Agradable, recomendable

La ubicación, próxima a Estación Atocha, Metro, Supermercados, Restaurantes, Cafeterías, etc., todo muy bien, recomendable 100 x 100. El Apartamento perfecto, amplio, cómodo, etc. Personal atento, Oficina dentro de la misma Finca.

No estuvimos demasiado tiempo dentro del Apartamento, para valorar lo que no nos gustó

Buono per qualche giorno a Madrid

L'appartamento è grande, due bagni e due camere con cucina e soggiorno molto ampio. Ben arredato nell'insieme. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici e fornita di detersivo per lavastoviglie e lavatrice e di spugnetta per la cucina. Ottima posizione, attaccato alla fermata della metro, ma comunque plaza Mayor si può raggiungere anche a piedi con una mezz'oretta di passeggiata.

Il letto piccolo e duro: per noi che siamo alti è stato veramente difficile dormire anche perchè le camere sono affacciate sulla strada molto trafficata con rumori continui dall'esterno. In cucina le padelle sono molto vecchie, specie la grande sarebbe da buttare( senza fondo ormai). Non c'è pelapatate né una grattugia per la verdura. Nel complesso però siamo stati bene

Ótima localização, dois banheiros no apartamento, máquina de lavar, Tudo bem limpo. Lindo apartamento e recepção perfeita. O Jac nós atendeu muito bem muito prestativo, educado e nos deu todas as orientações necessárias para uma ótima estadia.

Great stay in Madrid.

Beautifully clean, well-appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Soledad was very welcoming and gave us a quick guide to the immediate area. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay again in future.

I would stay here again while visiting Madrid and highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment. Clean and very well-kept. Excellent value and location. The owner/host communicated very well before our stay and met us on arrival. Everything was as described in the listing. Many restaurants / eateries within a few blocks. Food markets very close by. A Metro station (Acacias) half a block away. Quiet, no noise disturbances. Comfortable beds.

Another hand-rail or bar in the shower to grip to maintain balance. I was very careful and didn't have any problem myself but it could be an issue for some older guests.

A great place to stay!

Location was excellent. Right beside Acacias metro station, around the corner from a bus stop and a short walk away from Embajadores and Piramides, and so easy to flag down a taxi if needed. 20 min walk to Plaza Mayor (bear in mind it is uphill most of the way), 25-30min walk to Atocha. Many restaurants/cafes in the surrounding area - any we ate in staff were friendly, portions were big and the food tasty. Soldedad was very friendly and responded very quickly to any texts via WhatsApp. We had a small problem with the AC units in one of the bedrooms but it was promptly dealt with by Miguel. There is a lift in the apartment block. The apartment itself the rooms were adequately furnished. A few dishwasher and washing machine tablets, together with handsoap, washing up liquid, napkins and kitchen towel was provided. Lots of plates & cutlery. Showers had great water pressure. The outdoor swimming pool is a huge bonus and is open from 10am-9pm. Definitely a hit with my 2 girls and was much needed during the heatwave.

Windows seemed to be single glazed so as other reviewers have said can be very noisy at night, also noise from other apartments at times was very loud, could hear people talking, furniture being moved. If like me you can hear everything, a good pair of ear plugs do help! Would be nice if oil and some condiments were also in the apartment, making it easier to cook should you wish to, rather than having to buy it, especially since you only need a small amount. The single beds seemed to be more like 2.6ft rather than standard 3ft, seemed like a small double too but I could be mistaken! Mattresses were very soft compared to what I am used to, which I didn't like, but it's personal preference so others might. There was a water cut in the apartment block for about 20hrs due to some problem with pipework which was very inconvenient given the heatwave. Not Soledad's fault and she was very apologetic about it, but not being able to use toilets for that length of time especially with an older relative with us wasn't great. Despite the above if I was ever in Madrid again I would stay here if available.

Can’t wait to return to my new home base in Madrid.

Bright sunny apt, comfortable furnishings, well equipped, and in a very convenient location. I’d love to return for a longer stay.

There was considerable night noise from people on the street, exacerbated by my choice to leave windows open to cool night breezes.

Great apartment for a great price, very comfortable.

Roomy apartment, full kitchen and washer. Right next to El Rastro market, steps away from Acacias metro, super easy to the subway and commuter trains, great part of town to explore anywhere in the city. Nice neighborhood. Most of all, the host (Jacob) was super kind and helpful! Muy genial!!

loved the property. loved Madrid.

it was spacious and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and clothes washer. it is in a popular location with restaurants. if you want to go to sleep early use ear plugs.

Madrid exceeded my expectations, loved the calmness, very clean, no litter, plentiful parks.

self catering so breakfast q. n/a Location was good but closer to the Reina Christina and the railway would have been better. Nice to be in a less touristy area of town. Good public transport links close by and supermarkets for self catering plus local restaurants were good. Felt very safe.

Location closer to Main art galleries and the rail station would have been a bit better. Quite a long uphill walk to La Latina district for good bars and restaurants. Fortunately taxis well priced.

Nice place close to public transport and city center too, for a reasonable price in a nicely equipped appartment.

The noise suppression of windows can be better, as bedrooms are situated into the street In kitchen I would appreciate basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil)

The location is very good for most Madrid tourist attractions and handy for busses and subways. There are several good restaurants within a short walking distance.

The price was a bit higher than I have paid for similar apartments. The requirement of a 200 euro security deposit at check in took me by surprise.
