The location, the cleanliness, the apartment and the facilities. The staff member was pleasant and did her vey best to communicate with me. The parking was very good and safe.
There was no air conditioning and I found the room very warm. The shower bracket was broken. I had to tie it up with a plastic bag.

Good dog walking on door step. Kitchenette as no local restaurants.
No wifi available for iPhones!!
Says provides fresh coffee but did not.

High quality apartment. Good kitchen; better to self cater or eat out unless you want to be part of the retired people's arrangements. Parking was good.
A little distance out of the historic town.

property is well maintained
location close to industrial area very noisy with windows opened.

Very quiet location a few minutes from the A71.
The residence is a mixture of sheltered accommodation for senior citizens and and apartments for short stay
rentals. It is quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff are very pleasant, but no is English spoken, if that is a
concern for you. The apartments are well planned and have all you need for a short stay. You can eat in the
residents' dining room at extra modest cost. We had dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, the lunch
menu looked good but our evening meal was truly awful.
The evening meal is just the high tea that the residents are offered. The choice is extremely limited. We were
served a traditional fish dish. Unfortunately it was stone cold. even the residents complained. The waitress
took it away and came back with it slightly warmer. It was still disgusting. Sorry to say, but it was possibly
the worst meal we’ve ever had in France. The waitress was embarrassed and gave us two chocolate cookies
as as compensation. Not really enough.

After a long journey, I wanted somewhere quiet away from noise. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. This property is an example of what all places should be like. I will stay here again.
No complaints at all.

We didn't stay.
On arrival, lots of very elderly people walking around. Went to reception. We were asked to settle bill. We asked to see room prior to pay. Receptionist reluctantly allowed us to view. The apartment was clean. 2 chairs on the balcony. 3 of us no spare chairs. Bedrooms had 1 bed. No other furniture. Whist on balcony we heard a man walling.

Modern nice apartment in a quite location.
Only a cutting knive for cooking would be great. Apart from that we had a great stay.

Spacious, clean, well equipped. Balcony.
Although it is not ideally situated there is a Japanese restaurant within walking distance where we had a very good meal.
Nothing to dislike other than the location in a rather drab, industrial side of the town, although it is also close to an attractive path along the river.

They provided us an evening cold plate meal even though the restaurant had closed.
It was also a retirement home - good concept although a bit strange at first. Very clean and fresh.
Apartment was really good.
Location wasn’t great and we didn’t really get time to visit the locality due to our late arrival.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
No working internet! The building is closed at 8pm. I was not aware that yo get inside you had to make a phone call. The WC walls were not clean and the room had not been cleaned on my arrival.

Ok - let's start with the good bits! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Onsite secure parking was a real bonus. Our apartment was large, with a lovely terrace, nice kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and shower. Great value for money! We had a good nights sleep, bed comfy and good bedding and the place was very quiet.
Now for the not so good bits!
We arrived after a long drive - expecting a block of serviced apartments. We were surprised to find ourselves entering a retirement complex for senior citizens that lets out some of its rooms. Although we had a very peaceful and good stay at the property - there was nothing in the description to make us aware we would be staying in a retirement complex - and the facilities advertised - i.e bar, pool, restaurant etc, were in fact part of the retirement complex facilities for the elderly residents! Even with the above issues and now knowing what to expect we would use this property again. After a bit of research it seems this practice of letting rooms in this type of establishment is not unusual in France - but it’s something we’ve not come across in the UK

This place is an aged care facility. This should have been disclosed at time of booking. When we arrived and discovered the situation it was too late to cancel the booking.
This it not a hotel and the description is misleading and deceptive!
