Mooi appartement met een mooi uitzicht plus punt aanwezigheid van een zwembad.

Het appartement was ruim, schoon en voelde huiselijk aan.

Minpunt de zitbank/ slaapbank in de woonkamer was van een slechte kwaliteit. Je kon er niet goed op zitten.

The location is too far out of Mindelo. Taxi’s vary in price.. be careful. Also incredibly windy and unable to use the pool because it was so cold. No tea or coffee machine, had to use a saucepan to make a hot drink. No microwave oven. No set of knives. No broom or mop in the apartment. Incredibly basic for the price.

This place has amazing potential

*Pretty views (If you have an ocean view room) *Good communal areas. *Really friendly staff *Nice local restaurant across the road. *Nice little one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and balcony. *Quiet spot away from the city

*Too far from the city and not much to do around the hotel. *Despite having a guard, a random drunk guy came to knock on my door late at night. *Sadly the hotel restaurant and hotel shop were closed after C-19 (no breakfast or grocery shopping)

As a positive note we really enjoyed the pool and a handy grocery store in the building.

Las Rochas is mostly prepared for long term stays. As we stayed for a few days we missed some services like bathroom towels change and basic supplies in the kitchen. It’s fare from the center of Mindelo, which could require a car to move around. Although booking mentions sea view it’s “side sea view” only. There is a lot of noise specially during the weekend nights.

Beautiful

When we arrived, the front desk manager upgraded us to the apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean and mountainous islands!

A bit out of the way from the city, but it's an easy drive in.

Disappointing....

Nice place but I expected water view. Asked for an upgrade but was not possible. Hard to believe at a half full Hotel.

No internet in the room. In these days you have to have internet especially if you need it for work even during vacation. Internet only at the lobby.

The restaurant is amazing, the staff are extremely helpful and nice everything was done with a smile. The Elite group service is a very good service for tour bookings Janaina was exceptional and very helpful, going above and beyond for me during my stay. She is a great asset to the hotel and to the elite group.
