We are a group of 20 women who went to high school together. We been doing a weekend on Boliver for 11 years now. This was the best beach cabin we’ve rented so far. Plenty of room and proximity to the beach was amazing. We plan on renting this again next year. Many of us are at or near 60, so the absence of bunk beds is a must. Also the cargo elevator is a must. Great overall beach house.

Our 13-member family met and gathered here for Thanksgiving and found it well-equipped for our heavy baking/prep needs, very clean and new, comfortable and with the BEST view on beach-front property. Highly recommend for a group of 10 to up to 24.

Our friends and family celebrated my birthday at the Serenity for the weekend. We had 18 to 20 visit throughout the weekend. Everyone had a place to sleep and enjoyed the open space for everyone. The large island and table provides a great space to feed a large group. Property is as described.

We had a great family stay at Serenity. House is really well appointed and everything thought of. We had some issues with some of the other people staying in the other houses - late and loud parties, fireworks very late at night. Other than that place was great.

This is a great home for families. Adults were able to stay downstairs and the children ruled upstairs! Well stocked spices and pots and pans helped us feed many mouths. The gate lock was rusted and a little difficult to use at times. Also, I just want to reiterate that older folks may have issues with stairs going up to the house, so it's not accessible in that way. This is pretty clear from the images, so no knock on the hosts here! Overall a great location and fun time for all.

Perfection! I rented this house plus two neighboring houses from the same owner for a family gathering. The house was clean and has a good floor plan. We loved the location and had a lovely, memorable stay. I highly recommend these houses. The owning representative was responsive and helpful as well.

The house has a great set up. The deck looking directly out to the Gulf with several Chaise Lounges was a great place to relax and visit once the children were in bed for the night. There was more than enough seating both inside and outside so that we were always very comfortable.

We had 4 families stay and there was plenty of room for everyone! This is one of those rare occurrences where the pictures don’t do it justice! The beach is so close to the house and the panoramic views are incredible. Porch was our favorite hang out spot. The house is very spacious and not cluttered at all. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances to cook with. Even had kids silverware, plates, bowls and cups! Very kid friendly. Steps from the sand. We will be back!

We had a great time and the house was very comfortable. Great view of the beach but at high tide there is no beach. Might need a new refrigerator though. We got up in the morning and our stuff still was not as cold as it should’ve been. Overall a great place to stay

The location of this house was perfect. The back deck faced the ocean so we enjoyed the beach 24/7! The amenities were perfect for our group of 18. Beds and linens were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of parking for our large group! Won't hesitate to book again in the future!

This was an amazing place to stay. We rented the house for 3 days for family to stay while here for graduation. It was very clean and roomy. Loved the balcony and the fact that the beach was right there. We didn't have to walk far. And stores are pretty close if you need anything.

This property was amazing! Right on the beach, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, deck was very large with comfortable seating, air conditioner worked great. We had such a great time here and would go back in a heartbeat! There were 3 families, 10 kids ages 12-18, 6 adults, plenty of room to spread out.

This house was beautiful! My family stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it! There was plenty of room and bathrooms for a large gathering. The loft area was perfect for the kids area! The outside porch areas had plenty of seating to lounge and enjoy the watching waves and sunsets/ sunrises. The house was on beach and located in area that wasn’t to busy if looking for a quieter beach. Definitely will return.

The home was very large. The location was awesome. The outside decks were large and full of out door furniture for our use. The place had nice linens. The mattresses were not great. There were plenty of kitchen appliances, Keurig , waffle iron And nice pots and pans.

I stayed at this location with 19 ladies from our volunteer organization. The house comfortably slept all of us, while never feeling overcrowded. Everything was clean and well cared for. Great house, large porch and large area under the house for hanging out.
