accueil nul personne à la réception pendant une demie-heure. 4 clients en attente propreté du local d'accueil médiocre + odeurs

Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels de votre chaîne mais nous avons été déçu de ce dernier

Nous avons manqué d'étiquettes sur les pots de confitures et d'avoir du pain grillé

L'odeur dans la chambre, peut être suite aux produits de nettoyage,ou l'odeur des toilettes ou la douche.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was of good quality and very convenient.

Proximity to autoroute, cleanliness and efficient staff. Double room was spacious. Breakfast was copious. Elevator available and working. Secure car park after 10pm.

Hotel could do with a refresh. A number of distributor machines and downstairs toilet were not operating.

It's OK, short stays only.

The hotel location was perfect for my visit.

The rooms desperately need renovations and the bathrooms should be cleared of mold.

Clean, comfortable, very basic accomodation. Close to the roads and okay for an overnight stop. Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful.

I might stay here again, but it is very basic and might not be my 1st choice.

Convenient for a stay between cities

Very good Location for a one night stay in between cities. Our rooms were big enough, air conditioning was good and the staff very courteous and welcoming. Gave us good advice

Friendly gentleman who met us at checkin

We were stopping over for the night and the hotel fulfilled the temporary stay requirements.

It was too warm at check in and no ventilation was available

A great last minute overnight stay in just the right place and time in unexpected circumstances

All went well - we needed a place to stay during an unexpected snowstorm and were absolutely delighted to find this hotel in exactly the right location. We wanted to stay until midday which was perfect. Staff were very accommodating as we also arrived later than originally planned.

good stop over hotel

very convenient to motorways. supermarket, petrol and a choice of eating venues all very close by. staff friendly and professional. view on the private, secure car park is available from the front of the hotel if you ask for it.

at night the neighbouring supermarket employed a street sweeping machine to clean their car park and that kept us awake for a while, otherwise it was quiet.

Wifi was totally slow. Breakfast was limited to only a hand of things. There was no real buffet. The choice was between, two types of bread, butter, some sweet things (marmalade, chocolate) and joghurt. Juice was empty nearly every morning.

We will not be back until you sort out the drains problem!

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast good

There was an atrocious smell of drains in the bathroom, that pervaded the whole room. It spoilt the whole night experience.

OK, not upto the usual ibis standard that we have experienced

beds were comfortable, supermarket and mcdonalds right next door. Location was good for us

Hotel was quite tatty and seemed run down. The poor lady on reception seemed to be covering the reception and cleaning the rooms. The drinks machine was out of order
