Ótimo hotel. Voltaremos, com certeza.

Principalmente pela cordialidade dos funcionários. Destaque para o café da manhã, que é excepcional, com o capricho dos omeletes e tapiocas do Nildo, acompanhado de música ao vivo de altíssima qualidade em alguns dias da semana. Happy hour na sexta-feira à noite com bebidas, petiscos e música ao vivo na piscina também foi um diferencial. Recomendo o hotel e retornarei sempre que possível.

Ar condicionado bastante barulhento no quarto 916. Falta de local para pendurar toalhas de banho, após o uso, no quarto e banheiro.

Boa, só precisa se modernizar tecnologicamente e simplificar o acesso do Wi-Fi.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos.

A TV não é smart, pelo preço cobrado na diária isso deveria ser algo crucial, tecnologia avançando e ainda estão no tempo de TV a cabo. Pra acessar o Wi-Fi pede dados desnecessários, tem toda uma burocracia.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unsere Wahl :)

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr lecker!! Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Hotelpersonal war auch sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels war toll, nah an der Promenade und nah an schöne Plätze und Restaurants.

Leider war während unseren Aufenthalt der Poolbereich komplett geschlossen und wir durften das nicht nutzen. Aber wenn die Renovierung vorbei sind, wird es wahrscheinlich wieder verfügbar sein.

Amazing hotel with such friendly staff. Will be back when we come to Recife again. Could not recommend enough!

Really loved the hotel, pool, breakfast and the service from the staff was absolutely incredible, specifically Agnaldo and Fernando. We were made to feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. Pool is open until 11 and they have valet service if you have a car. Will be telling all our friends to stay here when they come to Recife! 5* service!

Carpet on the corridor was slightly outdated but that really doesn’t matter to be honest haha.

Atendimento e restaurante se destacam dos demais hotéis

Gostamos bastante da nossa estadia no hotel, a recepção realizada pela Karina foi impecável ela é muito prestativa, gostaria muito de ter alguém na minha equipe como ela, receptiva, que trabalha feliz é muito difícil encontrar recepcionistas tão cordiais assim. Meu marido é meio sem apetite mas elogiou muito a refeição do restaurante, e isso é bem difícil, o Garçon Agnaldo é bem solícito, atende com muita educação um excelente atendimento por parte dos funcionários do hotel Bugan, esse foi o grande ponto chave além do restaurante que a comida é impecável. As acomodações também estavam dentro das expectativas só tenho elogios ao hotel

Hotel novo, moderno, decorado com bom gosto. Café da manhã variado. Staff extremamente solicito e gentil. Embora não seja na praia, esta a uma curta caminhada. Ideal para turismo ou trabalho.

A pressão da agua no chuveiro é fraca e a posição do vaso dificulta o uso da pia do banheiro. No mais, achei fracas as opções no jantar. Ao lado do hotel funciona um excelente restaurante português.

Average business hotel, ok for 1 max 2 nights

The location is very good for those who need to go to the airport. Nice rooftop. Overall it is ok as a business hotel. Very appreciated the fact that there is no carpet in the room.

I visited the hotel in 2015 and when it was managed by Marriot the quality was much higher. Some of the common areas should be renewed. Bathroom was not perfectly clean.

A very nice hotel with brilliant staff - definitively worth a visit.

A very nice hotel conveniently placed near the beaches, with excellent restaurant. The quality of the food for breakfast was exceptional, and I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant as well. Both the food and the service were exemplary.

The TV broke after the first night of my stay, and there was no way to fix it. I would not watch it very much, but would like to occasionally glance at the news (especially given the massive power outage in the country on Tuesday morning). Also, the hotel of this stature and reputation should offer guests a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.

Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast with cook to order egg dishes. Great staff! Well trained and friendly.

Everything very comfortable hotel. Fabulous! Super great beds, linens, showers, and nice large spacious room.

The tap water is not drinkable, and they charge you for bottled water. Thats crazy! We travel a lot and that is not the norm!! The shower amenities very skimpy. The restaurant menu is not very exciting. Very little variety. A corkscrew in the room with wine glasses would be a nice touch. Had to chase down getting a wine opener, twice! The pool area can use you some ambiance. It’s very basic but super clean. Check in can be a bit quicker.

The Best In Recife!!!

You will find anything you may need within walking distance, beach two blocks away. The amazing thing about this hotel is the kindness of the staff, exceptional!!! Thank you to everyone, Karina and Livia at reception, great guys at restaurant, adorable Nildo , Eduardo, etc making our morning breakfasts the best!!!

Price very fair. Hotel feels safe.

Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and nice.

Layout bathroom a bit odd. Soap rack in bathroom not functional. Soap and shampoo falls on floor and won’t stay on the rack.
