Finde en Cáceres

Ubicación en pleno centro de Cáceres, en la plaza principal. Cafetería y bares justo al lado. Parking cerca y a buen precio. Apartamentos con diseño agradable y luminoso, con cama cómoda.

Al ser un edificio antiguo rehabilitado, no disponen de ascensor. Además, la insonorización con respecto a las otras habitaciones no es la mejor, se escucha prácticamente todo de los vecinos colindantes.

Apartamento precioso, cómodo y muy bien situado

La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. También la decoración y la belleza del edificio.

Solamente que tiene una escalera y no hay ascensor. Pero no es problemático. Y un ruido que se oye a veces, lejano, como de tuberías. El resto está estupendo. El anfitrión es muy amable y profesional. Nos encantó el apartamento.

Todo perfecto!

Ubicación perfecta, con vistas a la plaza mayor. Buena climatización, cama muy cómoda, ducha bastante amplia y sin cortes de agua caliente (cosa que es de valorar jajaja). David un anfitrión de 10, muy buena comunicación durante nuestra estancia. Repetiremos seguro!

It was a wonderful apartment in a great location, convenient to lots of places to walk, visit, etc.

The property was accessed through an outer door that had a keypad. The owners met us at the door and showed us to our apartment that had another keycode. The apartment was clean, modern, and very spacious It had a great entry area where we could store our shoes, hang clothes and store other stuff. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, glasses, appliances, pots, pans, and cleaning supplies. Breakfast wasn't included in the price so we provided our own food. There was a convenient Carrefour Express a couple of blocks away with all the essentials. The Carrefour staff was friendly and attentive. The location, although not accessible directly by car, was excellent and we had a window overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Parking for our car, recommended by our host, was available a short distance away and was easy to get in/out for day trips around Extremadura. Oh, and there was a laundry area where we could wash our clothes! Yea! Easy to use and very convenient: two washers and one clothes dryer and places to hang clothes.

The only issue was there was a music concert one night: big crowds, lots of chatter, and loud music that lasted well into the night, but it wasn't the fault of the apartment owner. The windows blocked a lot of the sound, fortunately. We're also not used to the late nights that Spaniards keep but that's okay.

The best place to stay in Cáseres

This apartment was the complete package — totally brilliant in every way. The best we have ever stayed in! Uli, our host was marvellous — she made sure our brief stay was memorable. We had a super king bed — it was too comfortable — we didn’t want to get up in the morning!!

We enjoyed our stay in Cáceres and would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect. We were just outside the old town and had a lovely view from our window. The accommodation was modern and comfortable. We were able to walk to everything. Parking was a short distance away in a parking garage.

Strong recommendations

Excellent location if you are aware that hotel is not sccessible by car, parking 200m appart but still ok to use. Access convinient event outside reception hours. Room was really stylish, fresh, clean and well equiped.

Incredible Apartments in a beautiful town!

Everything was perfect. 10+ The host was incredible. Totally went out of his way to help us, especially with my husband who has Parkinson's. Helped with our bags from the parking (which is really not that far from the apartment but would have been a problem for my husband) and drove him to the apartment while the rest of us walked. We had 2 rooms (Terrace and the suite) both were immaculate, had everything you could think of needing. Suite 103 looked over the plaza, had a nice living/kitchen room area, separate bedroom and bathroom. Terrace room is actually an interior room, had a large open access shower, cozy sofa. Both rooms had TVs with regular channels and a lot of movie channels (Netflix, etc.). Using a key code to get into the main door we went up 1 flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The stairway had a great accessible chair lift for my husband (but not sure if they had any ground floor rooms if you were confined to a wheelchair) Coffee could be purchased in a vending machine in the lobby. Level 1 had a nice laundry room that had several washers with automatic detergent dispenser and clothes drying racks (although it did have a dyer which we have found in Europe to be more of a hassle than a drying rack) Caceres is beautiful, we did see some people in wheelchairs with soft tires/castors that were able to get up a steep hill to a few/not all of the historical sights, however the cobble is very rough and would be impossible without someone really strong to push you (based on 15 years of pushing our severely handicapped son's wheelchair (with only regular castors and mountain bike tires) So glad we chose these apartments and especially enjoyed our hosts (David does speak English). Would definitely go back without any hesitation!

Fantastic place to visit, and perfect accommodation.

Fantastic apartment, spacious with everything you need. Exceptionally clean & finished to a very high standard. David who met us at the property was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment over looks the Plaza Mayor & is in the perfect location to explore Caceras. Great Bars & restaurants nearby.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Exceptional

Everything about our one bed attic apartment was perfect for us, highly recommendable. We stayed 2 nights but would have liked to stay longer. The apartment (206A) was light, clean, well equipped and very quiet inside. We particularly liked the attractive, spacious outdoor terrace and the excellent location looking across at historic towers and very close to a good selection of bars and restaurants. The inside of the entire apartment block was smarter than most and even walking up 3 flights of stairs was fine in such pleasant surroundings. Our host, David, was friendly and helpful, he even insisted on carrying our suitcases up the stairs for us.

Great location , the owners were amazing. The apartment we stayed in overlooked the square , but it was still quiet and the AC was excellent. ( it needed to be it was hot hot hot)

Fantastic stay it exceptional apartment

This was the most beautifully furnished, clean apartment with a fabulous balcony - the size of another room - looking over the main square in the old town. The kitchen was very well equipped and the balcony sofas and chairs and the plants made it feel really welcoming. The bathroom had a fantastic rain shower. The enormous double bed was even more comfortable than ours at home. Parking was located very nearby (cars not allowed in old town) and was very reasonable and secure. The owner communicated very well.

We would have liked to stay longer but will book again.

Relaxing!

comfortable beds, loved the patio, very clean and modern. Family friendly, private and quiet. lots of restaurant options, equipped kitchen and a little grocery shop just down the street.

would recommend a better coffee maker for the kitchen. There was a Cafe just downstairs to get a fresh cup, very convenient.

perfect apartment in cáceres

this place was perfect to enjoy cáceres. i enjoyed Caceres every moment during i stayed in Apartment35 with great balcony view. host was perfectly kind and helped us. Room was very clean, and well-equipped.highly recommend and i don't doubt i will back there again.

i found capsule coffee in banding machine on the ground floor the day i left there. if host leave memo in the room how we can enjoy coffee at room with machine would be very helpful to everyone.

It is a Special Place to enjoy

This is a wonderful place to stay near the old city. We enjoy the Place with Kids it is perfekt. The Balkony is very Special. The Personal was very friendly,heartfelt and helpfull. The parking Place is nearly. If we stay again in caceres, we definitely stay in this place.
