L-shaped sofa for chilling with your fellow guests and lazy lounging with a view

The villa was above our expectation. It was spacious and comfortable. The location was only a 4 minute walk from the San Giggio station (1 line) and about a 7 minutes walk from the Accademia station (several lines). We enjoyed the shops and neighborhood right around the villa and loved how easily we could access San Marco Square and the Water Bus stations to access anywhere in Venice.
The communication from the staff was exceptional. We messaged throughout the process, working on water taxi logistics and check in logistics. Caterina and Luca were especially helpful in coordinating our transfer from Troncetto to the villa. Communication was always prompt and clear.

I stayed he with my 3 adult children. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is a bathroom for each bedroom and a half bath near the living room. It is run by Views in Venice. They were extremely attentive, arranging taxi transport, meeting us at the dock, giving us tips and recommendations. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Venice at this VRBO. The place was large enough for our needs and everyone had their own space. The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Communication with the host was a breeze and they took care of all of our needs during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property, especially for a large group.

This is the most outstanding property I have ever rented. The location is great and the management company was top notch. Fantastic communication from Annalisa. She even arranged water taxi reservations which was a big help. Thanks for making our visit so memorable.

Do not stay anywhere else.!
The accommodations were perfect for our two families. The communication was above and beyond. We communicated for months prior to our arrival. No question was ignored.
They arranged water taxis upon arrival from both the train station and airport. We were greeted upon arrival.
They went out of their way to ensure our entry was flawless. We will stay nowhere else in Venice.

The photos are truly what this apartment looks like! It’s impeccable and beautifully decorated. We had 4 bedrooms: 3 of which had insuite bathrooms while the 4th room had the bathroom right across the hallway. Each room had a separate AC unit which was nice and plenty of space for our family of 8. The building has an elevator so that was a plus with all our luggages. The only issue I ran into was the water pressure in my bathroom but this is typical in older buildings in Europe. The apartment is about a 20min walk to Piazza San Marco so it was nice and quite in the evenings. The management team was wonderful. They checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They even texted late at night to make sure we had our water taxi reservation for our checkout. I would definitely stay here again!

The location, level of customer service, space available in the apartment, washing machines and dryers on the ground floor and the level of finish of the apartment in general.
A couple of the showers took a long time to warm up which was a waste of water. The same showers weren't very strong.

The apartment is wonderful and spacious, accommodating our entire family. Centrally located but we much appreciated being in walking distance to so many sights and yet comfortably away from too many people. We utilized the concierge services which were great - food delivered before our arrival, a private chef's dinner on our last night - which turned out to be everyone's favorite meal of our stay. The team is friendly and responsive, and a great help overall. We loved it here.

Our group of six was extremely pleased with the property. It was in immaculate condition, beautifully maintained and well-managed. Great location, convenient to St. Marks and restaurants in the neighborhood. Couldn't have been better!

I simply can’t say enough about this amazing property! We have traveled to Italy many times and this was the best VRBO we have booked.
We arrived by water taxi to a dock very close to the apartment- very nice!
Enrique was kind enough to meet us there and walk us to the apartment herself; this was appreciated, as we were exhausted and unfamiliar. She suggested a lunch place about 5 minutes away that was delicious and a great way to start our vacation.
The apartment is located in a quiet square, but convenient and walkable to every sight in Venice. 10 minutes to San Marco and 15 to the Rialto Bridge. We loved being close to Dorsoduro. Just a 15 minute walk to it’s amazing restaurants and views, that are quite different from other areas.
The apartment itself was FABULOUS! The decor is beautiful, but more importantly, this place functions beautifully. We were traveling with family; each had our own bathroom and lots of privacy. This would also be perfect for four couples. There was a lot of storage here, which is rare. The closets are large, so we were never tripping over luggage.
Bedding , mattress and pillows were of very high quality . Bathrooms were stunning and SPACIOUS ( also rare). There were laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped.
A lot of love went into the design of this home. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a property with this much attention to detail and concern for its guests.

Absolutely Fabulous!
Let me start by telling you that I am the person that rarely accepts the first hotel room I'm given. Yes, my standards are pretty high and I want the full experience. This apartment knocked my socks off. The location is fabulous and our property manager arranged for a water taxi from the train station directly to the closest dock to the apartment. The building itself is discrete and don't show the beauty of the property. Once you are inside, you can either take 2 flights of stairs or an elevator directly up to the unit (it opens into the apartment). The front door and elevator both have secure keypads with specific codes to you so we never had to worry about brining keys.
The apartment itself is perfect. And let me be clear, it takes a lot for me to give something this rating. The floors, walls, decour, trim work, furniture, bathrooms, etc. rival what you would expect to see at a Four Seasons, St. Regis, or Ritz. No IKEA junk. Stunning. The linens on the bed were perfect and honestly my only complaints were the firmness of the beds (most people would be ok, but I like a more plush/pillow top) and the lack of paper towels/kitchen towels. Everything else was amazing.
This unit has 4 suites. 3 of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bath and one has a hall bath. Ironically, we put our kids in the two back ensuite bedrooms, and my in-laws in the suite off the kitchen (separated from the other 3 bedrooms). We took the room with the hall bath, which was fine since there was also a powder room.
The location was a short 5 minute walk to Chanel, YSL, Gucci, etc. - high end shops and also 10 min walk to St. Mark's Square. In the piazza you have a restaurant, 2 gelato stands, wine shop, & pizza carry out. In the next square over are many more restaurants, ATMs, cafes, etc. You can literally get around so easily but also feel tucked away and less touristy. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Venice.

