Great location, easy short walk to the train station, very good host,

Very clean and comfortable, and we were very pleased to have some nice foodstuffs in the frig ( ham, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, milk, etc…) as well as fresh rolls and fresh fruit each morning !.

Only minor issue is that there is a bit of noise from people outside at night, but we just turned on some low music to make it easier to sleep well

The apartment is very nice, clean, large apartment with comfortable beds (2 twins together), small balcony, and stocked refrigerator. The WiFi works well. Very close to the train station. Kind gentleman greets you and shows you the amenities.

I asked about turning on the AC and was informed there’s only a fan. We arrived late in the evening and it was already cooling down; we were only here one night, so it was pleasant; however the temperature in the heat of the day might require an AC. Make sure you have an electric connection that will fit into a recessed outlet.

The location is next to the Brussels Midi station The room was clean The Host was very friendly and welcoming. The fridge was well stocked. He was even helpful with a travel charger and explained the Brussels tourist attractions.

Brussels stay with Arthur

Oh, whow, this place is amazing. Arthur met us when we arrived and showed us our room and how everything worked. (We didn't work out the coffee maker,) The fridge was stuffed with food, and we were able to make supper for ourselves as we were too tired to go out. Clean,modern, comfortable bed TV everything you could wish for. There was even an extra box of food left outside for breakfast! ( we didn't know it was there)! Thank you very much.

A nice stay close to train station and near the city centre

The apartment was quite big, clean and looked good, everything we needed was there. The stairwell was also polite and pleasant, the previous comments about the narrow stairs and no elevator are true and you have to walk several floors to get to the apartment, but we were only with backpacks and it was not a problem. Check-in went quickly, we were even able to do it a little earlier than it is provided in their terms, the owner was already waiting for us, explained everything and left - fast, comfortable and easy. For breakfast, there is everything you need in the fridge, such as cheese, ham, butter, water, milk, eggs. Bread and, of course, Belgian waffles and fruits are brought to the door at 7 in the morning in a box, there is a capsule coffee machine in the apartment, so it is self-service breakfast but it is very convenient. The accommodation is very close to the train station, as well as just a short walk from the city centre. We highly recommend.

Great location for the station on a 1 night stop over. trade off is you are 20 mins from the centre. Great breakfast provided. really spacious. easy check in

Amazing appartment for your stay in Brussels, everything perfect!

The room was perfect for our stay and Arthur was very helpful with everything and explained things very well. It was a very spacious room which was very clean and was very well prepared before hand. It was kept clean every day as we would have a maid come whilst we were out. Food was left outside our room every morning and had plenty of food for breakfast and to eat during the day if we were back at the room. The fridge was also restocked if we had anything out of there also! It was also perfect for us as we were very close to the train station so we could move around the city very easily! Overall it exceeded our expectations and we would recomment to anyone to stay here! Thank you very much. Jack

Simply amazing!

Arthur, the host, is an amazing and very nice person. Since we arrived, he has always been kind and helpful. Even though we told him not to worry, he brought us breakfast early in the morning before our departure. The apartment was perfect, very big and comfortable for a couple. The fridge was full of good food for breakfast and Arthur delivered fresh bread and fruit every morning. It was an amazing stay, we would definitely come back!!

Extremely convenient and friendly

Friendly, flexible, and very obliging owner who stayed up late when my train was delayed to let me in and show me where everything was. Comfortable bed and nice spacious room, with almost everything you need, even for a longer stay.

The stairs are very narrow, and though this didn't bother me at all, I can imagine it might cause problems for some. I'd have liked a toaster for the delicious breakfast left in the apartment.

Lovely welcome from Artur, spotlessly clean, roomy apartment with very comfortable bed. Excellent location only 3 minutes walk from Midi station. We will definitely stay again.

A great place close to the station for a transit stay.

It was a short stay but the service was great. Management greeted me and assisted to get my luggage up the stairs. All the personnel were very friendly even though I arrived a little early. I was given advice on where to visit and the best routes to walk. The breakfast in the room was great with warm rolls delivered in the morning. All in all a good place to stay if you are there for a short stay as it is very close to the station. Location may not be ideal for longer stays?

Perfect

it’s not often I get to give a perfect review of a place but this time I will. It was good value for money, it was a great location, it was excellent breakfast and it was clean and very fresh - over all it was at top of what you can expect from a B&B at this level. so in more detail. This place is located no 5 minutes walk from Grand central Midi, so if you like I are out on a journey to discover Europe or travel with Bruxelles as a pit stop this is a great location. I can see that even for exploring Bruxelles the location is good and less then 10 minutes away are the hustle of city life. Great room, with a kitchen a nice comfy bed, a good bathroom with shower, a tv and a place to eat. all in very good standard. breakfast is served on your room and in the fridge is some supplies for that and in the morning you will find fresh bread outside the door of your room. I can’t think of one thing that could have been better.

Spacious B&B with self-service breakfast in strategic location

Nice B&B near the Gare du Midi railway station. We were satisfied of the extra large and very clean room and the kitchen with self-service breakfast. Comfortable bed and small but full equipped bath Artur provided us fresh bread and waffles outside the door at the morning leaving a vast variety of food in the fridge. We recommend this B&B to anyone wants a place not far from the center and with a good quality/price balance

Superb value aparthotel moments from Midi station

We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities on offer at Aparthotel Midi Residence, which included a strong enough internet network to check in on work and all the necessary kitchen equipment and fresh ingredients to cook up a nice evening meal. The room was very large but the clever thermostat kept the temperature pleasant and the bed made for a comfortable night's sleep. Everything in the room, including the kitchen was very clean and tidy. The location is literally across the road from the train station, which is fantastic for Eurostar travellers and Belgian train travellers alike who have at most a five minute walk to their platform. We also appreciated that our host took the time to show us how to use the facilities in the room and the kitchen, and wanted to ensure that we could receive some bread for breakfast even though we had an early train. We really appreciated this kindness.

Nothing to do with the aparthotel but given that it is close to the train station we found that there were a lot of people loitering in the area and gathering socially, which was a little uncomfortable especially in times of pandemic. However, this discomfort was outweighed by the fact that we were moments away from our transport!

Our host Arthur was so kind and helpful we had a perfect accommodation. He even provides fresh morning breads and a great breakfast selection. Close to all trains and car rental. Very clean and updated with nice space. Lovely!

This was a great place to choose for our stay in Brussel. Appartment was super clean (both me and my mum are allergic so we can tell), there was enough space, kitchen equipped with lots of things, fully stocked fridge for breakfast, plus you can make tea, or coffee anytime you want. What I also liked was the late check out (11,30 am). I think this was really great value for our money.

For most appartments you need to climb the stairs, so people who do not manage it, should ask for the lowest appartment which is on the ground floor. This is the only thing that came up to my mind. Otherwise perfect!
