caro por lo que ofrece, zona no es recomendable

La dueña es un personaje, pero intenta ayudar en la medida de lo posible. Lo mismo con la recepcionista quién es muy amable. Por lo menos llamaron para traerme comida la primera noche y me consiguieron un taxi para el aeropuerto por US$ 45.--

No se recomienda salir después del anochecer porque la zona no es segura, por lo que uno esta condenado a pedir la cena y que se la traigan, el hotel no tiene servicios de cocina excepto el desayuno, pero no se puede comer ni cenar. No se limpia la habitación si no lo pides expresamente, hay cantidad de carteles sobre lo que puedes y no puedes hacer, uno siente como si estuvieras no en un hotel pero en una casa particular ya que la dueña se mete en todo.

It was decent. No major complaints.

The breakfast was tasty and just enough on the day that we got it. The first day they were running late but we were given a small compensation by management.

The mattress was a little too soft and caused some minor back pain.

Staff was excellent but I rate the facility as a 2.5

Breakfast was good but for a hotel rated as a 4 star should have a buffet breakfast bar

The room needs updated furnitures and washroom need new vanity and toilet each room should have its on iron hairdryer ironing board a safe and mini fridge for a 4 star had none of these

What you see online is not what you get. We were there for about 15 minutes and we left and went to.

I didn't like anything about the place, the location is deep in the ghetto you cannot walk into this place they have a big iron fence so someone has to come open the gate for you to enter.

This place is a dump, it has a terrible order and roaches all over the place.

An average hotel in an unpleasant area

It was clean and the attention from the staff was friendly, the room had a lot of space and I didnt had any problem during my stay.

The location wasnt good, it looks like a dangerous area and the entrance had a fence with a lock, so you have to wait the staff to open the fence to get inside. The bed and pillows were unconfortable and the breakfast was average but not serve in a nice place.

A pleasant experience. Value for money with a wonderful hostess. 15 minutes to Ogle airport.

A friendly family type establishment with the basics; near to most business locations, quiet and clean, good wifi, secure.

Nothing comes to mind as I am flexible.

Home away from home

My stay at the Durban hotel did not feel like I was at a hotel. It felt like home, the entire Hotel was very quiet, even though it had staff moving around & I got the best sleep of my life. I liked the timed a/c , it blew on & off, so the room wasn't too cold. I also liked the staff very much. They were very helpful and Mr Adams the owner was a great host. I would definitely recommend this place.

The one thing I wasn't too happy about, was the fact that I wanted to soak in the tub & it wouldn't stop up. The water kept running, even though I tried the lever. But over all I'd give my stay. 9.5 out of 10

Centrally located. Nice balcony area on the roof. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast options for vegetarians. A lift would help a lot getting up.

A place that was close to family,don’t thinkback but

The staff on the whole were great, so helpful and whatever we needed as a family was taken care of as best they could.

The breakfast, from the length of time it’s on (08:00-10:00) to the quality on offer, not a happy experience for any of the three times. It says ‘breakfast included’ on the booking but that is their most basic of options. I recommend you eat out. It’s really a place for the solo traveller who isn’t looking for much, definitely not for young families, though as I said…they were friendly to my child but the hotel is not built for children at all. And no cot available…bar/games room closed (it’s listed they have them)

Breakfast was good A bit more variety would be better

An electronic gate opening mechanism is needed. Currently staff have to physically leave the desk and open and close the gate everytime a guest comes in or leaves.

All. I found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. There is nothing to do on the neighbor area, far from city center, bad internet connection, common areas are dirty...

Disappointing

Brakefast was ok toast and tea, the only thing I like was the lady in the kitchen and the older gentleman at night. The young girl that works there has attitude.

Photos of the rooms posted online are not what You actually getting. Rooms are outdated those photos must be from when they were first open. The area hotel is located is very unsafe my family was worried and warned me to be careful. Tv remote had no battery even though I complained nothing was done, internet code did not work so I could not access Wi-Fi while I was there. This place needs a face lift.

I found staff and management friendly make you feel like you are at home. The place is nice and clean

Found the room to be small but it was ok and the internet was given problem. The manager explain to us the personal from Gtt suppose to visit and sort it out but no one came but the place is nice and cleans

Pleasant stay on wonderful hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The entire staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The hotel provided a taxi to pick us up from the airport and was easily able to get where we needed to go during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel and would return on my next stay to Georgetown.

Nice and simple place to stay for a quick visit or business trip.

The staff are very helpful and very nice, made the stay very pleasant. Wifi worked good, the room was a good size and very clean. unfortunately i did not get to try the breakfast. overall i was very happy with my stay.

i would like if there was more water pressure in the shower. the temp was fine.

Poor

Mattress was very hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were hard and bulky. Bath tub was very unsafe. Poor breakfast.
