Ray made us feel welcome, cozy and relaxed from the very first second. Already looking forward to return -)

The location is excellent. The view from the room and from the terrace is amazing. Matteo, the owner is very friendly and helped with suggestions on places to visit, where to eat, etc. The breakfast was very good and different every day.

JUST HEAVEN

Villa Khepri is a faboulous location and my wife and I have choosen it for our honey moon trip. The view on Marinella beach was just fantastic and the host served us a super breakfast full with squisite sardinian food. The flat was spacious, very well furnished and all went well. Matteo gave us many excellent indications for the best restaurants in the area and also arranged an amaziong boat tour to Tavolara and Mortorio islands. We do stronly suggest Villa Khepri for people who wants to unwind in the middle of the nature facing the beautiful emerald blue sardinian water. We will miss you when back to the cold Canada.

Exceptional

The owner, Matteo, is a very pleasant person, who want to make your vacation an memorable experience. Very good recommendations for place to visit, restaurants to discover local cuisine, and an amazing boat trip with him at archipelago Magdalena. The Villa is on very good place near Marilena beach, with a superb view from terrace and kitchen. Rooms very clean, 2 bathrooms, kitchen very good equipped, everything new and modernly arranged. Definitely will come back.

Perfect stay

We loved staying at Villa Khepri! The owner welcomed us really well and made us feel like home. He helped us during our stay providing wonderful tips so we could get the most out of our visit to the island - this was key for us as it meant we visited lovely local restaurants, saw beautiful beaches and villages we wouldn’t probably find on our own! In terms of accommodation, we couldn’t have asked for better: lovely and varied breakfast, very comfortable, well equipped and supper clean apartment with an amazing view and perfect location both in terms of the area around and easy accesses to other parts of Sardegna. I wish we could have stayed longer! This is definitely where we want to stay when we return to this beautiful island.

AMAZING PLACE

The host matteo is so friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble.. full of tips for things to do and places to go. The villa was lovely, clean with amazing views. The breakfast was gorgeous with many local dishes. The local beach was only a few mins drive and has white sand and beautiful clear blue sea. There's a few places to eat and drink as well. We would love to come back one day to Villa Khepri ...thank you matteo for a wonderful stay !
