Apartment mit Terrasse und Gartenblick?? Ein Witz!!!

Der Ort Tar selber hat und gut gefallen. Ein schöner,ruhiger und ansehnlicher Ort,wo nicht all zu viel Trubel ist. Nette Restaurants/Bars mit einem guten Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ein paar kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Gegenüber der Hauptstraße zwei große Supermärkte. Diese Straße führt auch direkt zum Ressort Laterna,in das wir einfahren und kostenlos parken durften, da wir von unserem Vermieter einen "Parkausweis" erhalten haben. (Ähnlich wir bei uns eine Kurkarte) Im Ressort selber gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze und auch genügend Möglichkeiten sich am Meer niederzulassen. Liegen und Schirme kann man dort auch mieten. Rundum in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft hat uns nicht zugesagt. Wir selber bewohnen in Deutschland eine Doppelhaushälfte mit einem kleinen Garten.Diesen nutzen wir im Sommer auch regelmäßig. Wenn ich dann in den Süden fahre,möchte ich in den Abendstunden gerne auch draußen sitzen. Mit den Kindern spielen,einen Wein genießen etc. Dieser Möglichkeit wurden wir im Urlaub definitiv beraubt. Dies war auch über die Bilder und Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Hier bei booking werden drei Unterkünfte gleichzeitig angeboten. Es wird nicht klar angezeigt, was unsere Unterkunft ist. Wir haben das Pech gehabt, die große Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss zu haben. An der Eingangstür zu unsere Wohnung befinden sich drei Klimaanlage, von denen zwei Lüfterräder eine größere Unwucht hatten und dementsprechend starke Geräusche machten. Dort befand sich auch der Treppenaufgang zu den oberen Wohnungen. Dort reingequetscht befand sich ein runder Plastiktisch mit vier Plastikstühlen.Davon stand einer schon halb auf die Wiese,weil kein Platz vorhanden war. Wir haben für dir 10 Tage ca.2000 Euro bezahlt. Viel Geld für wenig. Eine vernünftige Sitzgelegenheit wäre hier schon angebracht gewesen. Uns wurde angeboten,das wir in der "Laube" sitzen könnten. Dort gab es einen Gasgrill, den wir nutzen durften,einen Backofen und einen großen Pizzaofen. Aber hier war Gemütlichkeit auch nicht vorhanden. Nichts ansehnliches. Rein praktikabel. Stattdessen mussten wir unsere Abende auswärts verbringen oder im Wohnzimmer. Ausgestattet waren alle Räume mit Klimaanlage. In den beiden Schlafräumen liefen die beiden Lüfter ebenfalls unrund.Ergo wurde nachts die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war eine Katastrophe.Die Sitzkissen wanderten schon nach ganz kurzer Zeit noch vorne und die kurze Bequemlichkeit war dahin. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig . Überall! Die schon i den vorherigen Bewertungen bemängelten Spinnweben an der Holzdecke sind inzwischen wohl auch mehr geworden.

Lovely appartment!

Very clean and lovely place. Short car ride to supermarkets and the beach. Would recommend!

Mattress was hard and it’s very odd to go to the bathroom to wash up your plates. I hadn’t seen that there was no sink or kitchen to cook on, although if one looks in more details, it does say in the description so it’s my fault for not seeing this.

Amazingly restored property

If we had more time we would have spent longer at this guesthouse. It has been beautifully renovated, with stylish and comfortable furniture, a large bathroom and small kitchenette. Unfortunately the room we were in did not have a cooker, sink or oven, but it did have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Large screen TV with Netlix and DVDs as well as a large lounge area to relax in. A really nice balcony where you can eat meals and look at the view out to the sea. The owner is really lovely and speaks English. She can take payment in cash or with card. Car parking is available on the street, but not outside the house.

+ The Owners are very friendly. We were received a more then warm welcome 🤗! Plus a free Beer 🍻😊. + The room was very clean + The whole place is well kept after. + We were allowed to park the motorcycles inside the premises.

- it's not really a minus point! But we would of loved higher chairs on the Studio Apartment Balkone, that way we could of seen the spectacular view of the ocean. We still managed as we just stood ;) So no biggie 😂 - We had to leave 😞

Everything was perfect. Garden grill with shade was very convenient in the evening for dinner. Distance from see was not any issue, just 5 minutes by car and we have found shortcuts to pebble beach suitable for children. We are not fans of crowded beaches, therefore we have appreciated narrow lovely beach close to Calendula view point. The whole apartment is super clean, perfectly equipped and enormously spacious.

Very spacious and nice apartment in the quiet town of Tar and with very fair price. Excellent base for exploring Istria and visiting Istrialand which our kids loved. The town centre is very small and cute but the number of excellent restaurants is quite surprising. The host, Rosie, and her family are really nice and made the stay enjoyable.

Nice place for a short stay

It had its own covered mini terrace, the bathroom was lovely. Apartment clean and tastefully decorated. Upon the arrival the host cooled down the room for us (it was 35 degrees outside) and they left 2 cooled water bottles in the fridge.

Cozy stone house with modern design

We loved everything about the accommodation: super clean, a very interesting design, AC, very comfy bed, modern shower. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We even got a small present because there was a slight problem with the shower when we came (which was fixed very fast). Totally recommend it. Beautiful sunset view as well.

The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped. It has all facilities and even more. I would highly recommend to everybody. Problem could be to the ones that do not have with car because apartment is in small place Tar quite far from beach.
