Un'esperienza indimenticabile al Star Hotel: il miglior soggiorno di sempre!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile al Star Hotel in Albania, e vogliamo esprimere tutta la nostra gratitudine al proprietario Oreste, a sua moglie e a tutto lo staff. Queste persone non sono solo professionali, ma incarnano l'essenza dell'ospitalità. Oreste e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con un calore e una gentilezza che raramente si incontrano, facendoci sentire immediatamente come parte della loro famiglia. Non si sono risparmiati nel rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto, anticipando ogni nostra esigenza e offrendoci consigli preziosi su come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza.Il loro sorriso sincero e la loro disponibilità sono stati il filo conduttore di tutta la nostra esperienza. Ogni richiesta è stata accolta con un entusiasmo contagioso, e ci siamo sentiti coccolati in ogni momento. Lo staff, riflesso della dedizione dei proprietari, è stato eccezionale: sempre attento, cordiale e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi situazione. Non esagero quando dico che Oreste, sua moglie e il loro team sono le persone più gentili e accoglienti che si possano incontrare. Le camere del Star Hotel sono un altro punto di forza. Ogni giorno venivano rifatte con estrema cura, garantendo un livello di pulizia impeccabile. Gli ambienti sono belli e confortevoli, dotati di tutti i comfort moderni che rendono il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, ma con quel tocco di lusso che rende una vacanza davvero speciale. La colazione è un'esperienza a sé stante: abbondante, di altissima qualità e con una varietà di scelta che soddisfa ogni palato. Dal dolce al salato, ogni giorno ci aspettavano piatti deliziosi e freschi, preparati con amore. La posizione dell'hotel è semplicemente perfetta. In soli 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il cuore pulsante del lungomare, con i suoi ristoranti, caffè e negozi. È il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare la zona e vivere appieno l'atmosfera vibrante della città.

Ottimo e consigliatissimo per Saranda

La struttura è nuova e pulitissima. Il signor Oreste e sua moglie sono fantastici, sempre disponibilissimi e pieni di consigli per la vacanza. La struttura si trova fortunatamente non a ridosso del lungomare e quindi silenzioso. La colazione è buonissima e ricchissima.

Nulla, forse manca un mobiletto in bagno per appoggiare le cose, ma veramente un piccolo dettaglio

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement parfait ! Le couple à la réception était d'une gentillesse et d'une hospitalité remarquables, ce qui a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à mon expérience. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était tout simplement idéal, offrant une vue magnifique et une accessibilité parfaite aux attractions locales. La propreté impeccable des lieux a également contribué à rendre mon séjour des plus agréables. Un séjour inoubliable où tout était réuni pour un moment de détente et de plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour une escapade réussie !

Penso che sia una delle migliori strutture di Saranda! Ottimo gestore

Camera pulita, gestore simpatico e sempre pronto a fornire aiuto sul soggiorno e a dare consigli sui posti da visitare e posti per mangiare. La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti si raggiunge il lungomare. Disponibile parcheggio auto della struttura.

La colazione può essere migliorata, ma per gli standard albanesi è molto buona.

A M A Z I N G H O L Y D A Y

Lovely hotel, 100% comfy, location amazing just 3min walking from the main high street, beach and all restaurant and shop. 10min walk from the ferry port to the hotel. Clean and modern room, big amd variety breakfast and the staff was A M A Z I N G. My boyfriend and I spend a full week there and for sure we ll back next summer. Everything was PERFECT😊

Location, close to the beach Staff was very friendly and helpful Price

Room was not clean when we came in, flip flops from former guest were still in the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable. When using the shower, the whole bathroom gets wet because the lack of a door or shower curtain. Also, toilet seat doesn’t fit, so prepare to slide of the seat.

Nice spot and friendly hosts

Perfect location just a few streets back off the main strip, staff were really friendly, room was clean and comfortable completed with yummy cooked breakfast options as well as continental choices what more do you need.

Excellent location, breakfast and lovely host Aldo with his friendly informations about excursions and best beaches around Saranda. Rooms are nice, simple and clean and enough big with balcony.

Perfect!

Good location. Very clean and shiny room. Beds are comfortable. The room is spacious and was cleaning everyday. Balcony is big enough and has a good view of city. Breakfast is good. And the staff is perfect. They all are friendly, helpful and cordial. You feel like home.

The parking is in front of the hotel and they will make room for your car if needed, our room was upgraded and had sea view, was very spacious and the bathroom was really good. Breakfast is varied and the staff is sympathetic.

The towels could have more softener and the receptionists are not always there. On our second night there we ran out of hot water during the shower.

Really nice hotel with over the top receptionists

the hotel was really arrangeant as we booked at 11pm to arrive at 3am the next morning. It allowed us to not sleep in the streets as our plans were changed. The rooms were really nice, we should have booked our entire stay in this hotel !

I do recommend this hotel and stay

Good location and very helpful staff. They provided parking for us, Great potential to stay and comfort,

more sheets are needed and perhaps towels. The staff should be careful to check the room after they make it ready so they will not miss details.

Very clean, large rooms with a wonderful location in Sarande. Wonderful breakfast.

The hotel offers free parking right in front of the building. The location is great within Sarande as it is just a few streets above the sea. You can easily walk down to the main pedestrian area of Sarande by taking the stairs located right by the hotel. The rooms were large and had been recently remodeled and were very clean! They also offer a homemade breakfast downstairs in the morning. All of the staff was very friendly. They do ask to be paid in cash though, so just be prepared for to do so.

The location and cleanliness.

It was low season, so apart from one girl who checked us in, cleaned our room and cooked our breakfast we saw very few people.She was lovely. The person who booked our taxi to the port ask his friend to take us to the port.He tried to charge us 1000lek for a 300 lek trip. The hot water was unreliable.

Sarande is what you hope your Riviera vacation will be

Sarande is a small, seaside town wrapped around its harbor on the Ionian Sea. It is delightful in late September-early October. Heat is reduced and crowds have gone home to wherever. The Star Hotel is perfect location near the main downtown streets, near the bus terminal (maybe 200 meters from the exit), down a few flights of steps to the waterfront. Aldo, the owner, and his cousin, who runs the kitchen and dining room, are lovely and happy. He is great talker in English and probably other languages. She is lovely and will rope in some English speaker to help you get an answer to whatever you were asking (e.g. I asked how she made the delicious puff pastries at breakfast. She grabbed a guy and he said something about the process and then said if I really wanted to find out go help them in the morning.) I had a balcony which was great for sitting and slugging down a half liter Korca beer and drying clothes on a line. More on the bus. If you want to visit Butrint, a UNESCO World History site, or Ksamil beach which is where many tanned, young folks spend time, you find the bus at the "terminal" which is the area where all the busses congregate. There's no terminal building as such.

There was a lot of confusion with the bathroom towels, sometimes we had 4 towels (2 big and 2 small), other days we had 3 big towels.

wonderful, memorable, Amazing

the customer service is a top notch. Aldo the manager is the best I had met so far. He is very professional and willing to help in any ways. He also offered to pick us up from the port and gave us a ride to the port. He is very kind and resourceful, you need any information go to Aldo. the room is bright and spotless, attention to detail in every corner. The view from my room is amazing, we can see the sea from the balcony. Definitely book the room with sea view, it is the best. it’s in the city center yet really quite at night. it is close to everything. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the transportation hub. good amount of breakfast selections. and it taste great! we enjoyed our breakfast. definitely will come back and highly recommended Star hotel Saranda! thank you Aldo for making the hotel feel like a sweet home away from home.
