Gerne wieder

Gefallen hat mir, dass alles so war wie beschrieben.. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin per Mail und WhatsApp. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Grenze zur Schweiz. Direkt dahinter fährt die Straßenbahn nach Basel. Aber auch andere Ausflugsziele waren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi/Lidl sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Der Balkon ist überdacht und gemütlich darauf zu sitzen. Das Bad scheint neu zu sein und hat eine leicht begehbare Dusche. Und die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist sehr komfortabel. Von dort kann man direkt mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung hoch fahren. Was erst verwundert, die Wohnung ist im Untergeschoss 1. Aber da das Haus in Hanglage gebaut ist, ist man trotzdem in der gefühlten 2. Etage.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt versuchen diese Ferienwohnung zu mieten.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Ruhe und das unkomplizierte Ein + Auschecken. Weiterhin hat mir die Einrichtung sehr gefallen. Die detaillierte Erklärung, die es vorher per Email gab, war weiterhin ein Punkt, der mir enorm gefallen hat.

Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war etwas eng, aber sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

it was clean and big.

getting there was a bit complicated. the explication to get there was only from when you come with the car. the wifi code was not working. there was a typo. some items where not on sensible spot. the shower in bath is quite uncomfortable. the bed is a bit to soft

Lovely apartment next to Switzerland

The owner is really kind, she sent us specific indications and pictures to help us find the house. The appartment is very well furnished, It is a big room with everything you could need for a stay. There is a Kitchen with oven and a cooking top, two queen beds, a big sofa, an arm chair and the tv.

Putting the address on Google Maps brings you on the back of the house, to find the main entrance you have to go around It, turning right and then right again. It Is not the owner's fault, but Google Maps.

Pleasant and comfortable

The location was superb. The host was accomodating even though I checked in very late.

The request to leave cash upon check-out is unreasonable. I do not travel with cash for safety reasons. There should be a better way to collect the security deposit. In this day and age, if you trust people to leave cash then you can trust them to do a bank transfer; options are always great! Also, a security deposit is NOT a cleaning fee. However, the host indicated that I would be reimbursed the security deposit if the place is left tidy. I asked what were the expectations regarding leaving the place 'tidy' and I was ignored. As an Airbnb host, I value receiving precise information so that expectations are managed. It minimises issues after check-out. Also, please note that Google maps leads to you to the back of the building. It would be nice if the host can clarify that entry is to the front of the building (if visitors choose to use google maps to find the apartment). Pictures are very useful but additonal information can be included to address all eventualities.

The property was very clean and provides a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with all necessary amenities.

For me the matrix was a too soft but this is quite personal

Comfortable beds, apartment with everything you need. Great with parking garage in the house included. Quiet area right at the border between Germany and Switzerland.

The beds could be a bit more shielded from the rest of the room if for example the kids go to bed before the parents.
