Eravamo già stati al Residence, si conferma un buon posto per la comodità ai servizi e alla vicinanza con negozi e tram
Purtroppo la posizione su una strada molto trafficata non è l'ideale con le finestre aperte

The location was very good with a bus route outside the door. Martina, Silvia and Diego were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
We have nothing we didn't like.

This accommodation isn´t hotel, but it´s quite a really huge flat with finelly accomodated kitchen (stove, fridge and freezer, some basic cookware and tableware, bialetti moka and capsule coffee maker) and huge bathroom. There is A/C in the 2 rooms. Payed parking is under the building, which is fine, because car is safely parked and cold. Beds were comfortable, internet connection was stable. It´s in walking distance from the Monza circuit. I think it´s great take for the asked money, especially if you want privacy.
Garage has some really narrow parking places and getting out is a bit tricky. If you´re not too good in parking it might be challenge for you. Our room didn´t have kettle.

The appartment is nice and clean, with 2 balconies, with a parking in the basement. We had a problem with the arrival time, which was till 18:00, but we got there later, almost at 18:30. When we called we were told that they are closed as we are late! After a small debate the receptionist agreed and came back to open in a few minutes. Also you have to take out your garbage from the room by yourself, which I found a l little bit odd. Except from the frustration with the arrival the rest was nice.
There should be a clear warning that there is no peception after 6.

The facility was very clean and conducive .
The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Sylvia.
The property security access control which gives additional comfort.
It is highly recommended for family vacation
There should be information on trian and bus directions to the location of the property from Milano centrale.
There should temporary provision for universal phone charger for visitors for the UK 🇬🇧 and Nigeria 🇳🇬 etc.
There should tourist information on places to visit and the estimated cost.

nice little apartment, a bit outside the center but good location considering it and the autodrome.

Great location, comfortable 15 minutes of walk to the race track. The apartment was silent, spacious, the fridge and the freezer were spot on, cooled water so quickly which was very much needed in the extreme heat during our travel. Appreciated the private garage as well.
Spacious room, effective air-conditioning.
The toilet was a bit strange for us. Maybe it is a general Italian setup, but it was placed so high that it was really uncomfortable to sit on, my feet barely touched the ground and I am 1.65m. Also, missed the water saving option from the flushing. It is nice that we pay attention to the environment but releasing 10+liters of water without any control after each usage is a bit exagerated for me.
Also the distribution of power outlets were not ideal either. We had 2 non-grounded outlets above the bed but the socket was only compatible with phone chargers, and we were not able to charge our laptops which have a different type of EU plug that requires a grounded outlet. The only grounded outlet was available in the bathroom so it was not possible to use the laptop from the room.

I chose to stay in Monza, because I wanted to explore this beautiful suburb of Milano, and it was time to, for once, stay somewhere else than Milano. One more reason was the residence's excellent proximity to the city's exits, since I had plans to visit other cities too, and it was a requirement which the residence fulfilled 100%. Now as for the residence. Things are simple here. They offer you an apartment (I was given the apartment no.2 on the ground floor), with all the amenities that you and I have in our regular homes. And a parking space for your car (which is not common for everyone). You have everything you need to continue your way of life as if you are at your own home. Even a washing machine for your laundry (in the basement), an iron along with an ironing board and a stretcher for your clothes to dry. A complete kitchen (even with a microwave oven available), if you wish to make your own meals, dishes, pots, cutlery, a big refrigerator, a big bathroom, air-conditioning, recycling bins (in the apartment and at the basement), literally everything that will make you feel comfortable and like your home. Of course there are some basic rules to follow, printed and glued everywhere and it makes sense, it's a hotel after all. The residence is very close to the hospital of San Gerardo, and by close, I mean CLOSE, not more than 300 meters. There is a supermarket (Carrefour) just 5 minutes away by car (big parking lot), which is open 24/7 and offers everything you need, reasonably priced for you to buy. Restaurants, cafeterias, McDonalds (no KFC), parks (the big one, the Parco di Monza that includes the Monza racetrack what a place to walk, exercise and relax) you name it! As for the quietness, well I am from Athens, which is the capital of noise and low quality of life, so everywhere else I go it's quiet and I wasn't bothered a bit. Ambulances pass once in a while, but it makes sense, the hospital is near, no big deal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I failed to notice anything negative. If I had to say something, that would be just a proposal to convert the ground floor (spacious) apartments in a way that they could accommodate people with special needs, focusing mainly on the bathrooms. Also, since I had a car, I made no use of public transport, but I assure you there is a bus stop exactly opposite the residence, but I apologize, didn't check on the routes and the frequencies. Keep in mind that it takes approx. 40 minutes tops to get to Milan's city center.
