Great location, not great for couple's

Location perfect

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The room was too little, and we didn't have space for the luggage. Didn't get the courtesy coffee.

Sevilla intensa

La ubicacion. Porque en un momento podías subir a descansar después de un tour y cambiarte de ropa que con la temperatura llegabas sudando. A la terraza del 3° también le dimos mucha utilidad. Ya que la habitación tenía balcón pero no te cogía casi un pie. El detalle del café con las tortas de D° Ines estuvo bien.

Habitación muy pequeña. Y eche en falta un par de vasos en la habitación. El ruido de los cascos de los caballos era constante

Not value good value for one's money

The location

The room is very noisy and the bed is everything but confortable. Especially when two people are sleeping in it. The least movement wakes up immediately the other. We had a night without any sleep due to the noise (2nd floor) and the horrible bed. Given the price it's total waste of money and vacations.

La ubicación excelente, a muy pocos metros De la Torre del León (entrada al Alcazar). La habitación en general esta muy bien, limpieza ok.

El baño podría ser un poco más grande, es casi imposible pasar a la ducha pero al menos estaba impecable de limpio.

Necesita mejorar sus servicios

Definitivamente la ubicación de Casa Catedral es excelente.

La habitación 102 tiene un aseo tan pequeño e incomodo que la desaconsejo a todo viajero. He visto otras habitaciones, ya que viajamos con una pareja de amigos, y sus aseos estaban mucho mejor. Faltaría una buena limpieza y arreglo de las esquinas que se están descascarando y decolorando. El anuncio en Booking dice: "Los clientes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad con fotografía y una tarjeta de crédito en el momento de hacer el check-in". Esto no es incorrecto dado que el check-in se hace con códigos de acceso al hotel y a la habitación. No especifican, hasta unos días antes de la llegada que no hay recepción continua, y que no pueden guardar el equipaje sino hasta las 2:00pm!!! El dia que marchamos (9:45am) estaba el lobby hecho un desastre con bolsas de ropa por todas partes y el cafe que ofrecen no estaba puesto. Podrían mejorar sustancialmente dada su ubicación y la bonita decoración, pero con la escasa calidad del servicio pierden todo lo bueno que tienen.

ottima posizione ma informazioni errate sul sito e camere troppo piccole

la posizione è molto buona, a lato dell'Alcazar, quindi in pieno centro. La nostra camera, una superior, era carina anche se molto piccola, ho dovuto spostare il tavolino per poter sdraiare in terra la valigia. La mia amica aveva una standard a lato ed era ancora più piccola della mia.....

ho prenotato un hotel 3 stelle e mi aspettavo che la reception fosse aperta ad orari normali (certamente non 24 ore). nelle informazioni c'era scritto che il check in sarebbe stato dalle 15 alle 24 e di avere a portata di mano carta di credito e passaporto, implicando che ci sarebbe stato un addetto a riceverci. Due giorni prima dell'arrivo mi è arrivata una mail che diceva che l'hotel aveva il self check in con codici di accesso e che la reception era aperta solo per qualche ora fino alle 14. Il mio volo partiva alle 2230 quindi avevamo bisogno di lasciare i bagagli fino alle 1930 ma questo non è stato possibile. Abbiamo chiamato un paio di volte nei giorni precedenti l'arrivo e sono stati sempre molto vaghi sull'orario di presenza in struttura di qualcuno (abbiamo poi scoperto che la reception è aperta qualche ora la mattina ma sempre fino alle 14, avrebbero potuto anche dircerlo.....) Ci hanno indicato un deposito a 10 min a piedi dall'hotel e abbiamo dovuto trascinarci la valigia fino a li e pagare 9 euro addizionali per lasciare il bagaglio fino alle 19,30. Se avessi saputo che non c'era reception non avrei prenotato questo hotel e questa modalità NON ERA INDICATA DA NESSUNA PARTE! anzi, specificando che il check in era dalle 15 alle 24 facevano erroneamente capire che ci sarebbe stato qualcuno, quindi se dovete lasciare le valige non è il posto per voi, prenotate altrove!

Quarto ótimo mas barulho excessivo

Quarto limpo e arrumado, dimensão QB para um casal. A localização é excelente, ao lado do alcazar e a 2 passos da catedral.

Pouca insonorização. Houve-se muito barulho da rua e dos corredores e quartos. Houve uma situação de confusão entre outros hóspedes as 3 da manhã que durou cerca de 1h de barulho e como não há recepção nem funcionarios presentes no edificio para acalmar a situação foi muito desagradável para todos os hóspedes.

Stylish and comfortable in the heart of Sevilla

Perfectly situated next to the Cathedral and Palace. Room was stylish and very comfortable. The reception staff member was very helpful and friendly. Decor in the foyer was beautiful and traditional. Lovely roof terrace with views.

Cute, comfortable and connected.

A great location next to the Alcazar and cathedral with places to eat close by. It is also to walk here from the bus stop using the service to and from the airport.

The pay off of being quite so central is the night time noise from road cleaners but it’s not that big an issue, wear ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. My shower overhead rose didn’t seem to work but the other shower head was fine.

The hotel location was the perfect. You can't get more central than this. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back and stay again.

great location, good room, few things to improve but overall good.

great location - a stones throw from the cathedral. it was clean and comfortable with a good balcony in the room.

annoyingly the shower in the room took a lot of perseverance to change settings. also within the shower, there was no showergel or shampoo. additionally there were no glasses or bottles to drink water out of in the room or hotel.

The location. That’s it.

1. No one is around to help you. 2. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR DAYS 3. No one fixed the hot water problem. !!! 4. Yes, this is unbelievable. It only came to their attention when I told them. 5. There is no furniture in the room. They advertise a courtyard and a balcony but there is neither. 6. You have to sit sideways on the toilet. There is no space! I would laugh but it was my money being wasted here. 7. They say there is a “courtyard.” There is no courtyard, just an echoing center of the building empty space. People were there at 5 am talking and it echoed throughout, so it woke me up. 8. Seems like someone just owns this from afar and hires someone. to clean it. No friendliness, just someone making money. 9. No windows!