IMPECCABLE
If you can afford it don’t miss it.
4 Dorms with 4 bathrooms , 3 of them in suit the fourth just across the corridor . Plus a toilet for guests. What more can you ask. . Newly decorated . First class cutlery and crockery (Villeroy ) good sheets and towels. Excellent location , Piazza S Marcos 8 minute away, . 200 yards from vaporreto stop . Water taxi will leave you about 100 yards away and there are no steps to deal with (for the luggage) . IMPECCABLE.
I will definitely stay there next time I visit Venice

Great Apartment - I would highly recommend!!
Our stay in Venice at La Dimora di San Maurizio 2 was great. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The location is great. Marta from Views on Venice arranged our transportation from the train station to the apartment and even meet us at the dock upon our arrival. She was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. We were considering many high-end hotels for our stay and decided rather to stay in this apartment and it was the best decision we made. We look forward to staying again.

Very comfortable
Every room had good storage space and was equally comfortable and it was nice to have a bathroom for every room
The pillows were very hard so some softer ones would have made the stay perfect!

Absolutely Gorgeous Apartments on Campo di San Maurizio
Our stay in apartments 2 and 4 were absolutely incredible. When we first arrived we were greeted by Marta, who was very helpful and took her time explaining everything and answering all our questions.
When you first enter the building with a door code, you enter into a private hallway with a small separate sitting room off to the side and then walk a few more steps just past the large spiraling staircase to the elevator. Once you get on the elevator and type in another code, the elevator ascends and opens directly into your apartment. Get ready, because when you see these apartments, you will be SO pleasantly surprised. They are gorgeous, and are both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The kitchen is very well stocked and has many good quality wine, champagne and water glasses, as well as a nespresso machine complete with pods, an electric tea kettle, plates, bowls, platters and more. The living room is comfortable and high end and looks out on the Campo SM (as does the built-in dining room) through shuttered windows that you can swing wide open. Walk next through the clean wood floored hallways to all of the beautiful bedrooms. Each has its own remodeled/high end bathroom and an extremely comfortable king size bed with excellent pillows and linens. There is also separately controlled a/c and heat in each room, as well as throughout the entire house.
We have stayed in many beautiful apartments over the years, but these ones in San Maurizio were off the charts!
Nothing to improve upon. VOV has got it down and has thought of everything!

Amazing Amazing Amazing!
We were thrilled with the Views on Venice apartment. It’s gorgeous and clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed and more. And we can’t say enough about the gracious hospitality. From arranging a water taxi to Red Cross Covid tests, the service was the best ever. Marta met us at the taxi, led us to the apartment and gave us a quick rundown on how things worked and where to find all we might want or need. We were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail. There were 8 of us, and plenty of room in the kitchen and living spaces and each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Such cozy beds. And we loved the location. Very quiet, and a short walk to the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. Perfect!

Perfection in Venice
It would be hard to say enough about our stay in Venice at the La Dimora San Mauricio property. The location was an absolute gem, the description on the VRBO site was spot on, the access to the location from the water taxi could not have been easier or more convenient. We were in the middle of the action in only a short walk, but far enough away from the same to have a quiet retreat any time of the day. We walked to nearly anywhere, but had complete access to the water taxi, vaporetto, gondolas, etc. We had a wonderful view of the adjacent piazza San Mauricio and the associated tower in the piazza was our beacon home when we got turned around on the endless maze of streets and alleys in Venice. We loved the chic and modern amenities of the apartment after having come from a farmhouse in Tuscany. We had full access to full laundry facilites in our building (a real plus for us all). We fit four couples in the apartment with each having their own suite and en suite bathroom and the place had a wonderful family room for gathering and a comfortable kitchen for charcuterie and wine to be staged. The entire place felt brand new and I would recommend the place to anyone at all looking for a spectacular stay in Venice. I only wish we had more time there to enjoy the place and Venice in general. We will be back. P.S. We even serenaded the people in the piazza from our 2nd story windows one evening. They loved the show and we had an Italian impromptu karaoke experience. We loved it all.

A super experience in Venice!!
Everything was superb! From the moment you open the private elevator door and enter this luxurious apartment, you feel at home. A pleasant fully equipped kitchen and an impressive sitting room to stretch your legs after visiting Venice. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own Italian style decoration. Comfortable bathrooms, created with the finest materials. Bedrooms may be turned into private suites with their own bathroom, providing privacy when traveling with a group. The location is perfect as well: a typical Italian plaza at close distance of all the highlights of Venice. As the cream on the cake: a great host who welcomed us personally and arranged for all the necessary reservations, from the private water taxi to the glass factory at Murano. Worth every penny and we will definitely go back.
Absolutely nothing (and please know we would mention any issue if we would have encountered it).

Beautiful apartment
Beautifully styled, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. Felt like a boutique hotel turned apartment. Location was great, a water taxi dock just a few minutes away made getting in and out a breeze. The overall concierge experience was outstanding. Marta helped us with everything from restaurant reservations, Venice tips, transfers for all our guests and everything else in between. Way better quality than any Airbnb. This is my second time renting from views on Venice and would only use them moving forward.

Perfection
