Location is perfect, wouldn’t give it a 5 star maximum a 4

The hotel itself was lovely big and spacious, great location with plenty about to do, right on the beach front.

Not much range of food options very limited for a very big hotel its size, rooms weren’t being cleaned daily or clean bed sheets, stains left on surfaces for days without being cleaned. Eat out most nights as the very limited food options when serving up was stone cold. Hotel in certain areas are a little bit outdated

All good very welcome to see you and service was good plenty of space around pool beach location is the best in fig tree bay by far very clean

Wasn't told you had to opt for premium all inclusive to use alcart restaurant s but food was good lots af meats carvery meat every evening but not much veg to go with got alittle boring after first week but very good restaurant out and about would recommend red Indian steak house 5 star

Location was great and nice pool

Not quite a 5 star hotel.If this was in Australia this would a a 3 star.Everything is run down and they’ve got all the hallways carpeted which is so dated and everyone walks with no shoes which wets the carpet leaving a bad smell.Rooms also smell like sewerage which made it hard to sleep

Η τοποθεσια και η παραλια.

Δεν μας καθαριζαν τα δωματια. Πολυ κακη εξυπηρετηση προσωπικου. Ανεπαρκης πετσετες παραλιας και αναλωσιμα μπανιου. Ασχημο φαγητο. Στο πρωινο εγινε μεγαλο θεμα με χαλασμενα αυγα. Γενικα ηταν μια πολυ κακη εμπειρια. Το χειροτερο ξενοδοχειο που εχω επισκεφτει!

Disappointed

Hotel looked nice from outside. Right on the beach. Pool area was nice but sunlounger mattresses left outside ND dirty and mouldy. 1 nice Indian man in reception. Couldn't do enough for u. Adele the receptionist at the spa was very friendly ND helpful. Room was a good size. Shower powerful

Hotel is needing revamped. Our room was good size. Sheets grey and worn. Holes in pillowcases and sheets. Pillows smelled of sweat. We asked to have them replaced. We slept on top of bed under our towels. Bed bases all dirty and worn. Room furniture damaged and worn. Black hair all over floor constantly ND neither myself or husband have black hair. Bathroom was ok. Shower screen was all mouldy ND needed replaced. Towels grey not white and worn. Had to ask constantly to have towels in room and shower gel ND shampoo replaced. Cups and glasses in room dirty on arrival ND lipstick on them. Again had to ask for coffee milk ND clean cups ND glasses. Carpets in communal areas dirty with wine stains ND even muddy footprints on it. We ate in restaurant for dinner once. Not great. Wine and beer selection non existent. For a 5 star hotel was very disappointed and no way is this 5 star. More 3 star service or less. My husband ND myself both booked into spa twice. 1st time therapist brilliant. 2 ND time poor. Therapists hands were frozen. Room cold. The noise in corridor during the treatment was horrendous. Someone actually walked into room as I was laying naked even though there was a sign on door saying do not disturb massage in progress. Apparently a local school visit. I was offered another massage next day but was going home. I have stayed in 2 other 5 star hotels in protaras which are both of exceptional service ND far superior. This hotel is most definitely not. Never again would we stay at this hotel. We had shoes taken from outside our room which we left as were wet ND dirty after torrential rainstorms plus door signs. Kids running around corridors at night. Not great..

Breakfast ok

The outside toilets near outside shower was not cleaned very often . We told staff several times about this. Bedroom bedding was stained the top cover so should have been seen , bathroom very tired & old . Pool was lovely but there was no one cleaning around sun beds all the time we was there , needed a good clean It was like they were short of staff ,

property tired and needs updating. curtains in room did not fit and had holes in them. bathroom towels not always replaced and could be a better standard. as do pillows in bed. breakfast room needs updating - in particular windows needed cleaning etc.

Sunrise Beach promenade with wooden decking is great for walking

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to all amenities, and the beach is one of the best on the island. Very clean and excellent service in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast buffet and dinner were also quality fresh and in great variety. Highly recommended for relaxing!

I would never never stay again

Breakfast was a buffet, and was, as buffets are, okay. Plenty of choice, but some of the food had been there a while. The staff were not that friendly or bothered.

A friendly team in the dining room would be nice, as we were on holiday. They never looked at you or smiled. They messed around pushing each other and doing arm wrestling, totally unacceptable. You can dine until 9pm, which means if you arrive at 9pm, they are clearing all the food away, making a terrific noise. They should advise to arrive at 8.30pm to have dinner in comfort. We complained to the front desk after complaining to the restaurant manager asking the hotel manager to contact us the next day. This did not happen. A large bed had bed linen that was too small for the bed, an just didn’t fit. The lighting in the room was either all on, or all off, no low lighting ambiance. Bathroom needed a good deep clean around all the edges. Hotel decorations were poor and unfinished. There are only two small lifts for this large hotel, which always means a wait. The bathroom facilities in the pool area were disgusting, and obviously not checked and cleaned or repaired.

Nice week in Cyprus even in February !

Over expectations. I don't understand why it has a score of 7. I was skeptical, I'm quite picky.. But the hotel is excellently located, on the sandy beach and in the middle of the resort, it is modern, with elegant spaces, restaurants, bars, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and a free gym, very diverse and very good food at breakfast/lunch/dinner (all-inclusive also allows beer/white/red wine, various cocktails) The staff is always attentive, even friendly (like Mr. Elias, Andreas or little Nepalese Arpi), the owner (Mr. Tsokkos) is present every day in the hotel (I seen him eating in the hall like any customer..) and that feels positive.. Congratulations!

Some bedsheets look to be too used and on the corridors the carpeted is difficult to be cleaned.. but also the clients could may be more carefully..(sorry..)

The room wasn't the cleanest for a 5 star hotel but not very dirty either. Maybe that was because it is extra season now. Overall, it was a good experience

Exceptional

Right on the beach. Amazing breakfast, spacious, comfortable room with a breathtaking sea view, and lovely experience in the spa. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit!

Hallways outside rooms could use a good clean or new carpet. A couple more vegetarian options at the evening buffet would be appreciated.
