This is a beautiful property. Nothing compares to the view and the nature around you. Hear the Yellowstone River while sitting on the porch. Tom and Jyoti have thought about everything you will need. Only negative was our stay was too short! Will definitely be back in our next visit to Montana.

We had a wonderful stay at the Caddis cabin. It was close to Yellowstone and close to Livingston for a lunch or dinner out. Kitchen was very well stocked, cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. Lovely deck with chairs and fire pit. I would definitely recommend! Great quick communication as well.

We rented this cabin for a long weekend when one of us was attending a conference nearby. We couldn’t of been happier. The place is quite comfortable and warm and well equipped. Like home. Everything was there that we needed, even things we didn’t realize we needed until we arrived.
Probably the best part was the fishing pond. My kids couldn’t get enough and, frankly, I didn’t feel the need to leave and go to the nearby hot springs, etc. We all felt very much at home. We definitely will stay here again next time we are at the annual conference.
Thanks, Tom and Jyoti!

Very nice, well-equipped cabin in Paradise
Valley, with easy access for fishing on the Yellowstone River. A bonus is the stocked trout pond on the property along with a nice view of the mountains. I recommended the cabin right away to someone visiting a local fly fishing shop.

Love the view of the cabin. Private pond is amazing and being so close to the Yellowstone river was awesome. Cabin was nice, cozy and comfortable. Only thing, Door handle didn’t lock at all (had deadbolt though) and could use a blind on the front door and bathroom window; especially at night. Would definitely recommend to someone or stay here again.

What a wonderful, memorable experience staying in Caddis cabin in Wild Rose property...
Not sure it occurs all year long but the raptors perching regularly during our stay was fascinating to see-bald eagles, golden eagles, ospreys.
Tom and Joyti are superb hosts.

The cabin was as advertised for the most part. I was surprised out of all the 5 star reviews there wasn't any mention of the following:
1.There is one portable ac unit located in the kitchen. That's it. There were a few small fans to put in the rooms, but they weren't powerful. The cabin got a little toasty.
2. There are no t.v.'s in the bedrooms. We have a young child who has trouble sleeping in new places. Having a t.v. for him to fall asleep to would have been helpful.
3. There's one chest of draws for everyone's belongings. Needless to say, two of us couldn't unpack our bags.
4. This cabin will sleep 6. However, if you're wanting to hang out for the evening and watch a movie, there's not enough seating. There's 1 couch (that pulls out to a bed) and 1 loveseat.
5. The outside of the property was not well kept. There's a pond in the backyard and The Yellowstone River. Both were so overgrown we couldn't fish.
6. There's an old firepit in the backyard. There's no seating and the few pieces of wood were rained on.
7. There's another cabin maybe 100ft beside the Caddis Cabin and another home on the property as well.
Overall, the cabin was clean and fully stocked. The views are beautiful. We probably wouldn’t have given much thought to the things mentioned above but it rained several days that we were there, causing us to hang in the cabin more.

Great stay in the Paradise Valley along the Yellowstone River.

Very clean and tidy cabin. A few things missing that were needed: shower gel/ soap, curtain over the bathroom window and front door window. We felt a little exposed.
For a stocked pond, we didn't get a single bite in an hour. The main issue was the pond was not very accessible for the weed growth surrounding the water. There was only a few spots that we could get to to fish.
Having a washer/ dryer inside the cabin was awesome!!! We were on an eleven day trip, so being able to wash clothes was fantastic.
Overall, this is a great place to stay and relax. It is close to the park. We enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely gorgeous. Short ride to Yellowstone north entrance. Beautiful scenery. 1st time in Montana and loved it. Fly fishing in river was awesome. Caught some brown trout and whitefish. Also took 2 hour horseback ride and whitewater rafting trip in the Yellowstone at the flying pig outfitters. Old saloon and follow your nose bbq is a must stop. The cabin was very accommodating and had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities. Plenty of room to sleep six comfortably. Highly recommend this place if your thinking about it. I will definitely be back. Words can’t do the big sky justice.

After spending our days in the parks or in town, we thoroughly enjoyed our evenings at the cabin.

This place was absolutely beautiful, both the property and the area. We were walking distance (for a 5 and 7 yr old) to the river and the pond was right in front of us. The cabin was well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. Joyti was even able to accommodate us getting in early since we had a wedding we were attending.

This cabin was in a beautiful location, with 360 degrees of mountain views, a small pond, and the Yellowstone river. We tried fishing the pond with our boys, and although we had no luck catching fish, we were able to see a beautiful rainbow. Other than a couple of suggestions (upgrade the pillows and some of the cooking pans) this cabin was perfect. The beds were comfortable, and it was well stocked. Really appreciated that it had everything we needed. They even had bear spray available in case we wanted to hike in Yellowstone. The Yellowstone north entrance was about 45 minutes away, and we enjoyed the drive there. It was beautiful. We also used the firepit one evening, and it was magical sitting next to the fire and enjoying a cup of tea in such a beautiful place!

For a change of scenery from home we went to Chico for a long weekend. Not wanting to stay on site at the hot springs we opted for this nice cabin. The location has stunning scenery to enjoy with a morning cup of coffee and despite being off the highway - the place is very quiet. The river and pond added to the atmosphere. The cabin itself was incredibly comfortable, clean and inviting. Very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect for our trip. The pictures do not do the views justice. There was 360 degrees of Mountain views! So beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!
