We loved this place the courtyard was beautiful. Very quiet except they were doing road repair/construction not the fault of the resort. Would definitely stay here again. Unit is small but comfortable. Good for two people. Chris the manager was very quick to call us back with issues. Loved it!!!!

The place was on the small side, but very clean and the location completely makes up for it and then some! Walk to the beach, walk to Bridge St, and a trolley stop at the end of the block to explore the rest of AMI. Chris, the property manager, was super responsive and a pleasure to speak with. We would definitely book here again without hesitation!

This was our first stay on Anna Maria Island and it was definitely worth it! The property was well kept and had everything we needed to have fun on the beach. The beach access was a minute from the property . We really enjoyed exploring the restaurants and shops on the island. We will definitely be back and look forward to booking in the future! My wife and I really enjoyed staying and look foward to booking for future trips!

Great Getaway Cottage
It was odd that we had to wash the towels for the next set of guest but it was also wonderful to have a washer and dryer available there. We loved the outside seating gardens outside our door. Would do it again and hope to next year.

Very Nice Stay
All in all I would absolutely recommend this property. Being so close to the beach and bay allow for very beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Proximity to restaurants is nice as you can walk easily and have a nice variety to choose from. The only down side was the beach chairs and umbrella that were left for us to use. The umbrella was broken and I reported to the owner but didn't get a call back...the one chair was acceptable but the other was barely large enough for an adult and was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Can’t beat the location. Just a half block or so to a beautiful stretch of a beach. And just a few blocks to a great row of restaurants and shops. The property was clean and exactly as photographed. The owner was terrific and extremely helpful with tips on the area.

Quiet Bradenton Beach stay, near the beach
Exceptionally clean, neat, and bright. Much attention to detail - the unit was stocked with kitchen supplies, even towels for the beach. Host Mark was on site to welcome us, and offered helpful suggestions about places to eat, sights to see. The location is a few steps from the beach, yet in a quiet neighborhood. We ware a couple in our 70's, who have been coming to Bradenton for many years. This is the best property where we have ever stayed. We would certainly return here for future trips to Bradenton Beach.

Great location!
We enjoyed staying at Mark's place, nice small apartment with almost all you need for a vacation. It was clean and quiet. Good AC and air filter/purifier is a plus. The only low part was the laundry, it wasnt available when we try to clean clothes (until late in the night), and they need to work on the light on front of the laundry room (was not working at times). Other than that everything else was good.

This place is small but for two people it works. Having the beach towels and beach gear was a huge plus for us as guests. The proximity of the beach/bay/stores/restaurants is great. The courtyard was darling and we enjoyed grilling and sitting out there. Having the amenities of a washer and dryer was also nice.
I would definitely recommend this place to a couple wanting a comfortable stay and wanting to be in walking distance to all areas in Bradenton Beach.

Outstanding property! Very clean and beautifully decorated, well stocked! Location is great... up a quiet street, just a very short walk to beach- right across the street, and a short walk to Bridge Street with great shops, restaurants, and bars. Exactly what I was hoping for in every way! Mark was a pleasure to communicate with! Everything was laid out clearly and in an organized manner. Easy process, fabulous property, loved the huge beautiful patio area, Anna Maria Island is indeed a gem!! 🥰💯‼️

Amazing Trip
My husband and I just stayed in this beautiful cottage for a week, and it was perfect. The cottage was very clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything (and more) that we could possibly need. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed parasailing and horseback riding close by and enjoyed relaxing on the dock while fishing in the bay. It was an amazing trip. Mark was fantastic! I highly recommend this cottage! You will love it! We will definitely be back!

Island Paradise
What a wonderful stay we had! Our Island Getaway was truly beautiful and relaxing! The cottage was super cute and extremely clean and well cared for. We didn't cook but if we wanted to, all the essentials were there at our disposal! Even gas grills! The washer and dryer were great amenities too as we were able to leave with freshly laundered clothes! And the location to the beach, Bridge Street and the nightlife and restaurants was fabulous!! Thank you Mark! We really loved every minute of our time on Anna Maria Island!!

Great Location
The location was what sold us. The beach and the bay were both so close and it was such a nice walk to get to either. The room was comfortable and clean, everything in order and very accommodating. Loved the laundry facility-- it was super needed! We only ate out once and cooked in our room the rest of the week and it was fantastic-- used the grill as well and it was so nice cooking out and settling in on the patio. We will definitely visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cozy cottage! Definitely happy to have chosen the Bradenton beach area after exploring the rest of the island. So close to an awesome, quiet beach. Used the umbrella, chairs, rafts, beach towels and soft cooler everyday. Trolley was very convenient. Great quiet location still within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Mark is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here/
We had a great week at Mark's property. The condo was immaculate and had everything promised. It was within steps to the bay and the gulf. We loved riding bikes in the area and this part of the island is perfect for bike riding. There is a supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, etc. for anyone's use. We used the rafts and umbrella everyday. There is also a washer and dryer that are free to use. They even had laundry detergent for us to use. I thought the courtyard was beautiful. There were so many beautiful flowers and plants. I also loved that the area was lit up. Mark and his family are very gracious hosts and even shared some of their pizza with us. I would highly recommend this condo.

Amazing host and location!
Despite we had friend on north of the island (15mins drive) we decided to stay here after reading the above and beyond measures on cleanliness and that beach was walking distance, literarily across the street.
Mark the owner was amazing, and even put a personal touch in our welcome intro.

Adorable unit near the beach
This unit was clean and so nicely decorated and homey. I was surprised at all the little things that were there...., chairs, umbrellas, all sorts of dishes, pots and pans, insulated bag, laundry bag, sun hat and so many other little items. The short walk to the beach or to the pier was great. The courtyard was very nice and even with all the people there it was quiet. I would highly recommend this place. It is perfect for one or two guests. I Really enjoyed this little getaway.
The AC worked nicely and it was great having a dishwasher.
